When you buy a Ricoma machine in Canada, it’s not the same as buying a Tajima machine, even if both are sold by distributors. Ricoma and Tajima are two separate brands with their own unique features and support systems.
@@stitchkwik8046 Hello, we manufacture and distribute our own machines. We are not the same machine as Highland, Cam 5 or Redline. We have full control of our r&d and production and simply assemble the machines in China. For more info, please contact us.

Great video , however, as far as distributors go Ricoma is no different than Tajima if you live outside the USA. I Live in Canada and i can only get these machines though local Canadian Ricoma distributors..
Am I going to get a machine? No I do not think so. I really wanted to see the discussion. Great job on your presentation. You're selling facts were only about the positive aspects. They did not detract from the other company. If I was in the market I would certainly by your machine
DO YOU have any outlet in africa am in eastern africa and honestly i love ricoma machine been in embroidery for 18yrs just working for some people wish i would own mine also
While Tajima is a manufacturer of embroidery machines with years behind it, Ricoma is an importer of Chinese machines. That does not mean that for certain jobs they are good machines and that the importer has a correct technical service.
Hi there, Ricoma is the manufacturer of our own machines. We run our own research and development and our machines are designed and engineered here in the US. We have a factory located in china as well.
@@ricomatv talked to someone on alibaba and , by their mistake said ricoma the rebranded distributor to my surprise, then tried to back track and say she can t talk about it
@marcocp91 it’s quite the opposite. Tajima is sold by Hirsch international in the US. So it means Hirsch is the importer of tajima machines, not the manufacturer. Ricoma, on the other hand, manufactures our own machines and sell it throughout 150 countries in the world.

How about a comparison pros and cons Ricoma vs Barudan
Tajima is best no doubt.
For ×3 it gotta be, but logically it's literally the same
So you means if I buy Ricoma in Canada, it would be same as buying Tajima as ricoma is also sold by distributor in Canada?

To be honest, so GLAD I bought the Ricoma MT 1501 for THIS very reason! The technical support has been outstanding!
Isn’t Ricoma the same machine as Highland, Avamce, Cam 5 and Redline??? Aren’t they all the same with different branding, made in China?
