    24mm Bored Carb for the GX390 & 420/440 Clones
These 24mm bored carburetors come with a third circuit for performance and to provide your GX390/Clone engine with the extra air and fuel it needs in a mini bike or go-kart application.
Note: These are aftermarket carbs (not genuine Honda).

Thanks for the video! I don't think I'm a fan of the way they put a blocked off jet in the carb, effectively defeating the purpose of the more expensive carb right out of the box. Hopefully the extra jet slot can be used to tune the engine to better performance than the stock 440 carb.

what puzzles me on this 3 circuit carburetor is that I don't see where the air comes from to the 3rd circuit emulsion tube. It seems it uses the same circuit as the main jet, trough a small hole, but the hole is covered with fuel, so the 3rd circuit squirts only fuel. Any thoughts ?

So put one of these on my 440 with a stage one, all stock internals. I put my o2 sensor on it and am finding im still running abot 11.5 afr with the stock 1.05 jet at 4500rpm and 13.7 afr at idle with a 45 pilot jet. Maybe pilot is throwing more fuel than i think, 3rd circuit is still blocked with the factory jet plug. Thoghts? Thanks

If I have a 0.042 main jet, which size do you think I should try on the intermediate jet ? If I add the intermediate, do you think I should reduce the main jet ?

Is there a "stock appearing" carb rule at the track for you?
Just my curiousity and maybe a little off topic idk.

In the case of bracket racing at a real dragstrip no. But most small engine events and races have stock carb and carb modified classes. Kart racing for example and most mini bike drag events.
