This is awesome. I wanted to try out a Holley on my 2jz. I have 2 other cars on a Holley and I like the software. What made you do an external trigger over the internal 36-2? Why did you choose a 36-1 external and not a 36-2. I am interested in how the trigger system works. Set up, reference, inductive delays ect. Both digital sensors?
I’m running the factory ecu using the factory crank/cam triggers to keep other functions running. I decided to run external to make it easy to run a separate trigger setup. I didn’t want to mess with splitting signals. I’m using Holley hall sensors.
I know this is resurrecting a dead horse kinda thing, but can you post up a parts list or some of the configuration settings to get the Terminator X to control the engine? I know you said a 36-1 for cam, but either I missed it or you did not say what the crank was.
Just FYI, WBO2 should not be in a primary. Best if it is back in the exhaust after the header collector. Having it in the primary gives an erratic reading at low rpm/idle because of the exhaust pulses. And obviously when you go turbo it will need to be moved to the down pipe as the hot side heat and pressure will damage the sensor.

The car comes with a vvti 2jzge and already had a bunch of parts for this head. The magnum I got through Tick performance which I’m also a dealer of. You can use just the Holley system if you are not trying to have all the factory functions work like I was.
2JZ LS Edition. T56. Holley Terminator and a big ass intake manifold. Love it
how did you get your vvti cam gear to be recognized by the LS cam sensor?

For the cam sensor bolt does it matter where is it located in terms of the crank?

So I have an Ole 05 chrysler 300 2.7 In my yard how hard you think it would be to throw this setup into it
Where you get the t56 kit? grennas? also why not use the 36-2 stock trigger?
i am swapping a 2JZGTE into my chevelle and got my T56 from Joel @ Grannas racing.
Assuming the ls style throttle body fits the ebay intake manifold?

Did u get the holley to control the vvti gear, i have seen people say it doesn't have that ability but they do for some mopar applications.
I have it controlling the vvti gear as an output but I’m not able to see the angle. So We have kept it very conservative
