A great idea I was shown when cutting off the fat before the meat completely thawed out and it’s a little stiff cut it with the sissors... omg it amazing
Yes you can use the crackpot or instapot for 30mins. I personally don't use oil I put the instapot on saute. Once the pot gets hot I add my oxtail and have it Catch the colour and fry for maybe 6minutes before I add the cover then change to pressure
My first time making oxtails and I DID IT I’m so proud of myself
I love how you tell us what number on the stove instead of saying medium high. It’s get me tight every time someone plays in my face like that 😂
😂😂
Lmfao. Everyone doesn't have numbers on their stoves. Many come with High, Medium, low with notches that turn the flame a little higher or lower.
I tried the recipe. It came out amazing 😩👏🏽. Taste like me but the oxtail from a corner shop I swear to you. Best recipe hands down❤
Looks so delicious. What is the green sauce?
When I cook Ox Tails I add little Walkers brand mild, or sometimes hot Jerk seasoning.
My uncle adds coconut milk to his oxtails & it’s yum!
Those pots are the best for even cooking.

Mouth Watering 😭🤤🤭 taking notes 📝🤓
My mom didn’t cook her meats with oil, just fish, if she was frying it. She just used water to cook it down & it tasted just as good as anyone’s.
Thank you so much dear
Yummy!!! My favourite!! Thank you
Looks Amazing😀💙
Im in NYC where do you get your actual oxtail from?!
It looks so yummy.
Maaan look. This looks so good! About to follow you from all my pages on IG!
Whats in your green seasoning?
Right??
Oh I see she has a video on how to make it
I've used Worcestershire sauce I stead of soy.
You did a great job cooking that oxtail. It never turn out good when I cook it.
Hi! Question for you, what’s the difference between frying it as you did before and versus not this time? Just two different methods?
It’s just two different methods honestly. I prefer this way because I don’t have to baby sit the meat while it’s frying
Do you cook them on low or high
she said medium heat
I add Soya Sauce & pimento
Loved it. I would add a whole scotch bonnet. But now you have me wanting some stew oxtails.
Amen to the scotch bonnet. I love scotchies 💙
Her green seasoning already has scotch bonnet in it.
You make it look so easy
What size was that imusa pot?
Done it hard job
Where can I find green seasoning
You have to make it
Troy Williams...Any Carribbean, or International aisles in grocery stores. "Chiefs Green Seasoning", is a good brand.
Can I just put it in the crockpot instead of having it on the stove for 2hrs? Would it be the same steps ?

You kept it at the same temperature through out the process?
Yes, I did
