What do you do after hiit do you do any other workouts. Am not so interested in hiits because am already a lean mesomorph and if a don't want to burn fat how much hiit would you recommend me to do if i don't want to weight loss nor lose fat muscle.
If you’re discouraged: she’s in EXCELLENT shape. she can do these exercises fast and smoothly, with good posture. if you go slower than her, do less during the time allotted, or have to stop to breathe or balance, that’s OKAY! it’s 30 seconds of moving. not 100 jumping jacks. just do your best.
I'm 17 and I weigh 100kg. I tried this today and could only do 1 round but I'm gonna try again tomorrow and see if I can do 2 I wannaget my weight down before school starts next year please wish me luck ❤️❤️❤️❤️ Update:I've lost 11 kg, I know it's not much but I'm so proud of myself. Although I did more dancing than these exercises tho. But these exercises are really good also and I'm gonna keep up the exercise in order to reach my goal weight. Thank you all so much for the likes and supportive comments, they really help me😘😘😘😘
I am the exact same! I'm 17 and weigh 100kg or 220lbs. I can only do 1 round but I've noticed that as the days go by, I feel stronger and my form is getting better. Pls keep me updated because I'd love to know how your journey is going!
Started doing this a week ago and I’m embarrassed to say I couldn’t finish it or do some of the moves. But after a week of doing this in isolation I’m nailing it. Thank you so much!!!xx
Yessss you go girl and honestly don’t feel embarrassed at all!! The most important thing is that you stuck with it because you’ll always get it in the end and that’s what matters! All my love ♥️
Guys if anyone is interested, I did this workout with an apple watch and this whole circuit burns around 160 calories. However, I realized since it is a HIIT workout, i burn a lot of calories for like the next hour
I’ve a love/hate relationship with HIIT workouts, I love how I feel after completing them but during the high intensity parts it sometimes feels like time goes on forever lol. I’d love to see more of these types of workouts or examples of good moves to doing during HIIT as it’s cool to change up the exercises :)
well-designed workout as well as the video with music background. Not too much of talking or instruction which is sometimes quite annoying , this vid is perfect with the music and the timer. Definately give it a try after a strength session. Thanks a lot Natacha
Wow, I've been doing Natacha's HIIT workouts for a couple of years now, but have always done the 20 or 30 minute ones, thinking I'd get more of a work out in... just tried her 15 mins workouts for the first time the last week and think I've been missing a trick. She's not joking when she says you'll need the 30 second breaks! This is so intense and I was so out of breath; it feels like a better workout than the longer ones. I also left the workout running in my FitBit for a few minutes after finishing, and my calorie burn went up by another 30 calories. I know you've left TH-cam now Natacha, but just in case you see this - thanks!!
I’m not the kind of person who usually does HIIT... I hate cardio specially high intensity workouts. But I don’t know how but I survived all 3 rounds in this workout. I’m so happy I completed this workout and proud of myself. Thanks a lot Natacha... you are such an inspiration ❤️
Hey beautiful people ♥️ I’m in New York taking a little break so I filmed a sweaty but casual, follow-along HIIT workout you can do anywhere like the ones I’ll do a little this week! I’d love to know what workouts you’d like to see more of and I’ll get filming when I’m home ♥️
I’ve been doing 1 round of this at the beginning of workouts for nearly 4 months!! I’m beginning to have a lot of definition around my ab area and also my calves. Super fun workout and TOTALLY doable! Love this ❤️❤️❤️👏
I felt so unhealthy so I tried to start working out again. I have gym anxiety, so I rely heavily on at-home workouts but can never find one for my rather beginner level. I've started with only two reps of each (cause that's all my short, chubby self could handle right now), but I plan on working my way up every day. Thank you for this great video!
Omg I wasnt expecting responses! I'm doing really well, but I've actually started working out on my own as well! I'm down to the weight that I want and I'm feeling super good😊💕 I'm at about 10-20 reps for each (depending on how I feel) and I feel very comfortable with that
I'm new to HIIT and this was very difficult but fun lol. Tip for anyone else: Have an exercise mat for this. Hard wood floors are unforgiving on knees. I learned the hard way.
Hey guys! Tips that helped me out! - I’ve been doing this workout and some else hiit workouts for about 4 weeks and the progress is amazing! My weight before was not at all in the obese category, but I’ll admit that I was a little round and had to pose to look good and hold in my stomach. However now I never have to think about that and I’ve grown so much in confidence! - First tip is WATER! drink water! But at the same time, drinking too much water while I’m doing the exercise can make (me at least) feel sick which means I have to pause the workout which is so annoying. Between the sets I recommend that you drink so it’s like a reward! Drinking after the workout is good to hydrate your body too! -ALWAYS tighten your abs and pull ur stomach in- I promise this is the key if you want your abs to be toned! - Try to follow-through and keep pushing, after finishing the workout you will feel so good and proud of yourself! However remember that you can’t push yourself too much the first times. Doing the rep once is still good! -It’s okay to miss 1 or a few days- that’s totally fine! It won’t make you gain 10kg, it might be good for your body to rest a day to instead have all the power the next day to follow through. -Don’t give up! It might feel so worthless and you might think that you have some extreme genes which means that you’ll never lose that weight but I PROMISE it’s possible! -Try to eat healthy- this one has been really difficult for me because I always get so hungry coming home from school, but eating is okay, as long as you eat stuff that doesn’t have too much sugar etc. drinking tea has helped me since it’s sweet, which means I don’t crave candy etc as much! You can do it! Believe in yourself!
Alecia Wood I usually do 15 minutes cardio, 15 minutes legs/abs etc or like a 45 minute cardio but doing 15 per day and then like twice/ 3 times a week doing like abs or going for a 30 min cardio should do the trick!
Have been doing 2 rounds of this workout every morning as well as 200 crunches at night and cleaner eating (nowhere near perfect though) and though I have not seen much change, I feel more confident knowing that I am working on myself and I have more energy throughout the day and sleep better at night. Great workout!🌻💛
Your HIIT videos are the only ones that matter. They are the best! I've purchased all of your guides and if you had an APP for HIIT similar to this one I would get it. I don't know why but not doing it alone makes me work harder
@@Thefitty just do it!! totally worth it! i was also intimidated since i have not worked out in a long time, but, before you know it, 15 minutes have already passed and you have already completed her workout
I've already liked the variety of this HIIT and how you edited it - but they are even MORE helpful now since the recent pandemic of COVID 19. It's been helping manage stress and keep fit while the beloved gym is shut down and while part of the stressful hospital healthcare worker crew. Tanks Natacha!
So good! 3 years post left-side paralyzed and not sure if I would get out of that wheelchair, I can now do a slightly modified version of this awesome workout, thank you!! I have subscribed! :-)
I decided to finally start a daily exercise routine and today was my first day doing HIIT. This video was perfect! Very professionally filmed, energetic music, and the demonstrations were perfect along with the chimes and bells to start and finish each exercise. Thank you for providing this!
YES!! I've been debating whether to go to the gym today or not and just rolled up on the couch to procrastinate on youtube... and then you upload this video. THANK YOU!! Changing into gym gear right now!! :)
However there is no need to actually go to the gym to do an exercise like this you have everything you need at home. I often find that thinking about having to go to the gym to do exercise is a demotivating thought. Especially when it's cold out or you have other things that you need to do around the house and you're running out of time. if you are in an apartment building and be jumping up and down might disrupt your neighbors that would be an argument I guess.
I was having a difficult time pushing myself to go to the gym and then your video came up. Im so happy you posted this. Heading to the gym now so i can incorporate this for my cardio day. Thank you!!! Please upload more HIIT workouts. Youve been soo helpful and motivational to many of us!
if anyone needs motivation i first did this when i started working out a few months ago and could barely get through the second round without wanting to cry and throw up. now i can do 4 rounds of this feeling great :)
Just made it through all three rounds with no modifications for the first time!!! I'm so utterly proud of myself and the movement that my body is capable of when I push it there. Thanks, Natacha!
I’m going to track my progress on here for any of you who care. I will also be doing this every other day so I’ll only be writing on odd days. Day 1: I weighted 144.4 lbs and I’m 5’1. I sweat loads and continued to sweat after I was done. Also it went by really quick. And I really felt it in my thighs during round 3. :) Day 3: I weighted 144.6 lbs and I’m 5’1. I started to sweat during the 2nd round but I felt sore from day 1 during the first round. Also it went by really quick again. It got a tiny bit easier some how. Maybe I was a little more motivated idk. Also I’m not dieting. :) Day 5: I weighted 144.0 lbs and I’m 5’1. I started to sweat towards the end of the 2nd round but I didn’t feel sore this time. It went by really quick again. My stamina has gotten better since day 1. And I’m also starting to loose motivation and I don’t know why. :) Day 7: I weighted 144.6 lbs and I’m 5’1. My weight has been staying around the same numbers as you can see, but I look like I’ve been losing weight but the number doesn’t show it, which is why I‘ve never cared for the number until now just to record it for you guys. I started to sweat towards the end of the 3rd round but I felt today like I’ve never worked out before. It did not go by quick enough. My stamina has left the building. And I officially lost motivation seeing as I did this at 11pm. At this point I’m just forcing myself for you guys who care. :) Day 9: I weighted 146 lbs (at the end of the day rather then the morning like I’ve always done and I ate way more then I normally do) and I’m 5’1. I started to sweat during the 1st round. And today felt so much better then day 7. It could’ve been because I was distracted the whole time because I lost a spider before I could kill it in my apartment so I was paranoid the whole time. So I now recommend thinking about something important to you to distract you from the fact that you’re working out. It went by quick that I was like “that’s it?”. My stamina is ehhh. I’m gonna keep going. :) Day 11: I weighted 144.0 lbs and I’m 5’1. Once again I was distracted the whole time because I lost a spider. Definitely I recommend thinking about something important to you to distract you. It went by quick. My stamina is better. :) Day 13:???
I just did this for 40 minutes and I am honestly so proud of myself. I would have never thought I would be able to do anything even close to that, but I did. My body is a lot stronger than I give it credit for. The 40 minutes was the hardest workout I have ever done, but I am so glad I did it. The only thing holding me back from getting my perfect body is my mind. I constantly tell myself I cant do that so why even try, but now I know that I can and I dont have an excuse to not workout anymore.
Hi guys! I’ve searched and searched for good follow along workout videos and this by far is the best one yet. I will now be trying to do this as many days out of the week as possible. I’ve already started back in the gym since January 1st, but this is day 1 of this particular workout. Day 1 January 6: intense!!! I was sweating PROFUSELY. I couldn’t even do my normal booty workout afterwards I was so tired. I really enjoyed the workout though, even though it’s tough the structure of this workout makes it seem not as bad. Will update tomorrow :)
I thought doing this after your 10min ab would be a nice combo......whew.....my legs are on fire🔥, my abs are on fire🔥....please please please do more of these follow along workouts! They are the BEST! Thank you for your never ending motivation 🙏 Much love from Hawai'i ❤❤❤
I just did this workout as a beginner on my fitness journey and i feel more accomplished after doing this than i have the past month doing HIIT circuit sprints on the treadmill at the gym! Seriously, you can fit this quick but heavy workout into your routine a couple of times a week. YOU GOT THIS. Thank you Natacha for always delivering amazing workouts😊
Was going drive 15 minutes to the gym for some fasted cardio...then i saw this...so i just went out to the gym my hubby built me and found some space and killed it!! Now it’s time for some upper body lifting!! Give this HIIT a go, you won’t regret it! Great job, keep them coming please!!
I had finished my functional workout, but this was a SIGN. I’ve just completed this, and I am pumped! Will be a perfect hotel workout for my holiday in a few weeks too 💕
Love the simplicity and the intensity of this quick workout. And thrilled to find one with good music and no talking so I can just zone out. Thank you!
Love how you showed the next move in the background and didn't chat for 5 mins throughout the video. That was difficult and I loved it! Thank you for sharing!
Absolutely loved this ! Love how you just dove right into it and didn’t talk excessive. You just simply showed how it’s done and we follow. I felt the burn! Lol thanks!
This motivated me to start my weight loss journey. I’ve been really insecure with my body for around 4 years now. I am 14 years old, I’m 5’1 and I weigh around 113-116 pounds. I am planning on doing this every other day or atleast three days a week. I want to lose anywhere from 5-10 pounds or until I become a little more confident. I try to cut out a lot of foods and eat healthy. I will update you guys sometime this week. I started a day late so Day one: i started off strong but lost energy halfway through. I took a five minute break and finished it. I feel so good but tired. I’m dripping in sweat. Overall I’m proud of myself Day 2: I was supposed to work on abs and arms but there was family issues. Day 3: still hard but I didn’t take any extra breaks. It’s only the third day and I’m really unmotivated but I’m still trying to go on. I feel so good after doing this workout Day 4 and 5: I haven’t been feeling the best and I feel so unmotivated. I don’t even want to get out of bed and I beat myself up about this. I really want to work on becoming a better me but I have no motivation or energy.
Whoa! That was an incredible HIIT workout ! Just did it 2 times and I'm sweatiiiin 😂💪 Will be trying to add your exercises in my routine , Thank you Natacha 😊
OMG!! I’ve never felt this good and proud of myself after a workout! Thank you soooo muchh Natacha! This was the sole workout I’ve found on TH-cam which motivated me and I was able to do it without any muscle pain or discomfort. Literally loved this and would recommend especially for beginners like me! Keep it up! ⚡️⚡️❣️
It’s nice to come back to this video around 2 months after first trying it and finding I’m stronger throughout and less exhausted after. Let the progress continue!
The first time I did this workout I barely finished the second round and my kneel to squat with knee drive was without jump because I just had no strength to lift my body. Today, around a month later I did this workout, complete, at your pace. No pause, no extra rest, no dragging, no half-assing. And I don’t feel like I’m dying. If I can do it, everyone can do it!
A A I have no access to scale currently so I don’t know if I lose some weights. But I definitely lost some inches because my old trousers now fit me and my current trousers has to be belted to stay on my hips. And just for additional info, I workout 6 days a week for around 30 mins and my diet is pretty normal.
That was honestly so good! I couldn’t believe how good it felt. And I found it’s easier with a few minutes of warmup first. Amazing video :) and quick and easy to follow
This is the first HIIT workout I have ever done, just found your channel today and I did this one for all three rounds and tried my hardest, I feel so proud of myself so thankyou :)
I LOVE your workouts! They are the perfect amount of time for me to get a good sweat in while my 2 year old watches a show and my 1 year old takes her nap! Love Love LOVE it!!! Thank You so much for posting!!
I'm 13 and weigh 195 and. Can only do one round this workout will help me with my diet I am tired of what I am seeing in the mirror It's time for a change
Please don’t cut out too many calories! You are still a child and your body and brain are still not fully developed. It can be really harmful. Instead try to focus on eating vegetables, and then on the side have some protein like meat or tofu, and some whole grains like brown rice for example. You don’t have to starve yourself to lose weight:) good luck, I’m sure your going to get the body you want. Please just do it in the right way
lmao were in this together im 13 too and I weigh 138 and I really wanna be in shape I'm rooting for you, you got this! and remember your beautiful no matter what!
I figured I’d try and keep you all updated on how this goes Please remember if you want to loose weight it’s not just exercise, it’s eating healthy; limit yourself but not to much because that could trigger a binge eat; I believe in you! You’ve got this!! Day 1: 2 rounds Day 2: 2 rounds Day 3: 3 rounds Day 4: 1 round Day 5: 2 rounds Day 6: 1 round (sore) Day 7: 3 rounds (3 pounds lost) Day 8: none ;( Day 9: 2 rounds Day 10: 1 round Day 11: 3 rounds Day 12: 3 rounds Day 13: 2 rounds Day 14: nothing I haven’t updated in awhile but I’ve lost 10 pounds 😣🥰 Day 24: it really works guys
HI! I just did this workout and i was wondering if youve seen any changes! I hate to ask but did this workout work? I dont want to stick to this one and not get results....... Thanks sm :)
Been a fan of yours for over a year now, still find your workouts the best on this platform because they’re always much more creative moves rather than just sit-ups and lunges etc!! I’ve been a bit of a gym rat over the last year but haven’t been in a couple months because of work overload and then the gyms shutting, so been mainly focusing on body weight exercises and cardio so I’ve been loving this! Still struggling on the 2nd exercise cos my balance is pretty shocking hahaha
This is my favourite workout of yours and one of my favourite hiits. Thanks Natacha! I went from doing two rounds to now doing four which completely finishes me off. I'm telling y'all, with consistency, a LOT is possible:)
I have done this so many times during Corona and I absolutely love it. It is challenging but I feel really good when I'm done and can easily do it in my apartment. I also love the "look" of the video! You can always see the timer, because it is big enough. There is no confusion between rest and exercise times. The music is very motivating. And the next exercise is always shown during breaks, so she does not asume that you know this workout by heart after the first round (which many other videos do) :D Really love it and will continue to use this and your other videos for my workouts :)
I find some of the exercises a lil too easy so i change the toe taps to sit kicks and the planks to mountain climbers and in between rests I’ll keep jumping. But i LOVE this workout! Iv never done HIIT so im glad i could push through. Best luck to anyone doing this!
Loved this workout! So many HIIT videos on TH-cam are brutally hard with no rest breaks. This one was challenging but the rest intervals let me give 100% during the exercise intervals. And it left me tired and breathing hard at the end but not laid up on the floor desperately trying to catch my breath. Perfect!
Really love these workouts because it’s not just the same old moves we’ve seen a million times. I feel like my body is actually excited and responsive to your workouts because it’s doing moves that it’s never done before! Really love your channel! ❤️
No way I can go this fast after years of no gym whatsoever, I'll try at my pace and hopefully will go faster in the future EDIT: I've done this yesterday and now I can barely walk! This definitely works
I don’t know how I came across your videos but I’m glad I did. This is your second HIIT workout video that I do and I’m done for the night. Boy am I SWEATING!!!
Natacha you are just a diamond!!! I can’t wait to do this tomorrow after my gym session 💪🏽💪🏽 you need to do more of theses, I love the editing too it is perfect and the music is great too! Thank you for working so hard ❤️
Thank you so much Hollie!! Ahh I hope you enjoy it so much and thank you 🙏 it took me 3 hours to find appropriate music haha so I appreciate it! All my love xxx
This is a great workout for beginner-intermediate people. I just did it and wow, I feel great now! It wasn’t too hard, which I liked, so I can now do another 15 minute workout. The longer rest times was new to me, but i was able to push myself through all of the rounds, unlike other workouts where I can’t even finish the second round. Thank you so much for making this. I’m currently trying to lose my last 10 pounds, which isn’t a lot, but it’s difficult because I’ve hit weight loss plateau. I will incorporate this workout into my routine and see If I get results.
I did four rounds of this because I thought it was easier but I still have energy left in me to get two more rounds done. When I first started exercising, I could barely get through one round of her sets. I’m so proud of myself for reaching this level. 🙌🏻
*I just finished this workout. I LOVE LOVE LOVE IT. Guys, it's short and sweet and just the right intensity for you to either scale up or push forward. It's now in my favourites playlist!*
By the third round i was questioning my existience 😂😂 Was feeling so lazy today but thn i just had to this awesome follow along.. Thanks for keeping all of us active natacha 💯💯
Fayve HIIT yet! Couldn’t be faulted at all! Sweaty heart pounding workout, easy to follow, no incessant talking, groovy up beat music, timer with start/stop beep and..... modesty 😍 keep em coming I’m a subscriber ;) thanks 🙏🏻
This was amazing, honestly. I actually enjoyed it, which has never happened to me in a workout & I feel great, which hasn't happened in quite a while. Thank you.
To be honest I thought I couldn't do it. I already saw myself failing. But the exercises where do able! Of course I did them slower and lost my Balance one or two times. But totally worth it! I feel so proud that I did it. 10/10 recommend! Sorry for spelling mistakes. English ist not my motherlanguage.
I feel the same way! Was doing a less intense workout for a while before this and thought I would try something new. Definitely felt like there was no way I could do it but by the third round it felt a lot more doable. Really enjoyed this looking forward to explore more content on this channel!
First video, loved it! Timing , big numbers, u showing the move during rest helps. With just nymber and moves I can focus better than when someone talks almost the whole time. Thanks!
This was amazing and Natacha is a machine 😅 I wish these were more popular so she could justify a series for us to follow along. It makes such a difference to my motivation to watch in real time!
For me it's the opposite lol I started getting sweaty at the third round, before that it was relatively easy. I think chloe has more intensive exercises. Although, it depends on which program you did.
@@nidesharai9792 really? I call bs, cuz Natacha is struggling here and she is waaaaay more fit overall than Chloe ting. But you do you, I'm just sayin' 🤷🏾♀️
Runsprints4life bro everyone is different. All I said was that I just literally struggle with Chloe ting and I don’t with hers in this particular video. Maybe I’m doing a difficult chloe ting workout and I like hiit because of the 30 sec break?? Chilllllll
Last year I started doing these HIIT videos and they were a struggle- mentally and physically. But they’re what inspired me to try her training programs and after doing those for a year it’s incredible to come back to this video and compare my ability AND my attitude to what it was at the start. I’m so grateful for the time I committed and the ways I have grown. But most of all, thank you Natacha for being a positive force for good in everything you do! *edited for spelling 😅*
I've just uploaded a brand new 15 minute HIIT workout in the exact same format but with new moves on my channel if you want some more! 😍🔥
This is so awesome Natacha thank u planning to do this tomorrow
I am actually going to be doing this in the gym and blow people away. Have a wrist injury so will be modifying some moves with elbow rest instead
How much calories that we burn for this?
Natacha Hello I would like to know how long we would have to do this and how much weight we would lose
What do you do after hiit do you do any other workouts. Am not so interested in hiits because am already a lean mesomorph and if a don't want to burn fat how much hiit would you recommend me to do if i don't want to weight loss nor lose fat muscle.
Every time I wanted to quit, I thought of those who aren't able to move their bodies in this way. Such a blessing to be able to exercise!
That's what i do too it's very important to be thankful for these types of things! Gives me a lot of motivation 🙏
Yess amen!!

I’d love to know what workouts you’d like to see more of and I’ll get filming when I’m home ♥️
More at-home workouts pretty please!! You're amazing Natacha!
this looks amazing! will do that this week!
Thank you! Planning my workouts this week and was having a hard time coming up with new HIIT ideas. Need to incorporate this burner.
@@DeanieChung HIIT workouts!
I would so love more upper body workouts! :D
sometimes I struggle to come up with good and effective upper body workouts
I’ve been doing 1 round of this at the beginning of workouts for nearly 4 months!!
I’m beginning to have a lot of definition around my ab area and also my calves. Super fun workout and TOTALLY doable! Love this ❤️❤️❤️👏
I felt so unhealthy so I tried to start working out again. I have gym anxiety, so I rely heavily on at-home workouts but can never find one for my rather beginner level. I've started with only two reps of each (cause that's all my short, chubby self could handle right now), but I plan on working my way up every day. Thank you for this great video!
Git 'er done, I believe in you! You're doing great!
How far are you?❤❤
Update??
Omg I wasnt expecting responses! I'm doing really well, but I've actually started working out on my own as well! I'm down to the weight that I want and I'm feeling super good😊💕 I'm at about 10-20 reps for each (depending on how I feel) and I feel very comfortable with that
@@jazztastic2521 Did this help you lose weight?
I woke up in so much pain after doing this. Omg this works out every muscle. I definitely was not expecting so much from such a short workout.
It's HIIT. These are crazy.
Alecia Wood I barely got to 10 min! I’m new to hiit gosh
I'm the same, done it yesterday and today I cannot walk or sit down properly, wish I was a man to pee standing up 🤣
HIIT workouts are effective because it has the effect afterburn though
Like you can do this 3 times in a week
@Alecia Wood Doing hiit for 1hr is unnecessary. I recommend doing some strength training if you want to add more work outs. Gotta have balance.
Alecia Wood sometimes I did a 15 min cardio and I’ve still gone down :)
wow! she’s strong 💪🏻 i’m impressed 😍
Nek B yes ma’am 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 putting in that WERK
That's what it's all about! Keep going, you WILL see the difference!
Be careful with the crunches! XD
Insted of doing crunches you should try half situps at a faster pace. Just my suggestion
get yourself into a calorie deficit and you’ll see the results !!
Your HIIT videos are the only ones that matter. They are the best! I've purchased all of your guides and if you had an APP for HIIT similar to this one I would get it. I don't know why but not doing it alone makes me work harder
I love this! Please do more "follow alongs" 😍😍 definitely going to do this tomorrow!
Hey Evelyn! Thank you so much! I hope you have fun with it! All my love sweetie! Xx
agreed! did you attempted this yet?
@@Thefitty yes! It's I did it after my planned session and it truly is an awesome workout! ☺️ Have you tried it already?
@@evelynhaas5929 not yet! I'm a little bit intimidated but I put it on my playlist that means I have to do it at some point! Are you sore?
@@Thefitty just do it!! totally worth it! i was also intimidated since i have not worked out in a long time, but, before you know it, 15 minutes have already passed and you have already completed her workout
I've already liked the variety of this HIIT and how you edited it - but they are even MORE helpful now since the recent pandemic of COVID 19. It's been helping manage stress and keep fit while the beloved gym is shut down and while part of the stressful hospital healthcare worker crew. Tanks Natacha!
Angela Link thankyou for your hard work❤️

Haha ahh Anna I’ve had that moment where I just need some external energy to motivate me! Hope you enjoy sweetie xx
I just had the same exact debate with myself. So glad I chose to do this. Absolutely dead...in a good way!
Update : i just completed this workout and loved it! Please keep em coming
if anyone needs motivation i first did this when i started working out a few months ago and could barely get through the second round without wanting to cry and throw up. now i can do 4 rounds of this feeling great :)
Did u lose weight or grow slim?
@@archisharma6585 from doing this for a year i have lost weight and kept my curvy figure
Coming from someone who really struggles with at home workout motivation, I LOVE this workout. It’s so great! Thank you.
Just made it through all three rounds with no modifications for the first time!!! I'm so utterly proud of myself and the movement that my body is capable of when I push it there. Thanks, Natacha!
You are so fast I thought the clip was speeded up

OMG A FOLLOW ALONG WORKOUT
I’ve been waiting so long for one like this, you bet I’m trying this out
you’re the best Nat!!
Love ya xx🥰
You’re welcome sweetie! I figured it would work better to do a follow along workout! All my love and hope you have the best week ahead! Xx
Day 3: I weighted 144.6 lbs and I’m 5’1. I started to sweat during the 2nd round but I felt sore from day 1 during the first round. Also it went by really quick again. It got a tiny bit easier some how. Maybe I was a little more motivated idk. Also I’m not dieting. :)
Day 5: I weighted 144.0 lbs and I’m 5’1. I started to sweat towards the end of the 2nd round but I didn’t feel sore this time. It went by really quick again. My stamina has gotten better since day 1. And I’m also starting to loose motivation and I don’t know why. :)
Day 7: I weighted 144.6 lbs and I’m 5’1. :)
Day 9: I weighted 146 lbs (at the end of the day rather then the morning like I’ve always done and I ate way more then I normally do) and I’m 5’1. :)
Day 11: I weighted 144.0 lbs and I’m 5’1. Once again I was distracted the whole time because I lost a spider. Definitely I recommend thinking about something important to you to distract you. It went by quick. My stamina is better. :)
Day 13:???
omg you’re exactly the same weight and height as me!! thank you for this
M A dood really?? That’s pretty cool and of course :)
How much do you weigh now? Also progress report PLEASE
Nina Panagiotakis I just did say 9 yesterday. Are you able to see it? If not I can try and fix it.
We’re the same weight I’m just 5’0 1/2 but weight doesn’t really matter as long as u feel good about yourself keep it up love ❤️
So proud of me for following along without taking a break!! Means I really am in shape 💪
I really like how you show the next move at the 6 second mark. I love that it is just music, limited talking. Easy to follow. Well done.
Yesss, exactly!!! U go!!

This was SUPER fun and great for no equipment while traveling!
Love how you showed the next move in the background and didn't chat for 5 mins throughout the video.
That was difficult and I loved it! Thank you for sharing!
The content quality is so satisfying and the overall result is aesthetically pleasing. Natacha, you already in 2029!
Absolutely loved this ! Love how you just dove right into it and didn’t talk excessive. You just simply showed how it’s done and we follow. I felt the burn! Lol thanks!
Great workout!! Anyone else here a sweaty mess???
This motivated me to start my weight loss journey. I’ve been really insecure with my body for around 4 years now. I am 14 years old, I’m 5’1 and I weigh around 113-116 pounds. I am planning on doing this every other day or atleast three days a week. I want to lose anywhere from 5-10 pounds or until I become a little more confident. I try to cut out a lot of foods and eat healthy. I will update you guys sometime this week.
I started a day late so
Day one: i started off strong but lost energy halfway through. I took a five minute break and finished it. I feel so good but tired. I’m dripping in sweat. Overall I’m proud of myself
Day 2: I was supposed to work on abs and arms but there was family issues.
Day 3: still hard but I didn’t take any extra breaks. It’s only the third day and I’m really unmotivated but I’m still trying to go on. I feel so good after doing this workout
Day 4 and 5: I haven’t been feeling the best and I feel so unmotivated. I don’t even want to get out of bed and I beat myself up about this. I really want to work on becoming a better me but I have no motivation or energy.
Stay consistent 💕 Don’t give up, you got this ❤️
I’m the same weight and age, but I’m 4’10...
Kate Smith thank you!❤️
You’re an elf, Draco oh that’s cool!
update?
Whoa! That was an incredible HIIT workout ! Just did it 2 times and I'm sweatiiiin 😂💪 Will be trying to add your exercises in my routine , Thank you Natacha 😊
YES this is exactly what I needed! I live in a small dorm (don't have access to a gym or any equipment), so these at home workouts are AMAZING!!!
Have you seen much difference such as toner abs or weight loss?
A A I have no access to scale currently so I don’t know if I lose some weights. But I definitely lost some inches because my old trousers now fit me and my current trousers has to be belted to stay on my hips. And just for additional info, I workout 6 days a week for around 30 mins and my diet is pretty normal.
That was honestly so good! I couldn’t believe how good it felt. And I found it’s easier with a few minutes of warmup first. Amazing video :) and quick and easy to follow
I loved this! Honestly the only HIIT workout I have truly enjoyed in a while. Can't wait to try your other videos!
This is the first HIIT workout I have ever done, just found your channel today and I did this one for all three rounds and tried my hardest, I feel so proud of myself so thankyou :)

You can do it💪🏻
we're rooting for you!! make sure not to rush things for long lasting results, it aint easy but it sure is worth it.
Please just do it in the right way

wait so you lost 10 pounds in 24days?
And the next exercise is always shown during breaks, so she does not asume that you know this workout by heart after the first round (which many other videos do) :D
Really love it and will continue to use this and your other videos for my workouts :)
I find some of the exercises a lil too easy so i change the toe taps to sit kicks and the planks to mountain climbers and in between rests I’ll keep jumping.
But i LOVE this workout! Iv never done HIIT so im glad i could push through. Best luck to anyone doing this!
update i broke my ankle from doing this cuz im dumb
and got surgery 6 months after this comment
Absolutely love this “follow me” style video, thank you for my HIIT this morning!!
I am sweating 😉
Loved this workout! So many HIIT videos on TH-cam are brutally hard with no rest breaks. This one was challenging but the rest intervals let me give 100% during the exercise intervals. And it left me tired and breathing hard at the end but not laid up on the floor desperately trying to catch my breath. Perfect!
Really love these workouts because it’s not just the same old moves we’ve seen a million times. I feel like my body is actually excited and responsive to your workouts because it’s doing moves that it’s never done before! Really love your channel! ❤️
No way I can go this fast after years of no gym whatsoever, I'll try at my pace and hopefully will go faster in the future

The production on this video was perfect! Super easy to follow along and there is not a long intro. Great job :)
It makes such a difference to my motivation to watch in real time!

this is hard af compared to chloe ting, i am literally dead

For me it's the opposite lol
I started getting sweaty at the third round, before that it was relatively easy.
