It wasn’t Jesus - he died more than 2000 years ago and left planet earth for who knows where… and, NO, you don’t know where because you need to accept the fact that heaven is a figment of the imagination from people afflicted with susceptibility to superstition, illusion and wild fanciful constructs. If you just live a good moral ethical life and take care of your self while helping others you’ll live a good and fulfilled life. Get a teddy bear, pet rock, a flowering plant or, if you want some positive feedback, a dog as a companion.

I'm always a bit shocked when patients get mad at their doctors refusing external knowledge. They've received almost a decades worth of instruction and are well compensated whether they do much of a good job or not, I don't think patients should be happily advising reticent doctors. If the doctor cared in the first place they'd take time to find these things out. We shouldn't enrich the already wealthy of knowledge who really don't care. They're whole profession needs an overhaul. You're paying them and educating them without gain.

Turns out that pompous arrogance is common with most doctors in private practice while those in emergency rooms are not yet ruined by association with the private practice MD filth. Those in emergency rooms are mostly good people while the private practice quacks are more exposed to the drug salesmen and the corruption they bring from big Pharma. A private practice doctor earns a lot more in perks from drug companies than they do on patients turning them into arrogant, pompous, elitist, assholes.

I wish I had known about K2 and Vitamin D3 before I became deficient back in 2009. I was 59 and felt horrible. I knew from reading that I may be low in D due to my symptoms...low thyroid, high blood pressure and joint aches and pains. All of that is gone now and at age 69 I feel like age 45. I take 240mcg.a day of K2 and keep my vitamin D3 at 75ng. I am grateful to you DR. Berg and Dr. Mercola for helping me all these last 11 years with your knowledge.

I saw a pic where someone cut a water pipe in half and showed what the inside of the pipe looked like. There was so much calcium build-up inside that the water pipe had to be replaced. If calcium in the water does that to water pipes calcium will also build-up in your arteries. Ever since I saw that pic I threw away all my calcium supplements and started taking k2 & d3. My blood pressure dropped significantly.

@DrEricBergDC Please read this 🙏🏼❣️ I have severe Osteoporosis & I’ve been taking 10 000-20 000 IU D3 + 200 mcg K2. The Osteoporosis Doctor told me to stop taking D3 since my levels were toxic? It’s hard to get ahold of grass fed cheese, meat etc in Sweden 😢. If you find for example bacon, it’s really expensive. They want to start me on Zoledronic acid as an intravenously infusion that you get once a year. When I read the side effects I got really scared! What can I do? I will take everything that you’ve recommended, but I have to make up my mind about this infusion before August 😢! I have NAFLD & severe constipation because my pain is preventing me from exercising… I’m also always exhausted to the point that I fall asleep in front of the TV & my husband can barely wake me up?! I gained 26 kilos in 10 months 2018 & I found you & I went directly to two meals/day & a 4 hours eating window. I lost 21 kilos in less than 3 months thanks to you 🙏🏼❣️ Then my dad got cancer & I got depressed & started comfort eating so I gained all that weight back 😢& now I can’t get rid of it 😔. I’ve been skinny, but fit all my grown life & then I got work injuries + a doctor took away my painkillers so I ended up bedridden for 7 months until I got them back. I was skin & bones & no muscle mass. I weighed 36 kilos. The pain was unbearable. I could only drink blueberry juice mixed with water. When I started eating again I was full after 1 teaspoon of rice (this was 2011/2012) & I could never come back from what he did to me. If I only had found you back then. I’m only 4.10 & I weighed 44 kilos with only 10 % fat + lots of muscle mass before this happened. Please help me 🙏🏼!!

@@emh8861 I'm not sure on that. But unpasteurized cheeses are not that hard to find. Unpasteurized cheese is not banned like raw milk is in most states. Any decent grocery store with a large selection of cheeses should have one or two aged cheeses that use unpasteurized milk. Just read the listed ingredients. Most countries require unpasteurized cheeses to be aged at least 3 to 6 months before they can be sold. I would recommend cheeses aged for 1-2 years for more K2 content by weight.

The recommendations of daily amount, either by ingesting food or pill form. We get so much information, I think a vitamin and mineral wheel would be ideal to have as a reference. I,like many people have a lazy Susan full of bottles of supplements and pills, with no idea when to take, does this one interact with that one, should I take this one before or after I eat etc. all the info is wonderful, just need a compass on how it all works. Dr Berg. You said the key is that they're grass-fed butters and cheese. Does this mean that if they are not grass-fed we will not get the benefits? I'm distressed at this because 1, you're lucky you can find grass-fed dairy products at all and 2, if you do find them they are always far more expensive than the alternatives. It's quite upsetting not being able to afford grass-fed products and organic foods, I mean bacon without the nitrates is hard to find, and when you do find it, it is literally twice as much as ordinary bacon. But you do what you gotta do right? I'd love an answer Dr. Thank you.

My experience after a few months of 200μg (mcg) per day:
Teeth: Tartar gone! The teeth feel much smoother, cleaner. This may be subjective, but I'm convinced there in a better condition
I had a corn on my left little toe for well over 20 years (maybe even more than 25). It didn't bother me that much so I never tried anything serious to get rid of it. But now it is completely gone! I started noticing after a few weeks that I could just peel chuncks of it and then it dissappeared completely. Obviously I can't say with certainty that this was due to K2, but I cannot think of any other explanation. Was not expecting this.
On the subject of toes: initially for some reason I developed what looked like small abrasions, as if I was wearing too small shoes. I'm working from home without shoes.... That cleared eventually completely. Again, can't say with certainty that was due to K2.

I followed strict healthy keto as in his posts...I've been 90% organic for decades mostly arugula/ chopped salads olive oil, lemon, balsamic. Broccoli + rabe, cruciferous veg. Grassfed dairy/poultry baked Pacific salmon. Milk thistle + Bragg's acv (diluted) Move, move, move walk Zumba, Tai chi. Intermittent fasting crucial. All or Dr Berg s posts on gallstones will help. Mine were small & still have some so didn't need bile salts. Also Gary Nulls powdered vitamin c & stay hydrated. My friend just had emergency gallbladder removal (69) but another died a month ago of a ruptured gall bladder (86). Good luck to your friend🙏

@@chrispalko9483 Actually, no. Australian cattle are grass fed, often hay in late summer early Autumn. Even our high country cattle are generally on lowland grass during Winter. Sometimes hay or a grain treat for dairy cattle during milking. Outback cattle sometimes spend a few weeks on hay prior to slaughter. They might get grain if they are in poor condition. Our beef is generally lean, apart from purebred Angus, which is still much leaner than say Wagyu, or even most ordinary grainfed beef that we see online. Grain fed or even finished beef is rare here & is generally marketed as such for those looking for fattier meat.

Helena Handkart Actually, no. Only took me a split second to refer to Australian standards, Overall, about 60-65% of a cow's diet comes from fresh grazed grass averaged out over a year. They are sold by weight so fattening up is a no brainer when trying to turn a profit with such low margins. To think that all cows apart from Angus beef are grass fed for almost all their life is hilarious! Why do you think they are fed antibiotics and growth hormones? Certified grass fed grass finished beef commands a higher price but end of the day a farmer only cares about the number on the scales

My cardiologist told me to take calcium after having an aortic dissection with open heart surgery to help heal the ribs. As the years passed and I watched calcium form in my arteries, (the majority of the aortic dissection is not repaired so I have CT scans yearly), doctors were clueless as to why the calcium was in my arteries, but said it didn't matter since it wasn't occluded. My thought is why wait until they are!
When I heard Dr Berg talk about taking K2 I instantly seen that I was in need and started. I can't wait until my next CT scans. At a minimum I hope to not see any more calcium forming I do hope though to see it dissolving. Medical doctors have no honest reason for not knowing this stuff!

Let Dr Berg know….as well as everyone what happens!!

    • @c.m.303
      @c.m.303 ปีที่แล้ว

@@richardarzillo1029 Well here is how the medical system works...long post...The calcium was causing a problem obviously since it is collecting in my arteries. So I added the K2. But since I have a mechanical aortic valve, and I am a stroke risk, I am on Jantoven (a blood thinner similar to warfarin). But then the Jantoven needed to be increased after starting the K2. My initial search suggested that K1 affects warfarin, but not K2. Evidence showed me the K2 was affecting it, so I dug deeper to find out why.
After struggling through studies that might as well be written in Greek, looking up every term, I found that warfarin is a K2 antagonist...some studies seem to say vice versa, but I am no scientist. From my layman's point of view this class of blood thinner works by creating a nutritional deficiency in the K vitamins, which then leads to a problem with calcium since it tends to block arteries without K2 available. Warfarin also has a noted issue of lower bone mineral density and higher risk of osteoporosis.
I asked my cardiologist at the Mayo Clinic in MN, he wasn't quite aware of the issues but looked it up and agreed. Through brainstorming I asked a few questions and his replies were...no he does not recommend replacing a mechanical valve because of its long lifespan and bovine would have a 10-12 year lifespan before needing replacement. When asked about other options he said... other blood thinners do not cause these issues but they are not approved for the conditions I have. He did not agree with how I suggested it works through creating a vitamin deficiency...but he couldn't say if any of the benefits of the K1 and K2 were available to the body. So I looked it up.
Wiki says...Warfarin/Jantoven is in a class of drugs called Coumarins. According to Wiki these drugs deplete the active form of the vitamin by inhibiting the enzyme vitamin K epoxide reductase and thus the recycling of the inactive vitamin K epoxide back to the active reduced form of vitamin K. The drugs are structurally similar to vitamin K and act as competitive inhibitors of the enzyme. The term "vitamin K antagonist" is a misnomer, as the drugs do not directly antagonise the action of vitamin K in the pharmacological sense, but rather the recycling of vitamin K.
Digging deeper it appears this process is part of the gut flora that is being altered, so that the body does not absorb vitamin K. If that all sounds like a wicked poison...it is. The original creation of warfarin was literally rat poison.
I have a dissection that goes from the iliac up into my head on both sides...so it would take a team of the top doctors to do any work anywhere on it. I would consider it though if they were willing. My only other thought at the moment is to try and find natural blood thinners, that will allow me to reduce the Jantoven that don't affect the K vitamins...but it may be difficult to find information to see how it thins the blood.
In the meantime, I am taking an awfully high dose of Jantoven to stay in the range they want and that is concerning, so I plan to lower the K2 a bit while I continue to research this out.
Anyone with info or ideas on this...I am all ears!

I also have been taking 10,000 IUs of vitamin D since before Dr. Berg recommended it. There is a research group who've determined that there is a minimum dose of K2 for efficacy, 320 mcg. So, according to them, you should take at least 320 mcg of K2 per dose.
