Tomato and sweet potato aren't the greatest mix, but some noodles, rice, white yam, or plain spuds would have worked. Its like how carrot and tomato don't work together and will upset your digestion, sweet potato and carrot have that same kind of disagreement. The lamb looks marvolous. I have some lamb tamales that I'm looking forward to soon.
