    The worst part for me is definitely keeping the head up. It's like my neck muscles have never been used as they tremble like crazy when I'm trying to keep my head up without supporting with the arms.

      Be very careful with your neck positioning when doing such exercises. To avoid straining or hurting your neck and causing unbearable pain the next day, imagine you have a foam ball placed on your neck and a glass of water placed on your stomach; this is so you know how to position and restrict your neck and head movement as well as making sure you are doing the moves correctly and most importantly safely.       Have your chin slightly tucked in towards your chest and make sure you inhaling your core to make sure the movement is coming from your abdominals and not your neck,also place your hands around your neck if you need extra support. First align your pelvis, to do this, lay on the ground with your knees bent, and tuck your pelvis under slightly, (neutralizing your spine make sure it's straight not arched or curved) and pull your belly button in towards your spine, then inhale though your ribs and when you exhale have your ribs drop down towards your hips, your should feel your core engage a whole lot more because your getting oxygen in towards those deep core muscles below your diaphragm. Singing and doing Pilates has taught me a lot about core control and strengthening, and I think Pilates is a great place to start with deeply strengthening and toning your muscles. This was one of the first MOVE WITH NICOLE videos I did and she explained what I said a bit better so maybe you won't have this issue anymore, bc I used to as well and it call lead to overall back pain and be very uncomfortable. ❤ here's the link to the video: th-cam.com/video/nnt34RN74Rs/w-d-xo.htmlsi=Dob4rG3co4N4PbLD

      Warm up ur neck a bit by rolling ur head before doing any exercises like these. Do not experiment with ur neck area , it's fragile and can cause excruciating pain or accidents if it's under too much pressure

    I’ve been doing this for weeks and this has been maintaining my abs when I’m lazy. The results are worth the pain! No pain no gain

      @@taylorchetwynd at that time I did not diet but you can still visibly see and feel the abs. If you want to be healthier and self maintained abs or perhaps very visible abs , you can. Remember balance is the key. Eat something healthy before or after workout and try the water diet challenge. ( shows you a good time to drink water) try to avoid junk food or you can eat it 0-3 times a week. Support for everyone!!

    gloria you don‘t understand how much you‘re helping me!! i lost almost 10kg but am still obese therefore i can‘t do these intensive workouts since they make my legs burn like hell for DAYS. Your leg and abs workout in bed help me so much to move my body and become fit

      Girl I do intensive workouts and they make my legs burn because I don’t normally train my legs, but I still work thru it. U just need to stretch ur legs and start off small until you can do the full thing without a bad pain in your legs

    day 1: ✅ i’m doing this and the leg workout and I was shaking
    day 2: ✅ legs were still shaking in the morning and it burnt while doing it (did leg workout as well and later on did the tiny waist one)
    day 3: ✅ i’m doing way better, it doesn’t hurt as much anymore. legs still hurt when opening them up (did small leg workout again)
    day 4: ✅ until the day I die i will always starting crying once you say “extend your legs” (did 6m leg workout as well)

    Doing this workout for a month!!
    day 1: it was fine I LOVE the burn so much like omg 😍
    day 2: it was skibidi and easy
    day 3:… ok it’s got a lil kick (I was dying)
    day 4: my first thoughts: help. My second thoughts: it’s not too bad (my abs are shaking it is BAD) but never back down never what?! NEVER GIVE UP!!!!
    day 5: Skibidi (dying at 2am)
    Day 6: it’s so much easier todaaay
    day 7: it’s SO MUCH EASIER LIKE BRO ALOT EASIER 🔥🔥🔥🔥
    day 8: I can feel the burn more again 😱😍
    day 9: I don’t feel as much burn BUT my head is so hard to keep up out of no where 😢
    day 10: I can feel the burn again ahhahaha my head isn’t hard to keep up anymore BUT I can see some changes I’m so happyyy
    day 11: I don’t see any changes today BUT gotta stay consistent 🔥
    day 12: I’m seeing sm change but I rlly didn’t wanna do it today
    day 13: not much change, going to bed at maybe 1-1:30am, a little early so I can sleep early and wake up earlyy (I REALLY DIDNT WANNA DO IT TODAY)
    day 14: less brun and it felt faster I was listening to 24 hours by Sunmi and a-ha by IVY 😍 it helped a lot 😍😍
    Day 15: I hated the whole thing BUT I did it anyway because I can’t miss a day
    day 16: didn’t hate it as mucchhh ❤!!
    day 17: I start school again tomorrow ++ but I finished doing this at 11:47pm, I gotta go to bed early again !!
    Day 18: finished at 12:12am, I see such change!!
    day 19: finished at 12:18, before then I spent 2 and a half hours doing drawings for a video I (might) post 😭
    Day 20: finished at 12:44am I can see a big difference
    day 21: finished at 11:26pm, aaa so tired from school 😭
    day 22: barely finished i was so tired Anywyas finished at 12:46am
    day 23: finished at 12:32am help I think I just died
    day 24: finished at 12:52am help I have school today
    day 25: after tons of procrastinating, finally finished at 1:26am
    day 26: finished at 1:10am, helppp I procrastinated it so much because I was cold LOL buy anyways I really felt it today
    day 27: I finished at 12:27am, I was gonna do it 20 minutes ago but then I got a nose bleed for literally 20 minutes so I did it now
    day 28: actually dying. Deadass… anyways, i finsihed at 12:31am
    day 29: it’s easy again but help I gotta get up in 5 hours it’s currently 12:39am
    day 30: YAYAYYAYAYA ITS DONE AAA i finsihed at 1:20 I think since I did it on my phone I didn’t update but I DID IT YESSS
    SO HERES THE RESULTS: I don’t have measurements but that’s fine 🥰 basically my waist used to be small genetically but it got even SMALLER I lost not tons but a GREAT amount of stomach fat, it’s nearly flat!! I am honestly so happy it’s actually such a confidence booster. My leg workout results are: my legs got so much slimmer, I am so happy and they also got toned, yayyyy!!!
    one thing I never mentioned in this workout was that on day 4, I lost all of my friends, I felt really alone and I just didn’t want to do anything but this workout gave me a reason to keep going, so i acted like everything was amazing but in reality it wasn’t fine, but this workout literally saved me from just rotting in bed and doing nothing. About 4 days ago, one of my family members was dr-nk and they was threatening my family, we literally had to hide their v0dka- lol- but this workout was a great way to distract myself!!

    Before i did this workout for the first time, i read some comments saying that it hurt or that it was a bit too hard, and that demotivated me. I compare myself to others a lot, and I know that that's a really bad thing. Cuz when i did the workout, it wasn't hard at all for me. It's probably because I've been working out a lot, so im not a beginner, and I've been doing some of Gloria's other workouts. I do another workout but for lower belly fat and that ones harder than this one so this one was really easy for me ngl. Moral of the story: DONT COMPARE YOURSELF TO ANYBODY! People that say "this workout was really hard and tiring and it hurt a lot" (which is not bad at all ofc) are mostly beginners and people that arent used to workout everyday (or just people that havent been working out for a while and are starting again). And people that say "this workout was really easy, not tiring at all but it did burn" are mostly people that are used to training their abs/body and just didnt find this hard. So i recommend reading the comments after you do the workout❤

    I’ve been doing this for almost a week now - it’s gotten so much easier by the day, my abs feel slightly stronger and there is a slightly more defined ab line on my stomach

    measurements at the start: 33 waist 30.5 high waist hips 34 i'm gonna be doing this for about 45 day till school starts to see if it work for me doing this how to shrink your rib cage for a tiny waist and get rid of double chin & face fat workout

    day 1:pretty hard but worked through it hard to keep my neck up
    day 2: only did this workout cause i walked ate 10,000 steps to day and i was way to tired
    day 3: went well already lost 2 inches of my waist
    day 4: i'm so thankful for the stretches
    day 5: already feel way better!!!!
    day 6: i did it at 1 am but still good
    day 7:one week idk we will see
    doing this for 4 more weeks
    DAY 8-10:started doing the kazuha workout and momomi workouts

    Trying this one with the leg workout. I already did the leg one for today😊 my legs are still burning
    Day 1: ✅
    I was trembling so much😭 I couldn't stop trembling. I even had to stop a few times. I did manage to do the workout😄 I'm gonna keep going :D maybe I'll be able to do it without stopping soon
    Day 2: ✅
    Decided to do the workout a bit earlier today. It went okay, still had to stop a few times😭 my body was so sore when I woke up this morning bc of yesterday's workout
    Day 3: ✅
    Day 4:✅
    Day 5: ✅ did it in the morning this time, usually I do it at night. I still have to stop sometimes but I'm getting better. My body also is getting less sore

    Day 7: ✅ I'm starting to bloat bc of my period coming up but I can still already see a difference :D I'll def keep going.

    Day 9: ✅ my period is soon, and I can notice that I'm getting more tired. And that I'm getting tired faster. But I won't give up, I'll keep going

    Just some guy here, lets do it for a month (and some other excersises)
    Like to bring me back to update😭🙏
    Day 1 -✅ staring off strong, burns badd but so good. Did this once along with some leg exercises and other exercises
    Day 2 ✅️ back for day 2:) the burn was real but it went by so much faster and I took less breaks this time
    Day 3 ✅️ done!! Today was still hard but easier than the previous days
    Day 4✅️ yaayy day 4 completed, it's actually easier today lol. The second to last exercise gets me lol but I took no breaks or stopped
    Day 5✅️ it's almost been a week already
    Day 6✅️ it hurts
    Day 7✅️ yaaayyy 1 week done! Breathing really helps
    1 week Update - i did notice a difference in the ease and my abs. The ab lines are more prominent
    Day 8❌️ I had a super busy day but I got in alot of steps
    Day 9✅️ I got it done today though:) surprisingly easy considering i didn't do it yesterday
    Day 10✅️ a bit late (2am..) but done
    Day 11✅️ late again but done
    Day 12✅️ easy👍👍
    Day 13✅️ yayy
    Day 14✅️ i was at a music festival (again lol)
    Two week update: so, honestly a pretty big difference, my stomach is flatter than before and the lines are prominent
    Day 15✅️ almost fell asleep before day 16✅️ completing but i remembered
    Day 17-20 had someone over all day threw these days and couldn't do it but I got around 10k steps each day

    Day 1: ✅ (no difference but i feel much better)
    Day 2: ✅ (same as day 1)
    Day 3: ✅ (No big difference but i can see a small amount of progress)
    Day 4: ✅ (Small difference still)
    Day 5: ✅ (Small difference but beginning to become more noticeable)
    Day 6: ✅ (same as day 5)
    Day 7: ✅ (same as day 5 and 6) - (Would recommend, i cut back on sugar while doing this)
