    Hi sir my acl suregery done on 4th may after 10 days my physiotherapy started i very good with physiotherapy but konw my knee is stiffed bcz of prone position with weight bearing did that some muscle cramps now my knee joint is very stiffed

    सर, आपकी वीडियो अच्छी लगी। मै विकलांग हूँ।मेरे भी विकलांग पैर की जांघ मे ऑपरेशन हुआ, अब घुटना जाम हो गया। मै कुर्सी वाली कसरत कर रहा हूँ बाकि कसरत नही होती हैं। क्या मेरे घुटने का जाम खुल जायेगा और कितने दिन लगेगा?? उत्तर जरूर देना।

    Hello,
    Actually I have got tibia fracture. It's been 2.5 months. Doctor comes off my plaster from the knee but still on leg and ankle. I am facing difficulties to fold my knee. I need a suggestion, I am getting confused that I should do exercise for the stiff knee or not ? Or should I wait to put off my plaster from the leg and ankle as well ?
    Can you please suggest ?

    Hi sir. My patella broken surgery was done on 12th august. 5 months completed . From 1st November we started physiotherapy. Till now only 90 degrees only it is bending. I'm doing exercises u showed in the video. Patella joint wire inserted. I am unable to fold my leg fully on bed. While sitting it is 85 to 90 degrees. I am 41 now pls reply me sir

      Warm up ke baad pura knee band ho rha hai to ye accha sign hai, thode time mai range easily achieve ho jaegi... Exercises ko regularly perform kijiye👍🏻, pain bhi range ke saath improve hoga, exercises ke baad 20 minute icing krein usse pain mai relief milega

    My age now 32 years and Im doing exercise everyday in morning ( warm up running and many more) in morning while I just get up and then I was try to walk at that time it is very difficult to walk but after warm up it is some easier plz suggest me it's solution

      The solution is already in your answer morning stiffness and discomfort is pretty common, add ankle movements, knee straightening and bending exercises before you move out, you can add gentle cycling too, to passively warm up you can place a hot pack for 15-20 minutes 👍 but you are already doing warm up which is the only solution and with time it will surely improve, you can go through this video which is on warm-up it might also help👍🏻th-cam.com/video/ursGpUirPrc/w-d-xo.html

      ACL surgery ke baad kisi bhi sports mai vapsi ke liye 9-12 mahine ka proper rehab krana bhut jaruri hai nhi to dobara ACL injury ke chances hote hain... Ap strengthening, balancing, aur cricket specific rehab exercises krein, specially agar aap fast bowler hai to ye aur bhi jada jaruri ho jata hai👍🏻

    Aaj mere left knee ki ACL Reconstruction Surgery hue 1 mahina ho gya hai. Mere pair ka extension thik hai aur flexion 90 degrees tak hai.
    Q. Mujhe konsi flexion ki exercises ko add karna chahiye?
    Q. Full flexion me mujhe kitna vakt lagega?
    Q. 1 se 2 gante ke rest ke baad mera flexion kum ho jata hai. Thoda dard aur muscle tightness ke sath knee flexion me time lagta hai.
    Ye kb tk rahega?

      Flexion exercises jo video mai dikhai gyi hai unko aap regular kijiye.
      4-6 weeks mai apki range ajani chaiye, thoda time upar neeche bhi ho sakta hai, don't worry it's normal.
      Exercises ke baad vapas range km hona bhi bhut common baat hai.... Apke tissues(muscles, ligaments) ko vapas se nyi range mai adapt hone ke liye thoda time lagega, par nyi range jarur maintain ho jaegi👍, exercises ke phle aap hot Water bag ka use kr sakte hain 15-20 minutes......       Thigh aur hip muscles ko strong krenge.. To weight bearing aa jaega... To aap strengthening exercises par dhyan dein jaise chair or wall squats, heel raises, side leg raise, straight leg raise, hamstring curl, etc....

      100 is a good range....in exercises ko kro aur lower body stretching exercises bhi kro .....4-6 weeks mai normal ho jana chaiye but end result will depend on number of factors

      Knee flexion with just cycling is not advisable in the initial stage, mobilisation of knee joint, hot fomentation, gentle knee range of motion exercises along with cycling might help👍🏻

      Exercises ko continue krna hai jb tak 130-135 tak range nhi jaati... Immobilization yani ghutne ki movement na krne se soft tissue shorten yani sankuchit ho jate hain, is position se jb aap movement ko jari rakhoge to tissues ka adaptation vapas se nyi range mai hoga... Jb tak puri tarah adaptation nhi ho jata nye range mai apko exercises jari rakhni hai... Aisa kuch samay hoga ki exercises krne ke kuch der baad vapas tightness aajati hai but jaise hi nyi range mai ghutna jaega tissues apne aap release ho jaenge aur ghutna puri range praapt kr lega... So don't worry... Just perform the exercises regularly 👍🏻

    Sir mera bbhi fracture huabtha patela maine pati bandyi thi abhi bhi pati Bandi hue hai 1month jud hi hogya hai lkin abb Voh jaam hogyi hai ghutna toh voh Patti pale massage karte hai usko ek daam mod ne ki kosis karte hai to jaan nikal jati hai bhut jayda dard hota hai abhi kara kar aayi hun fr se toh kya me jab pati Bandi hue hai tab bhi kar sakte ye exercise pls sir boliye 😭😭😭 mod nai raha hai

    Sir mere bhai ka 22feb 2024 ko accident ki wjh se knee operation hua major operation tha
    Kuch time k bd wah khada ho paa rha h bina sahare ke , lekin barabar chal nhi pata h
    Nahi ghutna mudte h uska pura
    (Kuch 5saal phle uska ligament operation hua tha jiske bd puri trh normal mudta bhi tha pair sb kuch normal tha)

    Hi sir!
    Mera road accident 05 June'22 ko hua. Patella Tendon break ho gaya tha but knee cap(Patella) shi tha. Operation was done on 07 June'22. Plaster lagaye hue aaj 6 weeks ho gaye hain. Aaj 21 June '22 ko plaster niklega. Mai bas comments section padh ke depression me jaa rha hu ki mera leg shi se kaam kar paayega ya nhi.....pls advice. Your suggestions on this is highly requested.

      In exercises ko kariye, plus mobilisation (joint movement) physiotherapist se krawae, regular exercises krna jaruri hai ghutne ko kaam hone se rokne ke liye, exercises ke phle hot pack use krein 15-20 minutes, exercises ke baad cold pack 15-20 minutes 👍🏻

      Agar swelling hai to kr sakte hain lekin icing sterile condition mai krni hogi taki contamination na ho,Ice should not come in direct contact to avoid contamination,better avoid icing if stitches are there and Sterility is not maintained,aap stitches ke asspass ke area mai icing kr sakte hain,stitches ke direct contact mai ice ko na lae, Acl rehab mai pain hona normal hai, jo mostly serious nhi hota👍🏻thoda sa back off kro... Jada hard exercise na krein, pain chala jaega

      Konsi surgery hui hai uspar depend krega, last exercise ko chod kar baki exercises aap surgery ke baad se turant kr sakte hain, last exercise 4-6 weeks baad jb range nhi aati tb ap kr sakte hain, fir bhi ap apne physiotherapist ya surgeon se advice lene ke baad hi exercises krein👍🏻

      Exercise ke phle hot pack ya towel ko garam pani mai dip krke acche se nichod lein aur ghutne par 15-20 minute lapetkar rakhein, aur video mai dikhae exercises chalu krein👍🏻
