    Keep the heck away from empty carbs, bread, rice, pasta, pastry, sugar and alcohol. Check for leaky gut syndrome. Burn more calories than you eat. The above exercises won't make much difference at all if you have a large belly, although they will be quite useful once you've lost the bulge. Consider high intensity aerobic exercise and defibitely practising intermittent fasting. 💖💖💖

      With hair loss take Biotin for three months. That should stop it completely. If it doesn't then get a hair analysis session from someone with excellent reviews.

      Engaging your core muscle is tensing the muscles to ensure that you’re working the right muscle, the easiest way to engage your ab muscles is to tense your stomach as if you are bracing for someone to punch you, (lol sorry that’s the only way I can explain it) but it will be different from holding your stomach in. When you tense, or engage your core, you should feel a slight burn there as you are doing your workout. If you feel pain in your back, neck or anywhere else in your body, reposition yourself and ensure that you are tensing the correct muscle. Lol also if done right a good ab workout might stimulate a bowel movement, which will definitely help with flattening the belly as well.

    I have been following your face yoga videos and the knowledge you share is amazing. But the third exercise which you have shown in this video is actually a pranayama and it's not bhastrika it is called kapalabhati. So many people follow you please be sure while telling something

      Don't do excercise n get tired, pls follow 32baar formula by savikar bharadwaj sir , check it in you tube, it will help a lot , what ever you are eating , each bite chew for 32timea minimum , and eat conciously with calm mind, and eat for half and hour, include salad n curd in your meal, drink water sip by sip.

    first of all thanks for these simple exercises. please do let me know how to reduce only belly fat as overall I'm very skinny, but gained some weight following being bed ridden for 6 months. actually now I look normal from being too thin. so only belly fat is the big problem now
