Hi from Turkey.. i tried and yes, its really so delicious, thank you for teaching a new cooking technique, in Turkish cuisine we either boil or bake, no sugar no oil.. if we will directly eat, we go to the last point in cooking, if we will spare it in deepfreeze to be an ingredient in other foods (mostly rice), then we go to the half of the cooking process and keep them half-cooked.. so this is totally new to me..
