If you want to illustrate Rolls Royce aero-engine activities, please avoid showing RR Motor Cars offices, which have had nothing to do with the aero-engines for 4 or 5 decades.
The opening pictures show a sign saying Rolls Royce Motor Cars. RR cars and RR aero engines are two totally separate entities that share only the name.
RR will surely roll out these advances to the 787 too. They need those to reduce (over)load on their maintenance facilities that costs them dearly due to old fixed price contracts. And of course to compete with GE on the 787. But verwell anyways they moved to fix issues that existinger customer Quatar is facing. For Emirates it might be too late.
Neither the GE9X which powers the B777X, nor the uprated XWB-84 & XWB-97 which will power the A350, have a service history, so why point your finger of doom & gloom at only Rolls Royce, when I seem to remember that the GE9X has had development issues which stopped the programme for awhile? Also the GEnx might yet have long term problems with powdered metal. We don't know about that yet. At least the XWB has an enviable service history on which to build on, whilst the GE9X does not. Even the criticism of the XWB-97 as requiring too much maintenence time, was entirely in accordance with RR predictions, as this uprated version of the -84 had reached the limit of technological advance when produced, and is now being upgraded with the help of developments from the UltraFan. Stop hitting on RR buddy, just because you think it a soft target. RR are doing a great job............
New AIRBUS A350 Engine upgrade is the end of BOEING ? Yes, I wanted Indonesian flag carrier/Indonesia's National Airlines Garuda Indonesia with it's subsidiary Citilink and Pelita Air that use AIRBUS both of the A320 choose on AIRBUS over BOEING for the future.
@@Aviaat1 oh shit, iam really sorry man. That aside u can improve on overall script on video to make it more intrestinf tone modulation etc can be implemented to grasp aatention and finer better editing for that finishing touches

I think we need to start adding, on any video, the "is a new problem for Boeing" when the topic is Boeing production or anything Airbus related....
That's just it. Airbus is now more popular than Boeing. So every post will include Airbus.
@@itsme-vw5yo no it is not.
Nice video, but why is there an animation of a 4-stroke piston (maritime diesel?) engine shown in the introduction?
Because all jet engines use pistons?😂
LOL
@@jungbolosse3034 uhh no they don't
Ai video my friend
They did that with their Trent 700 on their A330, now on their XWB on their A350 !! Go Airbus !!!!!

Didn’t shock me or anyone else in the neighbourhood. I hate clickbaits, thumbs down from me. I prefer non-clickbait videos

Airbus the best, and the european technology the best in the world
0:15 isn't that 787-dreamliner?
Yeah and some of them also work with rolls royce engines
How is it a Boeing issue? Unless it's an Airbus exclusive....

Did I jus see an atr -72 and a320 of indigo with easy jet in same frame? 💀💀
All of Airbus’ competitors aka Boeing only.

It’s not a problem for Boeing. They cannot make e Pugh places to satisfy current orders as it is.

It's because of Emirates..
I agree with the thumbnail. It is complete insane to develop engines that produce so much extra power and therefore consume even more subsidized fuel.

It's not about having most power, but the best efficiency.
Yes, those 777X engines really burn up that fuel, just what an airline wants.

Exactly!
