    Hi Joan, I am 71 and worked out since just over 3 years ago, but not enough. I know now if I am going build up my body, I have to work harder, and found your videos this a.m. thank you so much for being here. I lost 30 lbs but looked like a toothpick so started going to the gym, then started doing just resistance bands at home. I've maintained my Keto nutrition easily, and love the resistance bands but not enough progress. I think I need more, so I am rejoining my gym tomorrow when they have someone on duty to sign me up again, and then I'm going to get someone down there to buddy up with. I already know quite a few people there. You are a wonderful inspiration for me, and I've felt so bad about the whole aging process, but now I have way more incentive to hit the ground running ;) 💕👍🌺🌺🌺

    I want to stay in shape but I don't want to work out like a body builder. She does look great.

      Ingredients:
      1. Do strength training, wheights, calisthenics, whatever but train hard.
      2. Eat nice natural food and include at least 80g of protein each day.
      3. Sleep 8 hours everyday.
      4. Do this over time with consistency and do not fail for extended periods.
      That is all it takes to be in your best shape and enjoy life as you never did, believe me.
