I'm former athlete just turned 65 and thought I was in ok shape.This humbled me to nearly tears at how I am only a shadow of previous.

I havr been out of my home gym for 2 months due to surgery and finally got released to start working out again. The first thing I did this morning was get back on your page and do this. My arms are shaking, legs shaking, and a T-shirt full of sweat love it. I'm going to be hitting your 6-week shred program again

This is my favorite workout of yours! I started following you in mid 2020 and was using 8 pound weights. Moved up to 10 pounds in 2021 and then 12 pounds in early 2023. Last week I started using 15s and I feel so strong!!! I am 50 and in the best shape of my life. Thank you for helping me!!! 💪🏼
