    My dog, you aren't lying. Shoulders, triceps, back pulls and keep most sets on the light to make sure you dont get hurt. Don't let your ego hurt your gains. Start light, then moderate weight, heavy on the last set for size. Unless you are competing, don't be a hero. Mike, you are an inspiration young man!

      It’s better to go heavy first because you can always lift the most when your muscles are not sore from the first few sets

    Following your workouts I dropped 60lbs went from a little over 280 to 220ish. Two years ago I fractured my L4 but I’m back once again now that I have a a clean bill of health. Round 2 fight!!!! Thanks Mike.

    Stretching your shoulder is honestly more important than anything. I used to have a lot of shoulder pain after a long boxing sessions. My sports medicine doctor showed me my shoulders was rounded forward and got me on a stretch routine. Now I snap my jab out all day with no problem.

    I also do biceps with the straight barbell. In my opinion, it's way better than the ez curl bar. The straight barbell gives you much better resistence to make your muscles work harder to build more muscle.

    Genuine question. I've been training for about 8 years, and I occasionally hear clicking sounds in my shoulders if I rotate it in a circular motion. More specifically, I'd want to say it's my rotator cuff (not sure tho). What should I do about this?

      As long as your not experiencing any pain or discomfort More than likely it’s air being pushed out of your joints. But If you’re concerned I would schedule an appointment with a kinesiologist.

      Could be slightly out of place. Check a chiropractor, physical therapist or joint specialist. Not a regular doctor.

      Def go get it looked at. Just got a cordizone shot for pain and discomfort. Cuff is fine but may be damaged legiments.

      BP500 and BPC 157 injections. Stay off the free weights for a while and hit the machines and stay off the heavy weights unless you are some sort of power lifting competitor. Ego lifts will hurt you long term. Nobody loves the ones that are out...
