It worked out well for me with the exercises being 30 seconds and rest between groups. I felt I got a good workout in less than 30 minutes. Great job J&T! Keep more kettlebell workouts coming!

To that end, I would suggest changing the title and description of this video. Both state it is a 25 minute workout, but Toya specifies 15 seconds into it that the workout is 20 minutes. Your videos have been so helpful in my efforts to improve my own physical fitness. Thank you for the effort you all put into them!

Thank you guys for putting out this content!!! I have been consistently working out 4 days a week for the past 4 months . Doing these dumbbell and kettlebell workouts and I’ve lost 12lbs. I know it’s not a lot to most but I’m 3lbs away from my goal weight . And I’m getting toned and my stomach looks better, I’ve had a c section so it’s helped my stomach muscles get tighter and my posture get better . Almost getting to my pre pregnancy weight !! 125 here I come
A very wonderful couple gifted me a 35 lbs kettlebell when I bought their 44 lbs one and I used them for this workout (individually). I am drenched in sweat. You guys are amazing and your outline and editing make it sooo great and easy to workout with you two and keep up. Thank you for all that you do! You can always increase the intensity by working harder and/or stepping it up in weight.
