    Woops - forgot to add a few links to showerhead fluoride filters. They are in the description now.
    purewaterfreedom.com/fluoride-filters/fluoride-shower-filters/chrome-fluoride-shower-filter.html
    apexwaterfilters.com/shop/shower-filter/apex-mr-7010/
    Personally, I put a whole house fluoride filter in. I used this company (no I am not affiliated): crystalquest.com/collections/fluoride-water-filters
    They used to carry a showerhead to filter out fluoride but apparently now they only have whole house filters and under the counter filters.

    I’m 71 and been on Keto and IF for almost 2 years. I had so many health issues I can’t even list them all, but included heart, joints, liver, etc. At 69 I thought I was about ready to say goodbye to my family. I stumbled on your videos, bought your book, and immediately launched into the diet. I’m now off all meds, lost 35 lbs, and feel better than I have in decades. Thanks!

    I can't get enough of the litttleextra reactivate hair growth serum and I do not need to wash my hair the next day after application. This serum is nice and useful for hair growth; after just a few weeks of use, I noticed a significant improvement in the thickness and strength of my hair. The serum is lightweight and non-greasy, making it simple to use. It also has a delightful smell, which is a great added benefit. The formula is packed with right nutrients that nourished the hair follicles.

    Last year, my brother had a problem with losing a lot of hair. He went to see a dermatr who gave him some chemicals to put on his head. Unfortunately, those chemicals made his hair fall out even more, I can't remember the names of chemicals. Luckily, his friend told him about a special coconut and onion hair oil and shampoo called littlextra coconion. His friend had used it before when he had hair loss too. My brother used it every day for three months, and after that, his hair stopped falling out. He still uses it even now, six months later. My brother also loves to exercise and spends 30 minutes every day either doing exercises or jogging. I think that helps his hair because it makes the blood flow better in scalp. But I also think that our genes play a big part in this hair loss problem.

I was so stressed, I gave myself Bell’s palsy! I’m fine now after meditation and acupuncture treatments. I’m in great shape and always eat healthy. The mental effects of hair loss are so overlooked. Even I failed to see how devastating it was until I experienced it. It occurred to me a few days ago that I haven’t left my house without a hat in a year. I’ve always been complimented on how thick and curly my hair was and then BOOM. It started falling out in clumps. Some people have an easier time dealing with it but I’ve found it very difficult. Thanks to this channel for the help the past few months. I’m mid-trial but hopefully I will see some results in the coming months.

      Fluoride is to blame mostly. Fluoride actually makes us dumb! Just notice, how many kids started becoming autistic after governments decided to add Fluoride to the water during world war I in order to keep the people silent. Now, Why can't governments simply not add fluoride to our water when everyone knows Fluoride a poison? Oh wait! Fluoride makes us dumb and that's what they still want so that people can be controlled under their cynical paws. But it is high time, we should bring this up in our upcoming elections. We should make our water Fluoride free. Like if you agree!

I also use a derma roller on my scalp once a week, followed by massaging my scalp with rosemary oil and leaving it on for a few hours before shampooing it off. Yeah, I had lost a bunch of hair years ago from a medication. I took Collagen Type I and III with vitamin C and within a year not only did the hair grow back, but even more came in. Ultimately I ended up with a lot more hair than I had before i ever took the medication!By the way, I have heard that we can't absorb types I, II, and III all at the same time, so be weary of supplements that have all 3 in them together. There's a reason they only put types I and III in the supplement I took. I think it was Called Bio-Cell or Neo-Cell.

Because I actually did reverse massive hair loss through keto, daily vitamin D & B complex/Biotin vitamins & by eating more protein, eggs, cruciferous vegetables (esp Brussels sprouts) & sauerkraut. After 2 years my hair is now significantly fuller & growing back sandy-blonde vs white-silver gray. No need to color it anymore. About every 3 months the old hair sheds though & this still throws me into panic. But gradually it's replaced with lots of baby-fine hair. I started applying rosemary oil (two drops) in my shampoo, I noticed a lot of new hairs growing in the areas that were already skin (like small thinned hair). The rosemary oil I use tho is a bit different, it's rosemary pepper oil, which I believe is slightly more powerful because it promotes blood circulation even more. But don't use it alone on your skin, always use with shampoo or olive oil or any oil you have because it's really powerful and can burn your skin.

    • @alextrip9750

      In the bottle? Or in the amount ou use everytime you shower ?

    • @thiagoguimaraes406
      @thiagoguimaraes406 ปีที่แล้ว +6

      @@alextrip9750 you can apply in the bottle but then it would be 5 drops per ounce of shampoo, which is equivalent to 2 drops each time you apply shampoo on your hair . One thing that is important to mention however, is the fact that if you have like a full bottle of shampoo and you mix it up with any essential oil, then the oil will probably oxidate after 15 - 20 days if the shampoo isn't completely used within this period which is unlikely. So it's always recommended to put the shampoo in different bottles, like half of it or the amount of shampoo you think you gonna use in 15 days and then mix with the oil of your choice, like rosemary (pepper or not) oil, peppermint oil and so on, there are many essential oils that promote hair growth but I like those who really burn because they have, in my opinion, an extra effect on hair growth due to their ability to increase blood flow also I like to leave the shampoo for 5 minutes on hair before I wash, I noticed better results after I started doing it. But anyway, to be on the safe side, I always like to apply it every time I shower, tho it shouldn't be a problem to mix it with shampoo as long as use it before the 15 - 20 time limit because that's when they oxidate and you probably can see the oxidation like iron.

      Okay, so I used more rosemary oil on my scalp than I should have. It took a while for me to have issues with itching and burning sensation, but it is here now. Can the burning harm the hair follicles?

    • @thiagoguimaraes406
      @thiagoguimaraes406 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      @@johnbrill7909 that's a interesting question that I had myself but that's unlikely to happen because the oil is not directly in contact with it all the time also skin tends to be more sensitive to essential oils but yeah it could happen, especially when you misuse it. As a rule of thumb, mix it with shampoo or apply it on your scalp before you go to bed mixing with some carrier oil like olive oil which also promotes hair growth (avoid sunlight) and try to mix it with some carrier oil to avoid rash, redness, peeling, etc. Essential oils are very powerful especially the "pepper" ones like peppermint oil, rosemary-pepper oil, etc so you always want to mix it with whatever oil you have available preferably those oils that promote hair growth like olive oil and coconut oil, it will not only help spread the essential oil but it will also enhance its effectiveness without irritating/damaging your skin or even hair follicles.

    • @thiagoguimaraes406
      @thiagoguimaraes406 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      @@johnbrill7909 another thing to consider is that, you don't need many drops of essential oil to get results, but keep it constant. Two drops per day is more than enough, just do it everyday, in 2 - 6 you will see the results. Another recommendation is microneedling, microneedling helps your hair grow in a couple of different ways, the main benefits :
      1 Allow medication to reach your hair follicles more efficiently.
      2: Creates an inflammation response that stimulates hair growth
      3: Clean hair follicles, removing anything that could be causing hair thinning or causing hair to shrink/not grow.
      So I recommend microneedling + essential oil mixed in shampoo.
      You can microneedle once a week, you can start with 0.5mm but this one will help the medication getting to your hair follicles, it won't help much with cresting inflammation. If you want a deeper and more powerful stimulation go for 1.0mm +, you can gradually try the 1.0mm needle, than 1.50, then 1.75. but above 1.0mm it's recommended to be done by a professional but you can certainly do it at home, just be aware it might hurt, so be careful.

    I love all the info in this video! I was diagnosed with LPP and Alopecia Areata going at the same time. I lost just about all my hair and the "medicines" were not helping. I started using rosemary essential oil in a carrier oil and that is how I started getting hair back in the areas that had the non-scarring alopecia. I did take biotin supplements for a few years but it didn't seem to help and I found out that we didn't need a ton of that and taking a large dose interferes with thyroid tests and heart tests. Now I keep it down to what I get in my food. Thank you for the info...

      @@bibaaoufar6940 in my case I started seeing some hair return within about a month. December I was basically bald. Right now my hair is about an inch long and it might even cover the scarred areas when it grows a bit more. Of course everyone responds differently to essential oils as well as medications. My results may not be the same for you. But, if it helps that would be wonderful! I used 3 oz of an almond oil (carrier oil) and 8-10 drops of a good rosemary essential oil. Straight rosemary essential oil would blister your skin. Please be careful.

      I doubt that thinning hair would detract from your beauty very much, but I'm glad we live in a time where the knowledge needed to do something about it can spread.
      Speaking of, pumpkin seed oil and powdered pumpkin seed extract also both contain components that inhibit 5-Alpha Reductase and don't appear to have a negative effect on natural levels of regular testosterone. I was a bit surprised not to see it mentioned on Dr. Berg's list, but I'm sure the poor guy has a pretty busy schedule helping people.

    True Dr. Berg regarding the water. I lived in the UAE (desalinated and probably contains fluoride) for eight years and then moved to Uganda. The water here is from a deep well and my hair has definitely improved! I am both drinking this water and showering in it. Thanks for these tips!

    I’ve lost 42lbs (8 to go) since changing to keto/omad in June. Started huge hair loss about 4 mos in. Have half usual hair now. It’s slowed a bit but still unnerving to lose anymore. I’ve added nutritional yeast, biotin, vit b complex and biotin shampoo and rinse. I also massage my scalp regularly. My last blood tests in sept showed changes in thyroid: free t4, from .85 to 1.55 (high) and tsh from 4.21 to .16 (low). M doc is taking a wait and see approach. Next tests in March.

      earch oit fpr biotin as it afgects your thyrpid numbers. i found this out at lab from a sign telling people to stop bioton 3 days before blood test. i stopped it 3 weeks before and also had my test done in early afternoon rather than early am when thyroid is low.

    hmm, about silica, doesn't eating carrots would help ? I remember added daily carrots intakes to my mother's diet years ago, as she was suffering from arthritis and it helped her reducing her pains, after a few weeks she could use her hand better, gave her more flexibility.
