  • Welcome to your 30 min morning yoga routine to wake up and feel your best. This beginner friendly practice is a slow and steady full body routine to help you wake up and get ready for the day.
    This practice offers a gentle series of postures that are great for people who need a bit more time in the morning to get moving. It is intended to help ease you into the day and release any tension and tiredness.

      Yes! Great for Sunday morning practice. I love a morning yoga session but my body always wants to act like it has never done yoga before if I start early 😂 this is lovely to get loosened up and ready for the day!

    OMG!!!! 😮The day when you were filming this video I was on that beach and I saw you!!! I thought that woman looked like Charlie and I sent you lots of love❤ It's amazing that I knew it was you even though I saw you from a distance. WOW, what a small world it is!!!

    Your timing is perfect as usual. My menopausal body was needing this practice at this exact time. My son had his tonsils and adenoids out and these past few days I’ve been either sitting in a hospital chair or running around at home making sure he’s supplied with Tylenol and popsicles. My joints and muscles felt stiff and i was debating whether or not to come to my mat today. I’m so glad I did. I feel so much better now. Even the ocean waves were telling me it was ok to breathe deeply today…blissful.

    A while ago this would have been difficult for me but I’m happy to say this practice felt way too easy when I did it today. I can now confidently say that I am no longer a beginner. Charlie has definitely helped me achieve that! ❤

    It was a lovely gentle flow just what I needed as I’m falling sick… it would be so nice if there was a series for feeling unwell: to release headache, or cramps, or like boost metabolism or libido, when feeling emotionally drained/depression… wish everyone a wonderful day!

    Gentle class for a rest morning before the gym later. I liked the soothing sound of the waves in the background. I don’t think it could actually be heard so far up the beach so I appreciate the editing work. Love the people on horseback too, such an idyllic scene.

    Thankyou, Charlie! This was perfect. I enjoyed the pace and the little balancing challenge too. I admit that I couldn't have held any lunge poses a few weeks ago, as I lacked the strength, but with a few weeks of yoga plus strength workouts on the mat, I'm now ok with them. Your facilitation style is so calm and encouraging ❤🙏❤️

    HORSES!!! But I digress. I have been sick with a bad cold for a week. Tired, drained, unmotivated. My husband was telling me all week, "You should go do yoga." Today I finally feel well enough and this was a GREAT practice. I LOVE this channel. Thanks so much!

    This was the perfect flow and level of exertion I needed! I’m relatively new to yoga and use it along with weightlifting for my running and cycling goals.
