23:32 Check out my video on autophagy!
When it comes to looking younger, we're really dealing with the accumulation of damaged proteins.
The more damaged proteins you have, internally and externally, the older you'll look. Damaged proteins can cause a lot of problems throughout the body and can also make you look old.
A big cause of damaged proteins is AGEs (advanced glycation end products). To get rid of AGEs, you need to get your body into a condition called autophagy. Autophagy recycles old damaged proteins to make new ones. This is essential to help you look younger.
The best way to get into autophagy is by doing intermittent fasting. If you're already doing intermittent fasting, you can also try OMAD (one meal a day). If you're experienced with OMAD, you could try dry OMAD.
    Additional ways to look younger:
    • Get plenty of sun or infrared light
    • Support your liver
    • Support bile production
    • Consume enough fat in your diet
    • Consume plenty of vegetables and have them with fat (like olive oil)
    • Support your antioxidant networks (by doing exercise and fasting)
    • Don't consume sugar or refined carbs
    • Stop smoking
    • Work hard to counter stress
    • Make sure you consume a moderate amount of high-quality protein
    • Support your microbiome

Dr Berg can you clarify in regards to oils like expeller pressed sunflower oil? Is that still inflammatory if it's expeller pressed or does that not make a difference? I try as best I can to avoid any of the other known inflammatory oils but it's really hard to find certain foods that don't have some type of an inflammatory oil. Sometimes I see expeller pressed and wonder if that's better. Thank you!

Same here, its a waste of time, also living with another person very often create codependency and a feeling of emptiness if they leave/die, whatever. Makes you stronger to live alone and just have a lover or a special friend. The less stress and obligations, the longer you stay young

I can see and feel a huge improvement in my energy, joints, mood, less pains, and less fat, less cellulite...I started out fasting by resting and napping through mealtimes. I went so low, I almost was not here. I hope regardless of the reasons, you’ll talk to your minister, therapist, psychologist, not psychiatrist bc they’re not able to dig and help only prescribe drugs.
I also hope you’re taking VitB, C D n B12. All of these especially D will help lifts your spirits. If the problem is ongoing, help may be the best option. Make sure you get sleep with natural herbs not drugs. Sleep is detrimental for your mental n physical health.

Dr. Berg, thank you for all your efforts to keep us healthy. Over the past two years, I have lost a significant amount of weight while fasting. Even though I've been around the sun and moon for almost 54 years, I still feel like a teenager. In the morning, I drink black coffee and break my 16 to 18 hour fast with protein. For a drink at night, I use my coldpress juicer to make cucumber, ginger, lemon, and pineapple juices. It's all about taking care of the inside before dressing up the outside - like a false advertisement! It's always better to keep things simple. Taking liquid vitamins and vitamin K2 + D3 is a must for me. Taking care of my body is like painting on a wall - you have to prep the surface before you start applying the paint, or else it won't look as good as you want it to.

Dr Berg has a video on why cancers are less prevalent in Middle Eastern countries. Largely because of your yearly fast! Just this alone helps prevent cancers. Worth watching.

@@anj1300 .. as Muslim we also do the fasting of dawood Mondays and Thursday (it s adviced ) but not obligatory as ramadan one month when all muslims fasts ( except kids and eledery and sick people….the Prophet Mohamed
(peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "The best
fasting is the fast of Dawood: he used to fast one day and not
the next." This statement does not contradict the fact that it is
not allowed to fast on Fridays, because the prohibition on
fasting on Fridays applies to one who singles out a Friday
rather than any other day. But the one who observes the fast
of Dawood - fasting alternate days - is not singling out a
      Friday for fasting.
Muslims respects all the previous messengers and prophets ishak dawood the Christ ….
