My Daddy told me whenever a guy asked me out for a date, tell him to come spend some time with me serving at a Food and Homeless Shelter. When I met the man I am with now, we spent an entire day at 3 different parks - we walked, we talked, we laughed, we listened to music, we sang, bought a smoothie, and then he went to work and I went home. He wanted to know more about me and I him. It was one of many great experiences we've shared since we met. I know it sounds corny, but I truly enjoyed that time because it wasn't about the physical - it was all about the mental compatibility.

A soulmate is not something you find because you don't go looking. A soulmate is revealed to you.
Shot out to you Mr. Shuler for the "Go for a walk" suggestion. I always suggest that on or for a first date. If she's not willing to walk with, if it's corny, if it's not the party thing to do, then I know how to treat her. And not like someone who walks down the aisle.

I do believe that people can have more than once told me. For example, I always tell people that my daughter is my soulmate. My entire pregnancy was amazing, her infancy and toddler ship was amazing, and now that she's a tween, it is amazing. If I'm not feeling well, she doesn't feel well and vice versa. There is something about our spirits that are so intertwined. The fact that this person is looking for a soulmate is probably problematic.

My spouse and I met at Home Depot, he asked for my number and left before getting it. He returned and started talking, he said he was stuttering. Truthfully I didnt hear it. He called later that afternoon and we talked for 16 hours. The next dsy he went to church and gave God praise thanking him for his wife. He called and told me this. I told him he was crazy and that I'd been through too much and was not interested in him like that and besides he wasn't my "type" he replied I know what I heard and I'm patient. I said we'll see, I don't want to see or date you for a month. He was fine with it. We talked on the phone for 56 days and had our first date on July 3rd, went to the park and July 4th, we went to see the fireworks. 2 months later I had major surgery and he nursed me back to health. Also his weight was 356 when I met him. He's now down to 250 pounds and we're still together. Praise God
