सर मेरे acl सर्जरी हुआ है 45 दिन हो गया है 5 दिन से घुटना मोड़ना स्टार्ट किया है और घुटना 15 डिग्री मूड रहा है पहले दिन भी 15 डिग्री था और 5 दिन बाद भी 15 डिग्री ही है तो क्या करू अब।और पैर की सूजन नहीं गई बिल्कुल अभी तक और डॉक्टर ने चलने के लिए मना कर रखा है।
