I hv taken 5,000 iu of d3, plus 90 - 200 ug of k2 mk7 since 2018, It had dissolve my both swollen shoulders and reduced some pains. With 200 mg of magnesium.
It has removed my cataracts within 4 5 months.
Last year 2023 April or May I started to take 5000 to 10,000 iu of d3, with 5 mg of k2 mk4, separately, perhaps by half to few hours. I felt the warm and relaxing effects of mk4, it reduced the chronic deepest stubborn pains in my both shoulders/arms joints, and 1 painful spot at my side neck. This neck pain was since perhaps 1976 when I was in the college.
I adjusted my k2 mk4 dosage from 5 mg first month, to 8 10 12 15 20 mg over time. The idea is, if my heart arteries hv calcium plaque, i need it to be absorbed by my body slowly, instead of dissolving too quickly, yet moves as a big piece into my heart chamber.
Any way, the neck spot is now apr 2024 completely gone. Arm/ shoulders joints, left very minor discomfort, such that my left side cud scratch my back in bathing, my right side cud only do 90%.
For k2mk4 I used Thorne 5 mg and the k2 mk4 drops. Also using life extensions 45 mg splitting into 2 days, AOR advanced Othomolecular research 15 mg mix and matched. Until few months ago I split the k2 mk4 dosages into twice daily, for example 3 drops of thorne k2mk4 both morning and night. As mk4 cud be absorbed within 4 hours
I find mk4 better than mk7, as more than 300 mcg of mk7 after a few months cause heath palpitations in me. And of course 10 mg of mk4 is more effective than 200 mcg of mk7, much much much more effective. I suggest to know the different in mk7 and mk4 need to compare both for a period of at least 2 weeks each.

Thanks for sharing, sometimes people get heart palpitations with high dosage of MK-7 due to low electrolyte levels.

    • @williamlee6079
      @williamlee6079 หลายเดือนก่อน +5

@@freddiereadie30 well the cataracts just reduced over times naturally as I took d3 and K2, about 3000 - 5000 iu, and 200 - 300 ug respectively. The other supplements I took were zinc 30 mg, magnesium 200 mg, vit B complex

@@abimaelemiltalar156 in my case yes. My glaucoma became normal too.
For the eyes over all, take omega 3 as much as you cud, min 6 grams, plus lutein, zinc, magnesium, vit B activates type, i like life extensions. Also enough vit A, real A not the vegetable types. Perhaps take it for a month then reduce to every 2 or 3 days a week just to avoid over dosage. Of course D3 + K2, and vit C 2 to 3 times in a day. Recently I found that iodine is very important and significantly improved every part of our body including eyes. Chk doc Berg and dr Brownstein on that

An important point for K2 supplementation is that K2 should be taken when eating fat in your meal because fat helps the absorption of K2. An easy reminder is to take a slice of gouda cheese when the supplement is taken. The gouda contains fat and natural K2, so it's the perfect way to integrate them.

Very good and informative video on K2 MK7. But I must disagree with one claim you made. About 5 years ago I had a moderate leaky aorta valve due to calcification. I asked Jesus for guidance, then did some research on how to reverse soft tissue calcification. I came across some pier reviewed studies out of Germany that showed that after D3/K2 MK7 supplementation, heart conditions caused by calcification had been reversed, and in many cases heart surgery was no longer needed. So, I added K2 MK7/D3 to my list of heart healthy supplements and one year later the leak of the aorta valve was gone without a trace. My doc said he had never seen anything like it and that I had the heart of a 20 year old with no trace of what he had previously observed. I thank God everyday. So, unlike what you said in this video, D3/K2 MK7 can not only prevent soft tissue calcification, but it can also reverse it.

It's worth to mention that there are two forms of K2 MK7: cis and trans.
Only the trans form is useful for the body and the supplement should use at least 95% trans form of K2 MK7 to be useful. This is called all-trans MK7. In many cases this is not stated on the supplement label.

The characteristic flavor is extremely mild, zero smell, and texture of ground meat. The biofilm is much more pronounced. I'd love to have it tested for nattokinase FU action and k2-m7 content. The observation is it's FAR superior than traditional!
Consumption of Ω-3 with nattokinase increases FU by 3.1x, which usually for me is flaxseed flour, though fatty fish often.

This study does not seem to support vit K for reducing arterial calcification at least related to aortic valve calcification over 2 years, not sure why it would not help that: Menaquinone-7 (MK-7), also known as vitamin K2, is a cofactor for the carboxylation of proteins involved in the inhibition of arterial calcification and has been suggested to reduce the progression rate of aortic valve calcification (AVC) in patients with aortic stenosis. From February 1, 2018, to March 21, 2019, 365 men were randomized. Mean age was 71.0 (±4.4) years. The mean (95% CI) increase in AVC score was 275 AU (95% CI, 225-326 AU) and 292 AU (95% CI, 246-338 AU) in the intervention and placebo groups, respectively. The mean difference on AVC progression was 17 AU (95% CI, -86 to 53 AU; P=0.64). The mean change in aortic valve area was 0.02 cm2 (95% CI, -0.09 to 0.12 cm2; P=0.78) and in peak aortic jet velocity was 0.04 m/s (95% CI, -0.11 to 0.02 m/s; P=0.21). The progression in aortic and coronary artery calcification score was not significantly different between patients treated with MK-7 plus vitamin D and patients receiving placebo. There was no difference in the rate of heart valve surgery (1 versus 2 patients; P=0.99), all-cause death (1 versus 4 patients; P=0.37), or cardiovascular events (10 versus 10 patients; P=0.99). Compared with patients in the placebo arm, a significant reduction in dp-ucMGP was observed with MK-7 plus vitamin D (-212 pmol/L versus 45 pmol/L; P300 AU, 2 years MK-7 plus vitamin D supplementation did not influence AVC progression.Diederichsen ACP, Lindholt JS, Möller S, Øvrehus KA, Auscher S, Lambrechtsen J, Hosbond SE, Alan DH, Urbonaviciene G, Becker SW, Fredgart MH, Hasific S, Folkestad L, Gerke O, Rasmussen LM, Møller JE, Mickley H, Dahl JS. You are 100% correct, studies have shown no proof that when things are already bad, that vitamin K2 will reverse it. It does however shown that people with low levels usually got worse in the first place. Dr. Barrie Tan has put forth the hypothesis that vitamin K2 and its interaction in the body is part of the mevalonate pathway in the body. According to this hypothesis the molecule geranylgeraniol (along with vitamin D as you suggest) is essential for K2s function in the body. If his hypothesis is true you should be using Vitamin K2 (mk4) which is supported by massive amounts of research from Japan. If you look at the vitamin K2 (mk7) research, it's not very rigorous. I respectfully suggest that you evaluate Dr. Tan's hypothesis. Additionally we should add Nitric oxide (see for example Neo40 and Dr. Bryan's research) to this mix to significantly reduce Cardiovascular disease. I respectfully submit that the vitamin K2 (mk7) hypothesis (which I believed for many years) is an incomplete understanding of the vitamin K2 influence on the body. 10 to 12,000 people a week die of cardiovascular disease and you (and I) owe it to them to look at this research.

High saturated fat foods never clogged our ancestors arteries. You must be thinking of the inflammatory polyunsaturated fats like the traditional "heart healthy" artificial trans fats laden margarines that dominated the 20th century. As well as the high polyunsaturated fat seed oils that have been dominant for over 100 years (starting with the early cottonseed oils) which still continues on. In addition to the high pufa content, the seeds defence chemicals suppress immunity, lower metabolism, produce toxic aldehydes and acrymalides. These fats end up in animals due to cheap fattening rubbish feeds of soy grains corn seeds which are fed to 🐔🐖 (inc high linoleic acid egg yolks) However ruminant animals such as 🐄 can convert most of the LA to CLA. Dehydrated polyunsaturated fats found in foods produce oxysterols> oxidised lipids. Btw in nature, mother's milk is full of cholesterol saturated fat with adequate glucose

Then he decided to stop taking the Vitamin D3 5,000 IU. He stopped vomiting. I upped my Vitamin K2 to 45 MG because after a Bone Density scan I was told I have Osteoporosis. That’s the dose that Japan gives their women with Osteoporosis. So then I upped my D3 to 5,000 IU to more match my 45 MG of D3 5,000 IU. After about a month I started vomiting no matter where I was 3 or 4 times a day. Then my husband and I 6:57 figured out that it was the D3 5,000 IU and that’s what happened to him and now to me!!! I stopped taking the D3 5,000 IU and no longer vomit at all. BEWARE!! DO NOT TAKE THE VITAMIN D3 5,000 IU. It caused both me and my husband to have sudden vomiting attacks. That is unfortunate. Usually, too much vitamin D causes a build-up of calcium in your blood, which in turn causes nausea and vomiting. You would think the higher level of vitamin K2 would have helped prevent that. Were you taking any calcium supplements at that time? If not, is there any chance your vitamin D was tainted? It is unusual that both of you had the same reaction to a relatively average dosage of vitamin D. I know many people who take much higher dosages over long periods of time with no negative reactions. I personally have been taking around 5,000 IU of D3 for years with no negative effects, and my blood work is in the normal range for vitamin D. I do not get a lot of direct sun, so that may also play a role for me as well. I would suggest getting your vitamin D levels checked. If the blood works come back in the normal range, then there is no need to supplement. If the blood works show low levels, then work with your doctor to get your levels normalized. Low vitamin D has been shown to play a role in many illnesses. If you choose to try a different vitamin D3, you might consider a plant based one. That is what I use. I wish you both well.

@maryamelnegumi7352 I am not an MD. So, take my advice with caution. I would not recommend supplementing any vitamin D without getting blood work. Since you showed possible overdose symptoms, if you have too much vitamin D in your blood, it could be dangerous to add more. Ask your doctor for a vitamin D blood test. If your blood work comes back, in the normal range (most charts say 30 to 60ng/ml), there is no need to supplement. I personally like to see 40 to 60. 60 to 100 is considered therapeutic (if you have a medical need for extra vitamin D). If your bloodwork is over 100, it is considered excessive. If your blood work does show a need for more vitamin D, then supplementation may be an option. If you choose to supplement, then a plant based version may be a better choice for you. There are many good choices. I always look for the GMP label and that it is made in an FDA registered facility. One such brand is Naturelo. It comes in a 2,500IU or 5,000IU. In a perfect world for the average person, every 1,000IU will raise your bloodwork numbers up 10ng/ml. This is extremely generic, but it is a starting point for you and your doc to get you into a normal range if necessary. Follow-up bloodwork is the only way to know if supplementation is working and if you need further adjustment to the amount you are supplementing. I hope this helps.
