My ex cheated on me with a chick who, along with her friends, talked so much crap about how I look. I am not an average black girl. I don't have a lot of hips and curves, but, I am fine with the little curve God gave me. Fast forward, I find out she went and had a butt lift and a tummy tuck. It's always interesting how the people who talk the loudest are usually the ones with the most fragile egos. She obviously had some issues with herself that had nothing to do with me.. Self love is priceless...and cheaper. It's like one of the other ladies said, if you are too lazy to workout, just say that.

People actually believe that self love is getting plastic surgery. I thought a good amount of black influencers on TH-cam were natural and found out they were not. I was disappointed. I want to accomplish the look they have but naturally and thought I would be inspired by the work I thought they out into getting a flatter stomach or reading their butts but it was not done naturally. Can you imagine if you were a teenager and you admired a black woman with a certain body type and you try and try to achieve it but can't ? Not only because you can only do so much with certain body types but because their idol went under the knife to obtain it? I wish my body looked a certain way but I'm going to get myself a personal trainer and work out.

I just came to the conclusion about 15 minutes ago that this new generation is PASSED DOOMED! If you have a child/teen make sure you know who they are hanging with and what they are doing at all times. Especially if you have young girls.

The issue begins with "enhanced" women thinking they are better than natural women. Shoo, could have been a man before those "enhancements" , I'm good 😅
We were all made to be individuals, not cookie cutter. Natural women have accepted the way we were shaped. If there's anything we don't like, exercise and diet but most importantly do it for yourself. The most beautiful thing a woman can wear is self confidence. This boom in BBLs is sometimes coming from insecure people looking to modify the outside of their bodies to feel better about themselves. Nothing external is going to fix that.

Shout out to all the females chilling at Big River Water Adventure Park (New Caney Tx) with their family/children and friends! There were so many women unapologetically confident wearing their swim gear. All shapes..color and sizes! The atmosphere was peaceful and very respectful and I noticed no body shaming because everyone there was enjoying themself. (Despite the park losing power for a brief moment..smiles)
Hell...even the dad bods was doing their thang! High 5 to the Team Au Natural/enjoying life!! God Bless..no mess...no stress!❤😁
