DOPE!! This is the exact embroidery machine I got! You did right by going with the 2 head machine your gonna be getting jobs done quicker than ever. Try to use a second backing for thin t-shirts like that so it doesn't get wrinkled up thats honestly what I do.
Thats awesome! Yeah I definitely had to get at least a second head.. I can already see how time consuming it will be for bulk order with even 2 and I cant imagine a bulk order with 1 head phew! Second backing is the perfect idea. I actually used two backings for the polo's in this videos and it turned pout great. Appreciate you sharing your feedback and engaging!

Nice! Congrats on that!!! I just got into embroidery myself and as for the polos stretching...it was advised to me to loosen the hoop when you put it on the shirt. Then tighten it after it is hooped....OR....buy a might hoop ( more expensive option.

@@baavproductions Also pay attention to what you are using for backing. For any knits, you definitely want to use a quality cut away. The mighty hoops are awesome to say the least, but definitely an investment to get the whole set up. The hoops alone will not do justice.

Hey bro, I got the mt2002-8s but my usb didn’t come with a tension test. I’ve tried downloading it the file from My Ricoma profile. But when I click download. My MacBook pops up a notification saying “There is no application to open this file.” Do you have any suggestions on how I can obtain the tension test?
I recently ordered this same machine and it arrives tomorrow, I was wondering what tools you used or are needed to unbox it.
Would you say it’s a good idea to start from not knowing anything or having any clientele to try to get in to this business? I have till the end of the day to pull the trigger on the single head TC-1501 machine. I’m confident person but unsure if it’s the right move, especially with no experience and no clients. Thanks

You need a tear away stabilizer to fix the wrinkling of the fabric.
I do have tear away stabilizer but either way I feel that would be too thin of a stabilizer for polo’s like these don’t you think?

9:33 you want that bobbin tight..if not tight, you will see in the stitching area with underneath bobbin showing more white..
Then have to match pen to color area in..
My girl has 3 embroidery machines..just got a 4 head tajima for 60 or 65 grand..has 2 single head of tajima also..
Funny how u had the family help you..when the 4 head tajima came.i had to get the neibor with a tractor. How much u pay for 2 head....I told my girl she should have reached out to tajima in japan.she probably would have saved 10grand..way more money in embroidery then screen printing. And less work..

This one’s about $25,000
I own an embroidery shop and I do not recommend that type of embroidery on polyester shirts. Honestly, they are just too flimsy even with a second backing. Thank you for this video, I am looking into buying more machines and have been considering a two head.
Polyester shirts are thin for sure but that doesn’t mean you can’t embroidery on them cause you definitely can
Now make a video how trash Ricoma is for not being transparent on the weight of these machines or how to get them into the building. Ricoma seems to be filled with shady people but their machines and software is worth the headache of their employees. Top quality tools. Huge respect to you guys for getting it in and getting the practice in and first order done. Keep it up man you'll do great
