the door handles made it even pop out nicer, and everything else was clean👌
Looks good. I just did mine today "gloss black". It's easier to install with the roof removed. Either way good job my man.
Having the sale panel done in this carbon fiber on my 2001 Camaro SS. The rest of the car is 3M 1080 deep space color changing vinyl. Can’t wait to see it.

I did the roof and B pillar on my Ron Fellows ZO6 myself. It was my first time wrapping anything and it came out quite well. I could have used a few tips from this video though. It would have saved me some time. I also wrapped the A pillars which finished it off nicely.

great job, and thanks for the tips on how to lay the vinyl down. ill be doing the same on my c6 here soon, but not in carbon vinyl. do you not use the soap/water mix with this stuff?

Next time, take the roof off and you'll be able to get to the halo weatherstripping a little easier.

I did this to my c6 yesterday idk how u didn’t use a heat gun thats crazy !! What film are u using I used vivid I wasn’t able to do it unless heat gun was used

Just curious if that's a Targa Top why did you not take the top off the lady that down
If you open latches on targa top an open hatch it helps get it in weather stripping

Not on a z06.. only base cars and gs. He coulda saved himself a little trouble lifting the hatch.. back weatherstripping moves a lot easier once you do imo

Wouldn't it just be easier to pull the top and wrap it off of the vehicle so you got a nice clean adhesion around the edges instead of sticking it in with a squeegee. I was thinking about doing this on my C6 but I was thinking about pulling the top off, or is there a reason it was left on that I'm not thinking of.
Jeremy Bettis the leverage you can get on the vinyl when you pull it.
this is a z06, you can't remove the top on a real z06

It's a C6Z. The top is fixed, and he'd have to unbolt it.
@@rustler08 pretty sure thats a gs. Could be wrong, but there would be no need for weatherstripping on the rear of the top for a z. You dont just unbolt a z top, you would have to cut it with a saw, its a part of the car.
Why didnt you just remove the roof panel??

Why not just take the targa top off then wrap it?
Because you kinda need it on there to get the leverage to be able to pull the vinyl and glass it
How much wrap did you need for the halo pillar?
LILStunnaMain I honestly done remember man, sorry. I gave it like 2" bleed on both sides, so 4 total, on the height and then 1" on the length each side, 2 total

You didn't do this job for a "Client". A client is someone that you would represent, if you were a CPA, lawyer, real estate agent, etc. You did this job for A CUSTOMER.
