The worst part for me is definitely keeping the head up. It's like my neck muscles have never been used as they tremble like crazy when I'm trying to keep my head up without supporting with the arms.
Be very careful with your neck positioning when doing such exercises. To avoid straining or hurting your neck and causing unbearable pain the next day, imagine you have a foam ball placed on your neck and a glass of water placed on your stomach; this is so you know how to position and restrict your neck and head movement as well as making sure you are doing the moves correctly and most importantly safely. Good luck! xx
Have your chin slightly tucked in towards your chest and make sure you inhaling your core to make sure the movement is coming from your abdominals and not your neck,also place your hands around your neck if you need extra support. First align your pelvis, to do this, lay on the ground with your knees bent, and tuck your pelvis under slightly, (neutralizing your spine make sure it's straight not arched or curved) and pull your belly button in towards your spine, then inhale though your ribs and when you exhale have your ribs drop down towards your hips, your should feel your core engage a whole lot more because your getting oxygen in towards those deep core muscles below your diaphragm. Singing and doing Pilates has taught me a lot about core control and strengthening, and I think Pilates is a great place to start with deeply strengthening and toning your muscles. Warm up ur neck a bit by rolling ur head before doing any exercises like these. Do not experiment with ur neck area , it's fragile and can cause excruciating pain or accidents if it's under too much pressure
@@taylorchetwynd at that time I did not diet but you can still visibly see and feel the abs. If you want to be healthier and self maintained abs or perhaps very visible abs , you can. Remember balance is the key. Eat something healthy before or after workout and try the water diet challenge. ( shows you a good time to drink water) try to avoid junk food or you can eat it 0-3 times a week. Support for everyone!!

Girl I do intensive workouts and they make my legs burn because I don’t normally train my legs, but I still work thru it. U just need to stretch ur legs and start off small until you can do the full thing without a bad pain in your legs

I am honestly so happy it’s actually such a confidence booster. My leg workout results are: my legs got so much slimmer, I am so happy and they also got toned, yayyyy!!! one thing I never mentioned in this workout was that on day 4, I lost all of my friends, I felt really alone and I just didn’t want to do anything but this workout gave me a reason to keep going, so i acted like everything was amazing but in reality it wasn’t fine, but this workout literally saved me from just rotting in bed and doing nothing. About 4 days ago, one of my family members was dr-nk and they was threatening my family, we literally had to hide their v0dka- lol- but this workout was a great way to distract myself!!
i have been doing this workout for a little over 2 weeks and i can see slight lines starting to form. i'm on a weight gain diet so i consider it a win!
Before i did this workout for the first time, i read some comments saying that it hurt or that it was a bit too hard, and that demotivated me. I compare myself to others a lot, and I know that that's a really bad thing. Cuz when i did the workout, it wasn't hard at all for me. It's probably because I've been working out a lot, so im not a beginner, and I've been doing some of Gloria's other workouts. I do another workout but for lower belly fat and that ones harder than this one so this one was really easy for me ngl. Moral of the story: DONT COMPARE YOURSELF TO ANYBODY! People that say "this workout was really hard and tiring and it hurt a lot" (which is not bad at all ofc) are mostly beginners and people that arent used to workout everyday (or just people that havent been working out for a while and are starting again). And people that say "this workout was really easy, not tiring at all but it did burn" are mostly people that are used to training their abs/body and just didnt find this hard. So i recommend reading the comments after you do the workout❤
I’ve been doing this for almost a week now - it’s gotten so much easier by the day, my abs feel slightly stronger and there is a slightly more defined ab line on my stomach

Trying this one with the leg workout. I already did the leg one for today😊 my legs are still burning Day 1: ✅ I was trembling so much😭 I couldn't stop trembling. I even had to stop a few times. I did manage to do the workout😄 I'm gonna keep going :D maybe I'll be able to do it without stopping soon Day 2: ✅ Decided to do the workout a bit earlier today. Breathing really helps 1 week Update - i did notice a difference in the ease and my abs. Before i did this workout for the first time, i read some comments saying that it hurt or that it was a bit too hard, and that demotivated me. I compare myself to others a lot, and I know that that's a really bad thing. Cuz when i did the workout, it wasn't hard at all for me. It's probably because I've been working out a lot, so im not a beginner, and I've been doing some of Gloria's other workouts. I do another workout but for lower belly fat and that ones harder than this one so this one was really easy for me ngl. Moral of the story: DONT COMPARE YOURSELF TO ANYBODY! People that say "this workout was really hard and tiring and it hurt a lot" (which is not bad at all ofc) are mostly beginners and people that arent used to workout everyday (or just people that havent been working out for a while and are starting again). And people that say "this workout was really easy, not tiring at all but it did burn" are mostly people that are used to training their abs/body and just didnt find this hard. So i recommend reading the comments after you do the workout❤
I’ve been doing this for almost a week now - it’s gotten so much easier by the day, my abs feel slightly stronger and there is a slightly more defined ab line on my stomach

day 1:pretty hard but worked through it hard to keep my neck up
day 2: only did this workout cause i walked ate 10,000 steps to day and i was way to tired
day 3: went well already lost 2 inches of my waist
day 4: i'm so thankful for the stretches
day 5: already feel way better!!!!
day 6: i did it at 1 am but still good
day 7:one week idk we will see

Day 4✅️ yaayy day 4 completed, it's actually easier today lol. The second to last exercise gets me lol but I took no breaks or stopped
Day 5✅️ it's almost been a week already

Day 7✅️ yaaayyy 1 week done! Breathing really helps
1 week Update - i did notice a difference in the ease and my abs. The ab lines are more prominent

hii girl i’m 13 too. I do this workout+others two of her still. On the first day I was having a belly fat that it was causing me pain but now it reduced a little bit! Just remember it takes time to lose fat
