    For those who don’t know this is a Pilates workout and they are totally safe to do every day. It can be extremely tiring tough, especially if you’re just starting because it’s really targeting your ab muscles. If you’re a beginner , I’d probably start with three times a week

      @@unmatched252 you will because your muscles aren’t used to it! But i promise it gets easier easier. After my 4th class I felt like a pro but the pain can be intense

    I'm going to do this for a few weeks.
    Current measurements:
    62 cm. I do have a little bit of abs showing, but I haven't worked out in like a month).
    Day one: ✅ It was quite easy, but really refreshing!

    My waist is now 54 cm, my lower belly fat is nearly gone, and my stomach now has visible abs). After about a week of this workout, I started sometimes adding things like tracking my diet, adding some other workouts, and all that stuff.

    I like how you start out with a vlog then start the workout. Her abs workouts work, guys so dont worry and give it a try. I did the one she has to shrink your waist, and you see results ASAP

      I need to know if it’s postpartum safe tho. Because it’s hard to do regular ab workouts after kids. If your abs are spilt, it’s dangerous to do anything that can cause more damage. You will end up in the hospital for surgery 🫠.

    Worked lower stomach but also sides of hips. Thank you. People say you can't lose fat from one area but you can tone it and make it look more shapely. I know because i'm a cute shapely big girl... only because I work out I look thinner. Strength makes better posture.

    i decided to give it a try to this workout!! I also go swimming
    day 1:completed, it wasnt that bad! it was not as hard as i thought but i really felt the burn
    these days i was sick and i couldnt keep up but im back!
    day 2:completed and have done this workout two times. The burn is the same with day 1 but i love it
    like my comment to remind me and stay positive!

    Hi all, I've finished my 2 weeks of doing this 10 minute workout. I have PCOS and a lovely santa belly. Did not have any core strength at all and struggled so much the first few days, especially with the 3rd, 4th and 5th workouts, HOWEVER my strength did slowly increase as I completed each day! By the end of the 1st week I was only struggling with trying to lift myself up through pure core strength, and now I can kind of do it. I think if I give it more time, I'll be on my way to easily completing the whole 10 minutes.
    My belly was at 34 cm and now I'm at 32 cm. It's about to be shark week, so I'm putting this on a pause for now and will reboot in another 2 weeks. About to look for another one of her vids to try!
    My advice, don't beat yourself up about not being capable of doing the exercise fully. BABYSTEPS, YOU GOT THIS!

    Starting today doing this every for 2 weeks
    Day1:✅ done felt the burn it hurt but gotta stay strong
    Day2:✅ done again feeling the burn but no difference yet but it’s just the beginning
    Day3:✅ done again felt the burn it’s also easier than when I first started and I see a small difference but I also have been stretching
    Day4:✅ done it got more easy my lower stomach is smaller but not that big of a difference
    Day5:✅ done it’s easier than before my lower stomach is getting smaller but I also have been walking every day for 30 mins so yeah
    Edit: guys I had to stop working out due to back problems but during they give days I have been seeing a slight difference thank you guys for the reminders tho 🤗

      If you're shakin while doing core exercises that means your core is very weak. Don't worry about the shaking and your breath sounding like a mixer mixing batter while doing so. Try to keep those poses where it makes you shake as long as you can, that means those positions are your weakest on your core muscles. If you keep doing that even for a week you'll see the shaking will get better as you start exerting more control over those muscles.

    I've decided to try this workout for the next two weeks:
    starting waist measurement is 37in
    Day 1: had to take multiple breaks during the workout because i haven't exercised seriously in 5 years but made it all the way through and felt really good after
    Day 2: only had to take one break and it might be my imagination but my stomach is already looking a bit more toned
    Day 3: I made it all the way through the workout without having to take a break!
    Day 4: Was really tired this morning but i still managed to get the workout in. Beginning and end are really easy now, the middle part is still kicking my butt tho
    Day 5: already lost 3in off my waist!
    Day 6: My abs are definitely more defined
    Day 7: I was able to start incorporating some of the more advanced techniques
    Day 8: I'm able to fit into some of my old clothes again!
    Day 9: My stomach is basically flat when i flex my abs
    Day 10: my thighs and shoulders are also getting stronger

    Doing this workout for 2 weeks...
    Day 1: ✅was a little challenging for me, the breathing exercises were also a bit difficult
    Day 2: ✅ a little less difficult, I can definitely feel my core burning, and I did much better with following the breathing patterns
    Day 3: ❌ i was too busy with homework and didn't have time :/
    Edit: i ended up catching strep and lost motivation to do this workout :( but now I'm gonna try to get back into the routine. :)
    sooo im gonna restart at day 1.
    Day 1:✅after not doing this workout for a while, it actually wasn't that difficult. The only thing i struggle with is following the breathing exercises. but i definitely did better than the first time ever doing this exercise.

    I have done many workouts for the past 4 years trying to lose weight, after a while workouts didn't make me burn. But this one, ooo this one I could feel my stomach litreally dying. Felt amazing.

    ❌day 2: felt super sore so just did a whole body workout instead
    ✔️day 3: still sore struggled a LOT, took many breathing breaks, couldn’t keep up with you and couldn’t finish each exercise BUT i did them all and didn’t quit
    the 3rd and 4th and the 2nd to last are soooooo hard. hopefully it gets better
    ❌day 4: did an intense arms/legs workout so i couldn’t even lift my legs for the first exercise lol
    ✔️day 5: did it on bed so it was easy but still felt the burn
    day 6: again on bed. didn’t finish it bc my body is sore (from other exercises) so i think i’ll take a while to add this workout into my routine. we’ll see.

    the days are confusing so i’ll just say the date.
    ✔️28 sep: it got so much easier and i’m much more in control

    Gonna be doing this workout for 1-2 weeks followed by 30 mins of cardio wish me luck 💕💕
    Day 1 : First time doing it!! Felt the burn but I didn’t feel demotivated to do it, fun workout !!
    Day 2 : Holy crap my hips just started to hurt like HELL out of no where but I kept doing it 💪
    Day 3 : Today I’m gonna be doing the cardio later than the workout, hopefully that doesn’t affect anything but I did the workout just now and I feel great! Maybe I’m delusional but I’m already starting to see results,, before I could only see my upper abs (when tensing) but now I’m starting to see my lower abs too !! (When tensing)
    Day 4 : Just finished the workout! I’m abt to walk to the gym since I haven’t gone in like 3 days 😭 ‘n I’m gonna do my cardio there. The workout has been getting easier !!
    Day 5 : I think what's most challenging about this workout has to be the breathing and keeping your back straight on the floor, is it just me or does everyone's back arch usually?? But the workout is getting easier, I'm starting to incorporate the ways to make it more challenging that Gloria sometimes recommends!
    Day 6 : The workout has gotten much easier now but the burn is still there 💕 I hadn’t done the 30 minutes of cardio yesterday but even with that I’m seriously starting to see definition in my abs !! Love u for this Gloria, seriously a life saver x
    Day 7 : It has been getting easier for me to keep a straight back and I've memorized all the breathing exercises now. Also, the abs are definitely coming in!! Omg I feel so much more confident about my body right now.

    - Day 1 ✅felt the burn fr fr couldn't even do the one where u fully sit up but i survived lol
    - Day 2 ✅ got easier was able to fully do the sit up in only a day no visible results
    - Day 3 🚫 took a break so my muscles can have time to heal
    not gonna lie i quit for like 3 weeks but im back!! so lets restart

    another thing that they dont tell you about belly fat, is that if you are a woman and you have a uterus, than the uterus will stick out a bit. there is no way to get rid of it. but also love your body the way it is. you only live once and you dont want to spend your one life worrying about your body💗💗

    Started doing this today and I think I will continue for about two weeks
    Promise to continue updating cuz I keep seeing people who only have 2 days.
    Day 1✅ - Got through it but it BURNEDDDDDDD so hopefully I will get used to this - I also did other youtube workouts today but I probably will only continue this one for the next few weeks.
    I just weighed myself but after doing this and I am 51.4 kg but have a lot of belly fat
    Gotta get my school glow up 🙏🏽
    Day 2✅ - Woke up so sore today but also got my period at the end of the day so that might also be tied into it - after stretching and getting the soreness away, the exercise felt much better - I still felt the burn but it was actually nice.
    Day 3 ✅ - Wasn’t bad at all - was a little sore but I just stretched it out - so far so good
    Day 4 ❌ - Ngl I did not do it since I wasn’t feeling very well.
    Day 5 ✅ - Felt much better completing this exercise
    Wth I never updated this but I finished the two weeks and I don’t think anything rlly changed but I felt great about myself!

    i'm going to be doing this for one month and posting results
    day 1: i did this at morning and at first i didn't notice anything at all, but when it was night time i could already tell it was having some affect. plus, my abs burn
    day 2: i did this late at night this time. i could only do the half as i got my belly button pierced today and it hurt to crunch my stomach too much. but i did the first half twice
    day 3-5: i was so bloated these days + healing from my naval piercing so i skipped these days. i did walk 10k steps and i was on a juice cleanse to help with the bloat.
    day 6: i did this late at night after eating but i still noticed some results right away. i'm back to square one because of my extreme bloating case.

    Ive been doing this for some days (i think 3) and it feels so so amazing! Ive been seeing lots of results already (but thats probably because i do other workouts as well). Whenever i did my other workouts only, tho, i still got that low belly fat that didnt wanna go so thats why i started doing this workout and it just completed my workout schedule!!       ​@alieyaariesa9961 don't worry if you're not sore!! I was sore at first but the soreness dissapeard quickly. But everyone is different. Some get sore quicker than others. I'm a person that doesn't get really sore after doing an ab/core workout. Maybe you're just like me!

    Finished in about 15 mins. Have trouble following and not sure if I'm doing some of them right. Felt quite sore (wrist as i support myself up, and shoulder blades) -but great to feel somewhat accomplished.

    Yay! Managed to come back. Was easier than when i started yesterday but still have some troubles maintaining some of the positions. My abs are sore but I feel refreshed 🌼🌼🌼
    DAY 3: ❌ had a full day agenda
    DAY 4: ✅ Did it! Tho moved it in the evening because i had a lazy morning 😂. I'm slowly getting the exercise, following better than before. I feel refreshed 😊
    DAY 5: ✅ It's the high plank I'm having trouble with. I can't sustain that position without feeling like my shoulder blades are on fire.
    DAY 6: ??? I stopped midway 😅 because i was worried about my 🩸 which i don't even know when it started (like a few days ago but maybe was affected by this exercise?Idk) and it is now just only beginning to have heavy flow. I felt it in my abdomen during this exercise so i stopped. Should i continue? Help haha
    DAY 7: ❌ DITCHED! figured it's not good for during 🩸 so i switched to a diff exercise that is good for pms instead, for now. I will start again next week!

      @kofabillion yow sorry i ditched 😅 and tried other different exercises. I'd say these weren't for me as i struggled with commitment and once i fail a day doing it, feels like i will never get to the results.
      I also noticed that even though at first it felt effective, in the middle phase my results were disheartening (more bloated than ever, not losing weight) so i figured i should focus on something else -monitoring calorie intake, if I wanna commit to this exercise.
      I'm planning on coming back here sometime soon because i still wanna try it, but for now my focus is just on maintaining a consistent sched for me to do my routine and keeping in check my eating habits ^_^ I will update here again when I've come back. Cheers!

      Doing Sport while you‘re on your period is actually good, it reduces cramps, at least that is what works for me and my doctor recommended it.
      Idk if it‘ll work for you but you could give it a try, but I think you shouldn’t do HIIT workouts while you‘re ok your period

    It’s easy for you to do this and make it seem easy because your body is already fit and you’re skinny a fit body can stretch that way I have been there if a person doesn’t workout or if they have a fat body then they won’t be able to do this exactly the way you are doing it persistent is the key though

    i have workout for so long and eat balanced food, but no result in half a year, i think its my genetics. I have done ab workouts for a year and no result, even my stomach is not flat

      It may have to do with how much rest you have and if you aren't getting enough sleep. Muscles need rest to regenerate, and stress releases cortisol, which is bad for weight loss, I think. Also, being bloated and sitting for too long may affect calories burnt. There's a lot of science behind this kind of stuff, idfk.

    I know that i can’t lose fat from one spot but four years ago i was working every day on my belly for 1 month and i really lost some inches that my pants was falling down. So i believe you can lose some inch by strengthening those muscles
