I FINALLY did it! I put two old sheets under my knees so they wouldn't scream in pain the second they hit the ground and DID the floor exercises! They were SO hard! The rest of the video was a breeze in comparison. 😆 Now I had to take breaks and couldn't get the full forms, but I completed a full 30 min video! It s a step in the right direction. 👍❤️

The exercises are all perfect and affect all the arms muscles. I have just a suggestion though: the video is too long and if we want a better result, to repeat them in 2-3 or more series, it is impossible bc they will take too long time. Thank you!

I joined the gym and course so that I get myself involved in beneficial activities. Instead of just watching TH-cam and indulge in illusion. I already said many times what I want for myself.

Aww. 😞 This was such a good video...until we got into seated, wall and floor stuff. Why can't I find a workout this intense that's standing ONLY??? They're always either too short (Im looking for 30 min minimum), not intense enough, or involve floor stuff which I can't physically do. 😞

I'm particularly looking for standing only, no jumping and no equipment (except dumbells) exercises due to health. Like you said, safety is my number 1 priority, but I also love REALLY intense workouts I'll feel the next day.
I swear by your over 50 daily aerobics. It's a wonderful pace, and as I do it more and more I can focus on form and proper full extensions.
My biggest pet peeve is that I have to stop this video early, and it feels like I failed the video, because my goal is to do the whole video through.
This may be my own issue though. I'm bypassing anything less than 30 min long. Maybe it's time I look at some of the shorter ones. I can always add a couple together to make 30 min of need be. 🤔
