Imagine installing arch for the first time with a wingdings keyboard set to dvorak
I cringe just at the thought of it 😂
Except set to dvorak is almost always done in software, when you are installing arch for the first time It will default to US no matter what layout your actual keyboard is.
Besides that step one of installation is set your keyboard layout so if you follow the guide you should only be on dvorak for the first step.
A nice cringy thought nonetheless.

Feel the same. I currently love the appearance of my current machine, but would absolutely LOVE to have that Clevo/Origin PC laptop with desktop AMD Ryzen 3000 CPU and Nvidia 2070 GPU, but there’s no denying that it looks VERY boring. Not that my current machine is in any way a slouch, a Predator Helios 500 (Ryzen version), since it still is a beast (that also runs AMAZINGLY COOL considering it’s components), but it definitely looks much better. If I could somehow get a BIOS update that would allow for an upgrade to Zen 2 (or even better, Zen 3!!), then my laptop would be on par with more current AMD laptops using desktop CPU’s. It’s a b450 chipset and can handle up to 95 watts TDP on the CPU, so it should still handle the new CPU’s no problem. Just need a BIOS to enable compatibility!!
Please ACER!! Or, if ANYONE can hook me up with someone that works at Insyde, who made the OEM BIOS for the laptop, I am willing to PAY for a FUNCTIONING BIOS for my Helios 500 to use Zen 2 (and if possible, Zen 3) CPU’s!!!! I am willing to pay up to 1/4 of whatever amount is agreed upon as fair up front. Once I confirm the Bios works (doesn’t brick my laptop, and when I drop in the new CPU, it boots and functions properly) I will pay the remainder in full!! I’m 110% SERIOUS!!!

This is exactly how I thought it would be configured. Wingdings caps is so cool!

I wish you'd have made a proper review of a Tuxedo. A 14'' Infinitybook has been my daily driver for almost 2 years now and I can't imagine using any other laptop again as a Linux user.
The new model even has a 99Wh battery inside, IO is far better then back then shown in the video, the touchpad and display is amazing. Their custom Linux software is great too and works smooth on Linux and Windows.

... tab auto completes?
@@sahzhree7757 Yes,for pretty much everyting, even if you type 'cd ' and press tab,it show what folders you can and so on,you can customize the terminal more if you install ZSH,the BASH is the most common terminal but ZSH is like BASH with steroids
@@sahzhree7757 yeah on bash it does but I'm not sure if it cycles, on zsh it cycles and shows you a list of possibilities and usually highlights the one you're on (though that might be an ohmyzsh thing idk)
I only know that you can do that in Minecraft lol
9:21 *Ron Weasley has entered the chat"
Has he been reading HP fanfics ?
4:07 you said the bs word in wingding "👌︎🕆︎☹︎☹︎💧︎☟︎🖂︎❄︎".
also it took time for me to figure out the right words.
I'd love to see a video where Linus only uses Linux for a week. Or two.
The Censor at 4:07 spells BS
someone else prolly figured it out but eh wanted to give it a try anyways.
thx m8 just please stop that nonsense with the giant whitespace in comments
quite clever at 3:05 using the computer to block the script of who the sponsor is for the video.

Beware of the man who types in hands

Me: Ah yes, the font that was created to insert symbols easily in documents.
Dark, darker, yet darker
Omg i thought the text on the screen was also in wingdin, that would be so diabolical.
"It's design to work out of the box perfectly with Linus" so it's drop proof, right ?
Tuxedo also offers the option to order a laptop without wifi and bluetooth (you get 18 euro off). - No idea why you would do that but it is amazing you have that option.
I use the pacman GUI with yay and aur on Manjaro 90% of the time like a peasant 😧
You mean GNU?
@@mayshack But manjaro doesn't use yum, it uses pacman/yay which is a whole different thing
Yes pamac works so well that for a long time I didn't feel the need to use the command line
@@mayshack Pacman is fastest.
You mean Pamac-gui?
imagine having linus in your youtube channel's name and trying to figure out how to use apt-get, absolute state
Why the Linus videos combines perfectly with the song Rainbow Kitten Surprise - All's Well That Ends
3:20 When I saw the *superior* ISO layout on the keyboard, I know that he will say later something like "*in the most annyoing childish voice* the left shift key is too small for my nano hands"
btw I stopped the video, to write this comment
btw2 the *superior* is a joke, you can get use to everything, if you want ...
Having spent 30 years in Europe and learned the ISO layout, I now live in a region where the US layout is dominant. I have found the larger "\|" key very useful. The larger shift keys are also nice. Missing the GBP and EUR symbols though :-(
