I need to know if it’s postpartum safe tho. Because it’s hard to do regular ab workouts after kids. If your abs are spilt, it’s dangerous to do anything that can cause more damage. You will end up in the hospital for surgery 🫠.

Worked lower stomach but also sides of hips. Thank you. People say you can't lose fat from one area but you can tone it and make it look more shapely. I know because i'm a cute shapely big girl... only because I work out I look thinner. Strength makes better posture.

i decided to give it a try to this workout!! I also go swimming day 1:completed, it wasnt that bad! it was not as hard as i thought but i really felt the burn these days i was sick and i couldnt keep up but im back! day 2:completed and have done this workout two times. Hi all, I've finished my 2 weeks of doing this 10 minute workout. I have PCOS and a lovely santa belly. Did not have any core strength at all and struggled so much the first few days, especially with the 3rd, 4th and 5th workouts, HOWEVER my strength did slowly increase as I completed each day! By the end of the 1st week I was only struggling with trying to lift myself up through pure core strength, and now I can kind of do it. I think if I give it more time, I'll be on my way to easily completing the whole 10 minutes. My belly was at 34 cm and now I'm at 32 cm. It's about to be shark week, so I'm putting this on a pause for now and will reboot in another 2 weeks. About to look for another one of her vids to try! My advice, don't beat yourself up about not being capable of doing the exercise fully. BABYSTEPS, YOU GOT THIS!

If you're shakin while doing core exercises that means your core is very weak. Don't worry about the shaking and your breath sounding like a mixer mixing batter while doing so. Try to keep those poses where it makes you shake as long as you can, that means those positions are your weakest on your core muscles. If you keep doing that even for a week you'll see the shaking will get better as you start exerting more control over those muscles.

I've decided to try this workout for the next two weeks: starting waist measurement is 37in Day 1: had to take multiple breaks during the workout because i haven't exercised seriously in 5 years but made it all the way through and felt really good after Day 2: only had to take one break and it might be my imagination but my stomach is already looking a bit more toned Day 3: I made it all the way through the workout without having to take a break! Day 4: Was really tired this morning but i still managed to get the workout in. Beginning and end are really easy now, the middle part is still kicking my butt tho Day 5: already lost 3in off my waist! I have done many workouts for the past 4 years trying to lose weight, after a while workouts didn't make me burn. But this one, ooo this one I could feel my stomach litreally dying. Felt amazing.

For some people is very difficult to do these excercise beacuse they haven't many time or is just difficult to do this excercise the people should to find their own way how to do a perfect body shape and very good for that one persons that do videos because they help the people that have time and can do these excercise.

@alieyaariesa9961 don't worry if you're not sore!! I was sore at first but the soreness dissapeard quickly. But everyone is different. Some get sore quicker than others. I'm a person that doesn't get really sore after doing an ab/core workout. Maybe you're just like me!

@kofabillion yow sorry i ditched 😅 and tried other different exercises. I'd say these weren't for me as i struggled with commitment and once i fail a day doing it, feels like i will never get to the results. I also noticed that even though at first it felt effective, in the middle phase my results were disheartening (more bloated than ever, not losing weight) so i figured i should focus on something else -monitoring calorie intake, if I wanna commit to this exercise. I'm planning on coming back here sometime soon because i still wanna try it, but for now my focus is just on maintaining a consistent sched for me to do my routine and keeping in check my eating habits ^_^ I will update here again when I've come back. Doing Sport while you‘re on your period is actually good, it reduces cramps, at least that is what works for me and my doctor recommended it. Idk if it‘ll work for you but you could give it a try, but I think you shouldn’t do HIIT workouts while you‘re ok your period

i have workout for so long and eat balanced food, but no result in half a year, i think its my genetics. I have done ab workouts for a year and no result, even my stomach is not flat
It may have to do with how much rest you have and if you aren't getting enough sleep. Muscles need rest to regenerate, and stress releases cortisol, which is bad for weight loss, I think. Also, being bloated and sitting for too long may affect calories burnt. There's a lot of science behind this kind of stuff, idfk.

I need to know if it’s postpartum safe tho. Because it’s hard to do regular ab workouts after kids. If your abs are spilt, it’s dangerous to do anything that can cause more damage. You will end up in the hospital for surgery 🫠.

Worked lower stomach but also sides of hips. Thank you. People say you can't lose fat from one area but you can tone it and make it look more shapely. I know because i'm a cute shapely big girl... only because I work out I look thinner. Strength makes better posture.

Hi all, I've finished my 2 weeks of doing this 10 minute workout. I have PCOS and a lovely santa belly. Did not have any core strength at all and struggled so much the first few days, especially with the 3rd, 4th and 5th workouts, HOWEVER my strength did slowly increase as I completed each day! By the end of the 1st week I was only struggling with trying to lift myself up through pure core strength, and now I can kind of do it. I think if I give it more time, I'll be on my way to easily completing the whole 10 minutes.
My belly was at 34 cm and now I'm at 32 cm. It's about to be shark week, so I'm putting this on a pause for now and will reboot in another 2 weeks. About to look for another one of her vids to try!
My advice, don't beat yourself up about not being capable of doing the exercise fully. BABYSTEPS, YOU GOT THIS!

If you're shakin while doing core exercises that means your core is very weak. Don't worry about the shaking and your breath sounding like a mixer mixing batter while doing so. Try to keep those poses where it makes you shake as long as you can, that means those positions are your weakest on your core muscles. If you keep doing that even for a week you'll see the shaking will get better as you start exerting more control over those muscles.

Day 1: had to take multiple breaks during the workout because i haven't exercised seriously in 5 years but made it all the way through and felt really good after
Day 2: only had to take one break and it might be my imagination but my stomach is already looking a bit more toned
Day 3: I made it all the way through the workout without having to take a break!
Day 4: Was really tired this morning but i still managed to get the workout in. Beginning and end are really easy now, the middle part is still kicking my butt tho

I've been doing this workout for a while. There was a day last week I felt absolutely emotionally devastated but I did the workout and I instantly felt so much better physically and emotionally
Started doing this today and I think I will continue for about two weeks

Day 2✅ - Woke up so sore today but also got my period at the end of the day so that might also be tied into it - after stretching and getting the soreness away, the exercise felt much better - I still felt the burn but it was actually nice.
Day 3 ✅ - Wasn’t bad at all - was a little sore but I just stretched it out - so far so good
Day 4 ❌ - Ngl I did not do it since I wasn’t feeling very well.
Day 5 ✅ - Felt much better completing this exercise

For some people is very difficult to do these excercise beacuse they haven't many time or is just difficult to do this excercise the people should to find their own way how to do a perfect body shape and very good for that one persons that do videos because they help the people that have time and can do these excercise.

completed and lost abt 3 inches on my waist! im happy with the change and i noticed i’ve lost quite a bit of fat on my lower stomach, which is what i was aiming for! yayy! i really like this workout, especially the first part which engages my core. i paired this with a daisy keech waist workout just to try make up for the cardio she recommended but i didnt do

i'm going to be doing this for one month and posting results
day 1: i did this at morning and at first i didn't notice anything at all, but when it was night time i could already tell it was having some affect. plus, my abs burn
day 2: i did this late at night this time. i could only do the half as i got my belly button pierced today and it hurt to crunch my stomach too much. but i did the first half twice
day 3-5: i was so bloated these days + healing from my naval piercing so i skipped these days. i did walk 10k steps and i was on a juice cleanse to help with the bloat.
day 6: i did this late at night after eating but i still noticed some results right away. i'm back to square one because of my extreme bloating case.

@@YourLocalCookie-o_oquick update: I havent been rlly doing this exercise much but I've been doing other workouts from her and sherylin kim (I hope I got the name right) and my waist went from 36 in to 32 in in less than 3 weeks. Wouldnt say if I lost or gained weight because my scale is broken 😭 I'll try regulating this video's workout routine and will update you! (If i remember)

Ive been doing this for some days (i think 3) and it feels so so amazing! Ive been seeing lots of results already (but thats probably because i do other workouts as well). Whenever i did my other workouts only, tho, i still got that low belly fat that didnt wanna go so thats why i started doing this workout and it just completed my workout schedule!! My lower belly fat is decreasing slowly and it was so obvious today! Tysmmmm Gloria, youre a life saver❤️❤️❤️❤️
Hiii may i know if you feeling sore after this workout? Because it's my 5th try and i finally follow all the workouts instead of giving up at just 2/3 but my stomach didn't feel as sore as when i started doing it
@alieyaariesa9961 don't worry if you're not sore!! I was sore at first but the soreness dissapeard quickly. But everyone is different. Some get sore quicker than others. I'm a person that doesn't get really sore after doing an ab/core workout. Maybe you're just like me!

I tried doing this workout and a few others like the lower ab workout and slim waist and i kind of gave up after a few days but i still saw results in a few days gloria songs workouts are actually amazing! I didnt rly lose weight but my waist was smaller and my stomach was more toned

Finished in about 15 mins. Have trouble following and not sure if I'm doing some of them right. Felt quite sore (wrist as i support myself up, and shoulder blades) -but great to feel somewhat accomplished.

Yay! Managed to come back. Was easier than when i started yesterday but still have some troubles maintaining some of the positions. My abs are sore but I feel refreshed 🌼🌼🌼

DAY 5: ✅ It's the high plank I'm having trouble with. I can't sustain that position without feeling like my shoulder blades are on fire.
DAY 6: ??? I stopped midway 😅 because i was worried about my 🩸 which i don't even know when it started (like a few days ago but maybe was affected by this exercise?Idk) and it is now just only beginning to have heavy flow. I felt it in my abdomen during this exercise so i stopped. Should i continue? Help haha
DAY 7: ❌ DITCHED! figured it's not good for during 🩸 so i switched to a diff exercise that is good for pms instead, for now. I will start again next week!

@kofabillion yow sorry i ditched 😅 and tried other different exercises. I'd say these weren't for me as i struggled with commitment and once i fail a day doing it, feels like i will never get to the results.
I also noticed that even though at first it felt effective, in the middle phase my results were disheartening (more bloated than ever, not losing weight) so i figured i should focus on something else -monitoring calorie intake, if I wanna commit to this exercise.
I'm planning on coming back here sometime soon because i still wanna try it, but for now my focus is just on maintaining a consistent sched for me to do my routine and keeping in check my eating habits ^_^ I will update here again when I've come back. Cheers!

Doing Sport while you‘re on your period is actually good, it reduces cramps, at least that is what works for me and my doctor recommended it.
Idk if it‘ll work for you but you could give it a try, but I think you shouldn’t do HIIT workouts while you‘re ok your period

It’s easy for you to do this and make it seem easy because your body is already fit and you’re skinny a fit body can stretch that way I have been there if a person doesn’t workout or if they have a fat body then they won’t be able to do this exactly the way you are doing it persistent is the key though

It may have to do with how much rest you have and if you aren't getting enough sleep. Muscles need rest to regenerate, and stress releases cortisol, which is bad for weight loss, I think. Also, being bloated and sitting for too long may affect calories burnt. There's a lot of science behind this kind of stuff, idfk.

I know that i can’t lose fat from one spot but four years ago i was working every day on my belly for 1 month and i really lost some inches that my pants was falling down. So i believe you can lose some inch by strengthening those muscles
