@@heathercontois4501 Just dampen the cloth so it's wet enough to give flavour to the chestnuts. Keep the chestnuts in the cloth, but make sure you peel the chestnuts while they're still hot, or else the skin will begin to stick to them.

Instead of a cloth dampened with water, try using red wine instead. It will enhance the flavour of the chestnuts.

The chestnuts stick to the shell's skin. How can I avoid that?
You have to peel them straight away before they get too cool

I followed this to the T and it did not work, it was dry and still uncooked! Pls don’t waste your time.
Do you have the same air fryer? If you don't have a Cosori, time could change! It could take a little more time!
