I lost my dad I enjoy seeing the love although I cry, because he's not here. Keep up the good work and thanks for the good feeling you have giving me. My sister had a stroke and life is so bad, My God is good. I watch you guys all the time, I am a very good cook, but I have been so sick and I don't eat, I look up Jamaican oxtails and I found your dad and I guess this is my healing process, because now I want to cook again and maybe God will bless me to open my dream business. @@BIGNOSEPOPPA I like them thick like we had long time ago. Folks at restaurants be making 2-3 oxtails out of 1 thick one and have the nerve to be charging $25 for 4-5 thin pieces 🤦🏾♀️. Then again I also remember when a pack of thick cut (which I consider normal)oxtails were $2.99 or lower a pack.

I have oxtail marinating with these ingredients to make on Monday for Christmas dinner. The spinners will definitely take it over the top and I am ready for it. I'm also making a roast chicken. I cannot WAIT to see how this turns out.

This was a pleasant surprise, one because deddy is cooking my absolutely favourite dish, and I’ve been watching Raas kitchen for many years. BTW, that’s a typical size Jamaica dinner pot 😂. I don’t like broad beans so I make mine with black eyed peas and it is an awesome alternative

You can get whole Oxtail in the states at a good butcher, but yes for the most part it's cut up in the packages at the Supermarket. What is the deal with liquid Maggie? God id good all the time. Hello, I watched you guys three years ago with the original recipe which was lovely to watch, but I did want to just say about sister Maggie in our Walmart here in Ontario. You can get an 800 mL bottle. I noticed that Deddy was using a smaller one, but with the amount that you guys are cooking, I thought maybe the large bottle may be more economical. thank you so much for the recipes and I look forward to watching more

I love these guys. When I moved to Miami from Jersey in 95. I meet some great Jamaican and I feel in love with their food. They are very family oriented and they will welcome you if you are a good person. My family call me a Jamaican by injection please don’t ask why 😂😂😂.

no im in the states and they sell it in certain stores that have butchers u can tell them to cut u up a whole tail as well, and they sell them pre packaged as well in big supermarkets, my mom also tells them to take some fat off so it can weigh less
Omg. That is my dinner today. Even down to the ride and peas. But didn’t put spinners. We are not accustomed to putting it in oxtail.
