And now 23rd I just do 30 min walk on treadmill because I dont want to feel ache for tomorrow since there's so many to prepare for Christmas eve. Once I've reached 62.9kg I will move to other set of chloe ting's work out. My weight is decreasing even im not working out it's because of my diet. I go back to a modified Kpop diet more like IU's but my protien shake subtitute is on breakfast, then my low carb meal is lunch & dinner.. 0% no rice... EDITED: Hi, it's been a month. Im stopped My Chloe ting's workout due to lack of time. But im doing 15 min treadmill instead. Im now 60kg as of Feb 1. Diet is still the same: no rice/carbs EDITED 2.0: I have already achieved my GOAL weight: 58KG ! EDITED 3.0: I have gained to 60kg.. because I ate carbs again like a normal hungry person... Haha but I maintains there.. i still wish to achieve 58kg and maintain tho.. need to go back exercising so I could burn calories even I eat much.
@@sajiamahajabin1726 just low carb diet.. but during my first two weeks of work out doing the 2 week shred challenge, i did follow kpop diet for 1 week that's why I loss 1kg/day for 3 days that time.. not advisable tho... Made me dizzy
It’s really bad to weigh yourself everyday, you can fall into a bad mindset and also your weight fluctuates depending on ur cycle and just in general ect.
I have asthma and When I started doing these workouts I couldn’t get through one exercise without wheezing and literally dying. I’m currently close to a year of doing them and I’ve definitely improve. I can now get through all three sets without any extra breaks for breathing. Thank you Chloe for providing these valuable resources! Without them I would’ve never had the confidence and healthy state I’m currently at. You not only helped me with my physical health but also my mental health! Thank you so much again!
@@noturningback2584 I don’t remember exactly because it’s been awhile but I did 2 Hiit of 10/15 minutes workouts per day and that 2/3 times in a week. I also did intermittent fasting what really works. I lost 15kg in 8 months. But I really liked this work out because it is standing, I dont like sitting workouts
@@noturningback2584 idk how far you are like in physical but when I was 70kg (Im 1.58cm) I had no condition so I did the “Do this Everyday To Lose Weight”. (Warm up before you do any workout, she also had those video) eventually I did 1 more video like this one or “10 min HIIT to burn lots of calories” But what helped me the most was intermittent fasting because a work out is just a side thing for losing weight. You can skip breakfast en begin your first meal at 12pm or 1pm and have your last meal before 8pm. What I did was a bit extreme because I really wanted to lose weight because I was sick of heaving an unhealthy weight. When I woke up I drank Coffee and lots of water. My first meal was at 12pm, have a small snack around 3pm (veggies like cherry tomatoes or cucumber or fruit like watermelon, banana etc). I had my dinner around 5.30pm and if I was REALLY hungry I would eat some veggies or fruit as a snack. AND DRINK LOTS OF WATER!! If you like soda like me drink suger free ones. It is important that you have self control and don’t overeat. Eat healthy stuff and no junk food and if you eat junk food don’t over eat. Eat with variation and normal portions. You can download “my fitness pal” and count your calories there. But this worked for me and it wasn’t easy really but I kept going and it is really worth it!! My clothes that became too small for me are now too big! I feel healthier and I dont ever want to go back to my last weight. Good luck!!
Look guys, none of us gained weight in one day, so we won't lose it one day either... The key is to just start and convince yourself that it will take time but you will reach your goal. Don't give up🥰🥰

I am 17y/o 5'4 and as I got older through high school I gain a lot of weight and in March 2020 where school canceled because of the Coronavirus I started my diet because I know that I wanted to water fast but my teachers would complain because I would have to always go to the restroom. I weighed 256lbs on March 22 and I did a 12week weight loss transformation till June 13. •What I did was on sun-thur (5days of the week) I drank a gal of water w/ 1tbs of apple cider vinegar and do 15min full body workout morning and night •What I did on fri&sat (2days of the week) I still drank 1 gal of water with 1tbs of acv but just drank 3 smoothies for break, lunch, and dinn but did not work out for thoes 2 days. -every week on the start of sun I weigh myself and I lost about 8-10lbs a week -had no loose skin and was at my goal weight 132 •I weigh 132lbs on June 13 then started drinking just smoothies to lose a little more weight just so I can gain some more and put on a little fat - then on July 4 I weigh 121lbs then I started eating whole foods again (went vegan) because I had Nasal Polyps in March when my Aunt took my to the ENT doc and it was bc of the dairy and eggs and everytime I ate meat my stomach would hurt. - and I am at my stabilized weight which fluctuates betweens 130-136 bc I did gain weight from muscle and body fat • during this I was not hungy bc of the acv and my body got use to it and overall I was just fat and tired of being unhealthy and obese. Insecure did come with it because I had snoring problems when going to company house and being embarrassed plus I was a mouth breather😭😭😭 sorry if its TMI
lost about 20+ kg in less than 5 months thanks to doing all these hiit workouts ! they’re so good, i love them! ( although my leg and ab muscles say otherwise )

My PE teacher doesn't believe that I am able to do Chloe's Plank Challenge ( you know that 10 mins video published at summer) Our class has to send a week schedule of exercises we do. I sent what I actually do. Now when we go back school( recently I have online classes because of the pandemic) I'm gonna have a test. I will have to do a proper elbow-plank for 5 minutes without any rest. She said that I would prove my words managing to do this. I can hold a plank for max 4 minutes. I have probably about 2 weeks to achieve it. Wish me luck Edit:(25 November) I did it! I will try to hold longer. I hope I will go to school soon to show it to my PE teacher. I’m 13 years old. And I absolutely loved this. I’m shocked i was able to complete it! I didnt take extra breaks but instead changed to low impacts, just keeping the movement flowing. I sweated so much in the 15 minutes! Thank you so much!
Tip I read over the weekend: Refresh the page after you finish a workout to see how many views the video got since you started it. That's more or less how many people did that workout with you. :) (shoutout to the ~800 people that did this HIIT session with me!)
I know HIIT workouts seem pretty hard but remember: What seems impossible today will one day become your warm up and your body is capable of anything, it's your mind you have to convince to get started - you can do it!
I did this every morning before breakfast and repeat it in the afternoon for 14 days and I've seen good results. I have lost 4 cm in my waist 2 cm in my thighs And 1.5 cm in my arms .
I DID IT!!! Yay I'm so happy! This is my third day and I managed to do the whole video without taking breaks and I did all the exrecises. I feel so good. So I just wanna leave a message for those who just started too... the first and second day were a little tought but believe me you'll feel so goodafter some days so don't stop you got this!
It’s been 11 months since I started my fitness journey, and Chloe’s programs were the omes I followed. I went from 48-50 kg (height: 4’11) to 37-38 kg now! Earlier my weight was 73, I felt very ugly, unconfident and did not believe in myself . Then came covid 19 and it caused lockdown. I was free those days and one day I just scrolled down youtube and found Chloe ting's 15 minute workout video and it gave me such positive vibes that I decided to start exercising. Today it's end of November 2020 and you won't believe it that my weight has reduced to 60 kgs. I don't know how to thank Chloe but I am writing this with a hope that she will read it and come to know what a big thing she has done for each of us. Doing this for 4 weeks as an out of shape yet dedicated specimen :)! Starting weight: 154 Ibs Start: September, 13th, 2022 - Week 1 - Day 1: I took sooo many breaks too much to even count but I got through the whole video, currently sweating SO MUCH and typing this on my bedroom floor 😂 Day 2: WOW AM I SORE- I pushed myself a bit harder today so I got through more, though I look like I just went swimming, I'm g l i s t e n i n g Day 3: Today was still very challenging but I noticed that I sweat a bit less than the first two days and there was less breaks, and my recovery afterwards had me sitting upon my bedroom floor instead of actually laying, yayyy little improvenments :)!! Day 4: I unfortunately had to force myself to have a rest day because I had caught a cold and couldn't breathe out of my nose :( Day 5: Pretty much the same as day 3, I'm sweaty and can't hold a conversation for more than 3 seconds 😂 Day 6: Today I was really hesitating to start because ya girl just didn't want to do it but I pushed through and wow that improvement is REALLY there already!! I only had 2 extra 5 second breaks and I could execute the exercises way better YAY!! slayyyy Day 7: I for some reason just had no motivation today but I still did it even though it wasn't exactly full out :(

When I first started working out with Chloe last year (July 2020), 30 secs of high knees would leave me breathless. Not gonna lie, when i went through the entire video before doing it, I didn't expect to finish it in a go (I hate standing workouts, planks give me time to catch my breath so) but I got through this today in a single attempt without extra rests! The only exercise I struggled with were tuck jumps but I did it by takin 3-5 secs rest in between jumps like she suggested (whereas in a past workout with tuck jumps, I used to skip it entirely). Just goes to show how far I've come and I thank Chloe, this wonderful community as well as myself for sticking with fitness as a lifestyle choice and not a temporary schtick to get in shape, coz when you approach exercising with that mindset, you tend to give up when you don't see visible progress in like a week. Anyway this turned out to be quite a long sermon, thanks for reading till the end :)
I did the exercises in this video for 2 months in 2019 and lost weight very nicely. I lost 74 kg to 58 kg. It's been 7 years. I want to eat again, thank you
I’ve been doing this hiit workout for 2 weeks. I do hiit workout once every 2 days, on the other day I do hula hoop for at least 30 minutes. My weight was 63 kg, now I’m 61 kg. My daily calorie intake is around 900 to 1100 calories. I also do intermittent fasting. I hope i can reach 48 kg by the end of this year 🥰
Hi Felicia, how tall are you? 48 kg is a very low weight and 900 calories is a very small amount of food. Please remember to check with your doctor before attempting to decrease your calorie intake or weight. Much love❤ please take care of yourself

I did this workout at the park today while two muscle head guys jogged by and laughed at me. I previously had a weight loss goal but now it's this time next year I will be able to beat their asses. Thank you for everything you do and please keep posting ❤️ I've been doing summer shred and this video occasionally in between work outs and on week two I'm down almost ten pounds!
@@simplymudblood4370 I workout in front of my mom. She is normally at her desk working which is across the room, so she dosen't really see what I'm doing 😂. Most of the time I like to workout in her room though (more space)

5 days in, finally finished the entire thing with no rest! thanks really seeing the improvements. i used to workout a lot on my abs but i didnt see any progress so i stopped. but after sometime i realised that working out isnt all you need to do to lose weight and get in shape, burning fat and eating healty is as important as working out. i can finally see my abs that i worked on because i started actually losing the fat that was covering the muscles i built. thank you very much chloe for making me the kid i always wanted to look like
When I was in the middle of doing this workout, I felt diziness, intense stomach ache. I took a sip of water and rushed into the toilet and boom those things that's been stuck in my stomach for two days just came out. Guys, if you are suffering from constipation, no need to take any pill, just do this workout!!!!!

I have done many many HIIT exercises in last 10 years, but this was a tough one!! I think warming up before this is essential. Chloe's videos are sooo effective. I always see results within few days.

i did it yesterday! I completed it, but it was kinda too hard for me, so I had to do some low impact exercises and do longer breaks between them. But I'm proud of myself that i am motivated! I did pilates today and now i'm going to do this workout again ❤

Woah... after consistently working out with Chloe for 2 months, I can actually do all these lunges without wobbling over like baby giraffe. That's a big deal.. I used to ALWAYS fall over doing ANY kind of lunge!

Ok imma try this and update everyday Starting weight:136 pounds Day 1:I literally drowned in my own sweat ,finished the workout ,did 500 jump ropes ,did 13 reps of yoga stretches in the morning and burnt 200 calories and feeling real good:))) Day 2:omg my legs are sore, I finished the workout ,did 700 jump ropes ,did 13 reps of yoga stretches in the morning and burnt 335 calories and feeling good but bad cause I have an exam and I have to study ugh i really wanted to do nothing today:( Day 3:done and done ,finished the workout ,did 500 jump ropes ,did a few stretches in the morning and burnt 203 calories and feeling good and energetic:) Day 4:break day cause my legs are sore as heck and I can’t move and also I’m stressed due to exams , wish me luck ,I really hope it goes well:))) Day 5:omg I feel like I’m becoming more and more fit because I’m not that sore today ,anyway I finished the workout ,did 500 jump ropes ,did 13 reps of yoga stretches in the morning and burnt 262 calories and feeling like I can move a mountain:))) Day 6:ahh I did only half of the workout cause I’m lateee to my exam ,did 500 jump ropes ,did a few stretches in the morning and burnt 140 calories and feeling ready:))) Day 7:I finished the workout ,did 500 jump ropes ,did 13 reps of yoga stretches in the morning and burnt 304 calories and feeling good:) I see my body getting more fit and no change in the weight it’s probably cause I went through a lot of stress and I often stress eat so yeah But I definitely feel a lot better than before starting this challenge :))) I love you chloe:>

- Reason why I skipped is because I was too busy. I attended and organized 2 events during those days. Today is December 15, so I hope I could go back working out again. I feel so weak if I didn't work out.
UPDATE DEC 16:
I started to add Organic Protein Shake on my diet. Im drinking it with coffee in the morning and with greentea before going to sleep. Based on my research, this helps to add nutrients on my low carb diet and boost metabolism.

I skipped workout today because I shoot for a video content on my YT channel. Hoping to work out again tomorrow!

I wasn't able to work-out on 21st & 22nd because I attended some private parties. And now 23rd I just do 30 min walk on treadmill because I dont want to feel ache for tomorrow since there's so many to prepare for Christmas eve. Once I've reached 62.9kg I will move to other set of chloe ting's work out.
My weight is decreasing even im not working out it's because of my diet. I go back to a modified Kpop diet more like IU's but my protien shake subtitute is on breakfast, then my low carb meal is lunch & dinner.. 0% no rice...
EDITED: Hi, it's been a month. Im stopped My Chloe ting's workout due to lack of time. But im doing 15 min treadmill instead. Im now 60kg as of Feb 1. Diet is still the same: no rice/carbs

EDITED 3.0: I have gained to 60kg.. because I ate carbs again like a normal hungry person... Haha but I maintains there.. i still wish to achieve 58kg and maintain tho.. need to go back exercising so I could burn calories even I eat much.

It’s really bad to weigh yourself everyday, you can fall into a bad mindset and also your weight fluctuates depending on ur cycle and just in general ect.
I have asthma and When I started doing these workouts I couldn’t get through one exercise without wheezing and literally dying. I’m currently close to a year of doing them and I’ve definitely improve. I can now get through all three sets without any extra breaks for breathing. Thank you Chloe for providing these valuable resources! Without them I would’ve never had the confidence and healthy state I’m currently at. You not only helped me with my physical health but also my mental health! Thank you so much again!

@@noturningback2584 I don’t remember exactly because it’s been awhile but I did 2 Hiit of 10/15 minutes workouts per day and that 2/3 times in a week. I also did intermittent fasting what really works. I lost 15kg in 8 months.
But I really liked this work out because it is standing, I dont like sitting workouts

@@noturningback2584 idk how far you are like in physical but when I was 70kg (Im 1.58cm) I had no condition so I did the “Do this Everyday To Lose Weight”. (Warm up before you do any workout, she also had those video)
eventually I did 1 more video like this one or “10 min HIIT to burn lots of calories”
But what helped me the most was intermittent fasting because a work out is just a side thing for losing weight. You can skip breakfast en begin your first meal at 12pm or 1pm and have your last meal before 8pm. What I did was a bit extreme because I really wanted to lose weight because I was sick of heaving an unhealthy weight. When I woke up I drank Coffee and lots of water. My first meal was at 12pm, have a small snack around 3pm (veggies like cherry tomatoes or cucumber or fruit like watermelon, banana etc).
I had my dinner around 5.30pm and if I was REALLY hungry I would eat some veggies or fruit as a snack. AND DRINK LOTS OF WATER!! If you like soda like me drink suger free ones.
It is important that you have self control and don’t overeat. Eat healthy stuff and no junk food and if you eat junk food don’t over eat. Eat with variation and normal portions.
You can download “my fitness pal” and count your calories there.
But this worked for me and it wasn’t easy really but I kept going and it is really worth it!! My clothes that became too small for me are now too big! I feel healthier and I dont ever want to go back to my last weight.

I am 17y/o 5'4 and as I got older through high school I gain a lot of weight and in March 2020 where school canceled because of the Coronavirus I started my diet because I know that I wanted to water fast but my teachers would complain because I would have to always go to the restroom. I weighed 256lbs on March 22 and I did a 12week weight loss transformation till June 13.
•What I did was on sun-thur (5days of the week) I drank a gal of water w/ 1tbs of apple cider vinegar
and do 15min full body workout morning and night
•What I did on fri&sat (2days of the week) I still drank 1 gal of water with 1tbs of acv but just drank 3 smoothies for break, lunch, and dinn but did not work out for thoes 2 days.
-every week on the start of sun I weigh myself and I lost about 8-10lbs a week
-had no loose skin and was at my goal weight 132
•I weigh 132lbs on June 13 then started drinking just smoothies to lose a little more weight just so I can gain some more and put on a little fat
- then on July 4 I weigh 121lbs then I started eating whole foods again (went vegan) because I had Nasal Polyps in March when my Aunt took my to the ENT doc and it was bc of the dairy and eggs and everytime I ate meat my stomach would hurt.
- and I am at my stabilized weight which fluctuates betweens 130-136 bc I did gain weight from muscle and body fat
• during this I was not hungy bc of the acv and my body got use to it and overall I was just fat and tired of being unhealthy and obese. Insecure did come with it because I had snoring problems when going to company house and being embarrassed plus I was a mouth breather😭😭😭 sorry if its TMI

My PE teacher doesn't believe that I am able to do Chloe's Plank Challenge ( you know that 10 mins video published at summer) Our class has to send a week schedule of exercises we do. I sent what I actually do. Now when we go back school( recently I have online classes because of the pandemic) I'm gonna have a test. I will have to do a proper elbow-plank for 5 minutes without any rest. She said that I would prove my words managing to do this. I can hold a plank for max 4 minutes. I have probably about 2 weeks to achieve it. Wish me luck

Earlier my weight was 73, I felt very ugly, unconfident and did not believe in myself . Then came covid 19 and it caused lockdown. - Week 1 -
Day 1: I took sooo many breaks too much to even count but I got through the whole video, currently sweating SO MUCH and typing this on my bedroom floor 😂
Day 2: WOW AM I SORE- I pushed myself a bit harder today so I got through more, though I look like I just went swimming, I'm g l i s t e n i n g
Day 3: Today was still very challenging but I noticed that I sweat a bit less than the first two days and there was less breaks, and my recovery afterwards had me sitting upon my bedroom floor instead of actually laying, yayyy little improvenments :)!!
Day 4: I unfortunately had to force myself to have a rest day because I had caught a cold and couldn't breathe out of my nose :(
Day 5: Pretty much the same as day 3, I'm sweaty and can't hold a conversation for more than 3 seconds 😂
Day 6: Today I was really hesitating to start because ya girl just didn't want to do it but I pushed through and wow that improvement is REALLY there already!! I only had 2 extra 5 second breaks and I could execute the exercises way better YAY!! slayyyy
Day 7: I for some reason just had no motivation today but I still did it even though it wasn't exactly full out :(

When I first started working out with Chloe last year (July 2020), 30 secs of high knees would leave me breathless. Not gonna lie, when i went through the entire video before doing it, I didn't expect to finish it in a go (I hate standing workouts, planks give me time to catch my breath so) but I got through this today in a single attempt without extra rests! The only exercise I struggled with were tuck jumps but I did it by takin 3-5 secs rest in between jumps like she suggested (whereas in a past workout with tuck jumps, I used to skip it entirely). Just goes to show how far I've come and I thank Chloe, this wonderful community as well as myself for sticking with fitness as a lifestyle choice and not a temporary schtick to get in shape, coz when you approach exercising with that mindset, you tend to give up when you don't see visible progress in like a week. Anyway this turned out to be quite a long sermon, thanks for reading till the end :)

I’ve been doing this hiit workout for 2 weeks. I do hiit workout once every 2 days, on the other day I do hula hoop for at least 30 minutes. My weight was 63 kg, now I’m 61 kg. My daily calorie intake is around 900 to 1100 calories. I also do intermittent fasting. I hope i can reach 48 kg by the end of this year 🥰
Hi Felicia, how tall are you? 48 kg is a very low weight and 900 calories is a very small amount of food. Please remember to check with your doctor before attempting to decrease your calorie intake or weight. Much love❤ please take care of yourself
keep in mind that eating low calories and workout out is not good, u should atleast eat 1200-1400 calories if you wanna lose weight

I did this workout at the park today while two muscle head guys jogged by and laughed at me. I previously had a weight loss goal but now it's this time next year I will be able to beat their asses.

@@simplymudblood4370 I workout in front of my mom. She is normally at her desk working which is across the room, so she dosen't really see what I'm doing 😂. Most of the time I like to workout in her room though (more space)

5 days in, finally finished the entire thing with no rest! thanks really seeing the improvements. i used to workout a lot on my abs but i didnt see any progress so i stopped. but after sometime i realised that working out isnt all you need to do to lose weight and get in shape, burning fat and eating healty is as important as working out. i can finally see my abs that i worked on because i started actually losing the fat that was covering the muscles i built. thank you very much chloe for making me the kid i always wanted to look like
When I was in the middle of doing this workout, I felt diziness, intense stomach ache. I took a sip of water and rushed into the toilet and boom those things that's been stuck in my stomach for two days just came out. Guys, if you are suffering from constipation, no need to take any pill, just do this workout!!!!!

When chloe said it's literally intense I was only hoping to do give my best after trying her various programmes today I am literally happy to see myself doing her HIIT workout till last for the first time and I did it with no low impact workout I took 1 or 2 minutes break after each set but I am happy to complete full workout till last please wish me luck to achieve a fit body and I hope you guys for the same and one more thing to say CHLOE YOU'RE DOING A GREAT JOB I AM THANKFUL FOR YOUR AMAZING WORKOUT PROGRAMMES KEEP GOING ON TO BE HONEST ALL YOUR WORKOUTS ARE TOUGH BUT WE LOVE THE RESULT AND YOU TOO NEVER EVER GET DEMOTIVATED BECAUSE WE REALLY LOVE YOU AND YOUR HARD WORK WITH ALL OUR HEARTS
I have done many many HIIT exercises in last 10 years, but this was a tough one!! I think warming up before this is essential.

Woah... after consistently working out with Chloe for 2 months, I can actually do all these lunges without wobbling over like baby giraffe. That's a big deal.. I used to ALWAYS fall over doing ANY kind of lunge!

Day 1:I literally drowned in my own sweat ,finished the workout ,did 500 jump ropes ,did 13 reps of yoga stretches in the morning and burnt 200 calories and feeling real good:)))
Day 2:omg my legs are sore, I finished the workout ,did 700 jump ropes ,did 13 reps of yoga stretches in the morning and burnt 335 calories and feeling good but bad cause I have an exam and I have to study ugh i really wanted to do nothing today:(
Day 3:done and done ,finished the workout ,did 500 jump ropes ,did a few stretches in the morning and burnt 203 calories and feeling good and energetic:)
Day 4:break day cause my legs are sore as heck and I can’t move and also I’m stressed due to exams , wish me luck ,I really hope it goes well:)))
Day 5:omg I feel like I’m becoming more and more fit because I’m not that sore today ,anyway I finished the workout ,did 500 jump ropes ,did 13 reps of yoga stretches in the morning and burnt 262 calories and feeling like I can move a mountain:)))
