I used this recipe for the first time a year ago and I will not switch up!!!! The meat was falling off the bone and everything was so full of flavor!!!! I get so many compliments every time I make my oxtail and rice and peas. I came back to the video because you deserve so much credit!!!! Thank you for sharing your recipes. ❤️❤️❤️

I like your method. I’m a pretty good cook myself but I’ve never added the seasoning three times. I usually just add some in the beginning let it cook and then add more at their end with the butter beans. I’m going to try it your way on Sunday. 😍😛

Raina girl there's hundreds of ox tail recipes but how you explained every step your laid back tone is what had me. So I don't eat meat, so I made it for a potluck at my job I followed every step, I had to double it be it was a larger amount. But girl let me tell you it was a hit the first thing to go 🤣. I was worried because like I said I don't eat meat so I couldn't taste it to see if it was right or not. From the compliments that I got they loved it. Thank you for sharing ☺️

I’m over here rolling. You took meat to the cookout and you don’t eat meat😂😂😂 What a chance you took. Yes, I’m happy this turned out great for you. It always a hit when I make it as well. Thanks

Question? Can I use oxtail seasoning, all purpose seasoning, burnt sugar, salt & pepper to season the oxtail? Or is better to just use the all purpose seasoning along with the Burnt sugar and salt and pepper? Or can I use all of the above seasonings? I’m planning on making this dish for Sunday dinner.
