That could be for advanced body budling . Not certainly for weighloss.coz heavy weight ppl already have significant amount fat /insulin/energyy
For weight loss, you should do IF. But also keep diet high in protein to avoid muscle loss
6-7 times a day 😂 is that a body or food processing machine!! if possible eat two times only..... people underestimate the body's ability to repair or handling itself and go overboard with food...
Do regular physical activity, proper rest with good enough nutrition covering everything is good enough..

I am young but because of GERD i am not getting enough diet and on intense exercise got acid reflux,, what should i do to get normal health please reply thanks...
I also faced similar problem when I developed Gerd, which happened because of eating before work out. Firstly, no matter what trainer says, it is best to workout empty stomach. Intense workout doesn't cause gerd. Eating during or before workout causes it. There should be minimum 4-5 hours difference between food and intense workout
Secondly, give a try to taking 10 ml apple vineger mixed with half lemon in glass of water. Take it 1 hour after each meal. It helped a lot in my case . I even made a TH-cam video about it... Search...

Drink milk + 1 tablespoon of anveshan desi ghee ( available online )
Within 1 week see difference .all the best

At 71, maintaining that kind of muscle mass naturally is very unlikely. He is probably on very low dosages of TRT. Yeah he is not going crazy on anavar or tren but this is definitely not natural. Nothing to take away from Sharat saxena's hardwork but with very low dosages of TRT, this is definitely achieveable.
