Thank you for being here! Do you think I can make my goal? Keep in mind, I do live in the Dallas area so prices here will be a bit different. I also did not include the cost of products as I have an overstock here that I pull from and challenged myself for the next few months to only use what I already owned. Let me know which one was your favorite!
I love the Drexel piece with the natural finish on the wood. The top looks almost like leather. I can only imagine what it cost new. That is the era of the furniture I purchased and it was very expensive, so much so I wouldn't even go into look as I know the price would not be within my budget. I love it and love what you have done with it. Gorgeous!
This video has inspired me to set targets to keep motivated, especially when i have 6 hours of sanding to get on with! You make the whole job look so easy and you always look so happy doing it!
My fav was the chippy milk paint matte black. I didn’t think I was going to like the chippy finish but wow. I was wrong. It was great! And totally worth the $120 you spent on the piece. Amazing work on all of these. They were a lot of fun!
I really loved those two wrinkled pieces you were loving on the most. As for the furniture pieces,I love the black chippy piece. I really thought that was beautiful. All the pieces were great, I also loved the green dresser. You always have a good eye. So glad you made your goal. Great job.
I loved the coffee table as it was so unique! I can’t imagine pouring all the hard work into a piece that is particle board. Guess I’m showing my age. Wish I had some of your energy. Working AND homeschooling? You go girl!❤️
I have to say, I really liked the pink dresser. I usually am not a fan of that style of furniture, but that pink with the gold trim just made it look classy and modern.
The makita orbital sander ain’t gonna feel so good if you accidentally drop it on a toe. Girl, get yourself something other than flip flops on those feet 🙈
Love the green piece with the natural base. It's so soft and pretty, and could fit into so many decor styles. Paying my mortgage with flips would be a dream!!
I have a dresser that I use for my coffee/tea station that we got for less than $20 that has a splotchy marble pain job with gold accents. It needs to be redone because it's quite the eyesore in our home. The accents are similar to the dusty rose dresser so I'm hoping we can pop those off and do the same type of thing that you did. I personally like the chippy paint one the best, although I really like the color of the evergreen fog.
So beautiful ❣️ I love what you doing and I’m really interested in doing this myself…..thank you so much ….. any tips or recommendations for beginners!? Ty
Just love the pink with the gold strip and handles!!!!! I am painting my kitchen cabinets and a few items and I see what I have to do to make it all better! Poly. Just in time. When you sell, who pays shipping and how do you figure that? How do you pack?
That 2nd dresser sure looks exactly like the one my grandma had. It never had a mirror at all. Which could be why your dresser has those blocks of wood for a mirror that’s not supposed to be there. I miss that dresser for sentimental reasons.
Thank you for showing me what to do with particle board. I hate and I have taught my daughters and each of their boyfriends to hate particle board because, "It is nothing more than sawdust, glued together, and then covered with wallpaper". Besides being loathsome it is not very enduring.
I really liked the dresser that you painted gray and added the wooden base. Great job! I am curious what are your costs of paint, printer, sandpaper, etc that add up on these projects. Thanks.
Can you do a video about how to safely sell finished pieces on fb marketplace, like ways to receive payment, do you worry about scams, other pitfalls, customers and/or ratings? I’m inspired to get started and want to contribute to our family income.
Just came across your content and so very impressed! I just got some butcher block counters for my kitchen and besides using mineral oil would you recommend I seal it with any specific product? Would love your advice. Thank you!
Walrus oil products would be my choice. Check out there website. I think on some of my newer videos I have a link that will save you 10%. Let me know if you don’t find it!
Im shocked that was the exact coffee table my mother had while I was growing up. I never thought I would see that again. Where are you from? I grew up in Cleveland.
@@LemonstoLemonadeFurniture It is a very unique coffee table and I cant believe all the memories that came back when I saw it. Whether it was my mothers or not - thank you for triggering the memories.
Great Job. I alway feel sad when people buy flakeboard furniture, although that piece was in pretty good shape. I feel that people who don't have much money buy those things, which usually don't hold up for long so they have to buy again. Spending a little more can get a piece that will last generations. People can save so much if they buy used, even if they don't flip it, but just clean it up. And with more work they can make something beautiful like you do!!!!!
I may be missing this information, but where is it you sell your refurbished furniture? We’ve been trying to think up of ways to do so that isn’t simply Facebook Marketplace.

Awww thank you for your sweet comment ❤️ I do only sell on FBM. I know my area is a bit unique bc I live in Dallas. It’s harder for less busy places. I do not lower my prices at all (unless I just really need the space). Etsy is a good alternative or even offering to drive to a closer metroplex or setting your “pin” on FBM to a closer metroplex so you’ll show up when people from that area search. Hope that helps!
Haha!!! NO COST? THE PAINT... ARE ALL VERY EXPENSIVE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I flip all the furniture for my house. The cost of material went up sky high lately. I got a futon for free. The material cost me $650 to make it become a beautiful couch. Nothing is free. Material and labor. To make for a living from flipping furniture is tough.
Yes you are right! I linked a comment at the top of my video about this. I absolutely LOVE your name! My story is indeed His glory over here as well! Cheers!
Question!! When you find a designer brand like that, do you market it as such on your listing? Do you show a screenshot or picture of what it lists for on a other websites? Does that make sense? Loved how you took a few simple steps to being the Drexel piece to the 21st Century!

I like them all but pink was a different choice for me not sure of that one👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼❤️❤️❤️
You see something in these that I wouldn't see. Good for you. Love that you added the legs and skirt to the gray one. Made it so chic.
The huge octagonal coffee table turned out great. Not my style. I have smallish rooms, but in the right house I could see that being a statement piece

I love those wrinkled ones the best too! My little sweeties ❤️ thank you so much! Have a great week!
The round table was my favorite! I have never seen a piece like it. New subscriber I am enjoying a quiet morning binging all your videos.
The dresser you painted black was my favorite. It looks so elegant. Beautiful piece
Those are all lovely! I think the rose coloured dresser is my favorite.

The last one (pink and gold) was my favourite.. When I first saw it I thought there's no way that it can be turned into a masterpiece... 🤣🤣🤣
Thank you Jenny! So many people have said that! I was so glad to give that one a second chance! Thanks for watching!
I love the rose gold one, but I love all of them. You are inspiring!
Amazingly you turned a 90’s style piece into a rose glam 40’s look. Gorgeous 😊

They’re all so beautiful!! Especially the black and pink ones😍

I loved the rose colored & gold dresser, it looked totally Art Deco..
I love the coffee table but I am VERY impressed with your 80’s dresser transformation!
Thank you so much!
The dresser turned out beautiful
Great video....Where do you sell them??
Congratulations all the pieces were beautiful!😊
Thank you so much 😀
Your videos always inspire me! I do wish you had included supply cost though for a closer to true profit.
Great job!!!!👏👏👏👏 I love yr vision for each piece. Im so inspired to try my hand at it..
Love the colour, great job.
Thank you! Cheers!
my favorite was the first, least favorite the pink dresser
I like the green one best but they are all great.
Love the green piece with the natural base. It's so soft and pretty, and could fit into so many decor styles. Paying my mortgage with flips would be a dream!!
It was a dream! I flipped a lot that month to see if I could come close! I was so thrilled to hit the mark! Thanks for being here!
I dont know where you are that people are paying thg hat much but not here!
Dallas
I need to learn from you. I have been wanting to do this forever. I am minus a garage and a truck.
The table was so cute! Happy Thanksgiving!
All 4 flips are beautiful!!!!

Why spray paint on driveway where overspray leaves residue not easy to remove? Putting tarps down for protection would be my choice.
They look so beautiful
So where does the actual sale and pickup take place? like do people come to your house to pickup their pieces?
Love your vision on these! I'm truly impressed how you give them new life.
Thank you so much for watching ❤️
Excellent result.
Thank you! Cheers!
Love that coffee table and the profit, whoa! Question, how and where do you advertise your furniture flips?
What a busy mom!!
I liked all but the rose colored one

Loving the videos but what about the material costs? You should be adding that into the total.

I liked the pink one best. LOL

Absolutely love the pink!!!
Thank you! I think that one was a fan favorite over on Instagram too!
So very inspiring as a newbie who has never done any refinishing. Can I ask: How do you decide to paint with a brush versus your sprayer?
Can you do a video about how to safely sell finished pieces on fb marketplace, like ways to receive payment, do you worry about scams, other pitfalls, customers and/or ratings? I’m inspired to get started and want to contribute to our family income.
You might consider adding the cost of supplies such as primer and paint to get your actual profit.
It’s in the pinned comment at the top
I’m a new flipper in the dfw area. I wanted to know where some furniture auctions would be at?
I looked online. There are a handful. Also check out estate sales. I just released a thrift store video today. Thanks for watching!

How do you paint when it gets cold like it has this past week?

I only use FBM. I did Etsy for a bit but bc of my area, I usually have great luck selling just on FB.
Great job
Where do you sell your furniture Marketplace or do you put in consignment stores.
Mainly FBM
Amazing!!!! ❤❤
Thank you!!
How do you know what's trending in your area.
Where do you go to find the auctions

Do you find it harder to seller your flips because of the crashing economy?
Where do you list your pieces to sell?
Facebook
Where I'm from the 3rd would not have been touched.
Thought you paid off your morgage not your monthly payment !
Where do you sell your items?
Usually FBM.
What does it cost you to upscale the pieces you do over
I try not to go over $100 total
Some of these where old projects, right. I thought you were doing a current month challenge to pay your mortgage.

Great products the only thing is you didn't factor the cost of material's used to make this happen. Paints aren't cheap. All in all great videos
