Hassan was unbelievable, but it was unnecessary to put eliud down like that. As a marathoner myself, we all know that eliud is the goat. He just got old that’s all. I’m sure even Hassan respects and admires kipchoge. Rupha needs to do better

Hassan is incredible remember that London marathon where she looked in trouble and was dropped by the leaders but she recovered caught them and won! You can never rule her out

Netherland is a very small country, but won 35 Olympic medals. It is a shame to India who couldn't win any gold medals, while the Netherlands won 15 gold medals
It's about economics etc. Here almost everybody can afford to send their kids to a sports club, who are also very innovative cause there is money. You can see it in the standings.

4:41 she has 6 Olympic medals total (3 Gold and 3 Bronze), not 6 Gold. Still an absolute legend though as the first athlete to join the legendary Emile Zátopek after 72 years in winning medals in the 5k, 10k ánd the marathon in a single Olympic Event.

I suspect doping. The western world are practising double standards on doping. Even you said 2 days are not enough to recover your energy, after running 1 long distant race in such a most competitive event - the olimpics - yet she did 2 long distance races winning bronze and eventually crowned it all with a marathon gold ; to be honest that is humanly impossible. Cheptegei only did one 10k race breaking the olimpic record, but couldn't recover his energy for onother race. He was too exhausted. Faith Kipyegon did 5K where she won silver. She testified that she was too exhausted to run her special 1500m. On her own account she said it took a miracle that she won

you claim that Sifan Hassan did what Kipchoge couldn't? i have nothing against sifan hassan, on the contrary i am very happy for her victory in the marathon and my congratulations to her! but to say that she did what kipchoge couldn't is stupid, you better compare men's and women's disciplines from the beginning, there is crazy competition among men at all distances and let's not forget that the distances where men run are more interesting to watch because it is more spectacular, so i want to say that it is not so easy to participate in men's disciplines at all distances and take medals, yes at one time Emil Zatopek did it, but nowadays everything is different new training programs and workouts and completely different speeds so i don't want to say that it is impossible but we'll see i will only be glad if among men there appears someone who will take gold medals at 3-4 distances.
