I always say don't leave dairy product even during your weight loss journey.....also you need carbs to hit the Gym efficiently without any laziness for that you need Wheat, if you don't want to eat that then eat Bajra, Jwari, Nachani, Besan and Rice Flour mix all these and have 2-3 roti in lunch....... for Sugar, yes its big no no to it.......
Totally agree with you…If you are not having any condition (ex: pcod for woman) then there is no point in cutting dairy and carbs from diet. This is something the celebrities and their dieticians won’t tell us. Didn’t our elders survive on dairy and carbs? Now a days everyone is making a huge deal out of it.
exactly its all about quantity of food i just eat normal food in limit n i use jaggery replaced sugar totally n i started active lifestyle 10km walk and 2km running daily i loosed 6kgs in 21days so accrdng to my experience quantity matters but eat only homemade food not junk or packed 👍
