Thank you for watching. I have a whole section for embroidery using Ricoma machines. if you subscribed make sure you click the bell to be notified when I put out new tips and tricks.
Have you embroidered on kids extra small caps? Can you do a video on that? Hooping them and getting the design as low to brim as possible. Thanks for all of your help. I have the MT 1501.
I can't wait to start my business watching you and other business men and business woman gives me so much confidence to keep going even tho I don't have a machine yet its coming
Thanks so much for mentioning that the hat doesn’t have to pushed all the way back on the hoop. I’ve been struggling with my hats for sometime not knowing that.
Hi Joe thanks for all the great tutorials and tips. Currently tackling mastery of hats. I like the one I. This video- can you share the link to purchase? Please and thank you
How are you setting up your tensions for caps? Was doing good but now cant get it dialed back in to a good stitch. Is there a special way to do it knowing you will be working in caps?
Man oh man. You are the man. You explain it so we’ll brother. Stay blessed and continue succeeding. You definitely earned my like 👍🏼 and Sub. I didn’t want to jinx myself before the video was over to write something. I can’t wait to watch more of your videos. Thanks again for the outstanding step by step details.
I did not see you talk about lining up center up center seam of hat to center line on cap hoop when hooping. Also I have a lot more flagging on my hats which causes me heart ache. I saw a video on Avance’ machines that the driver can be lowered to fix the flagging.I have the Ricoma 1501TC so wondered if you have ever adjusted the driver on your Ricoma? Any advice in this area will be appreciated.
I just love the way you explain everything!! Ty!! Now let me ask u this: in case you want to embroider on the front SIDE(but still the front), how do you trace/place that? Many thanks 😊
Very great video and explained simply for a new comer. Who was the digitizer you suggested? You still working with that company now being a year after this video? Can you share again? Thanks you sir.
aww man, just started as an embroiderer for an established company, they have me doing solely hats. really wosh I would have found this video while I was researchingn for my interview. it would have made these last few weeks a breeze.
Wuts up bro..all the way from oak cliff texas..been watching u for 2 yrs now..congrats on all ur success..just got a em1010..any advice on tension..no matter where I put tension on some of my needles I get thread breaks..some needles good..#1 is from deep down in hell..breaks needles and thread
@9:45 LMFAO I spent hrs and hrs trying to figure out why when selecting another needle it would default back to needle number 1. It drove me insane. Somehow I figured out it was only Tracing off needle number one but actually stitching on the needle I selected. It makes sense when you think about it. Needle number 1 is at the end of the head therefore you have more clarity looking at it while it traces the design from needle one vs say, needle 5 being that the rest of the head would obstruct your view if that make sense.
Haz un video de principiante en español, tengo la Ricoma 1501 y no se como usarla, también recomienda un programa mejor que Chroma que este económico. Muchas gracias
I have an issue, where my hat has to much play when stitching. The material bounces up and down while it's stitching. I can't figure out for the life of me why it does that. Due to it moving so much the stitching is never as good as it should be.
my machine is set to like 450 SPM i saw yours is at like 700+? , the design is not in high detail would you reccomend speeding it up? im also running into my design ending up crooked every time i think it is the way i am hooping maybe ? im using the yupoong snapbacks , any help or suggestions is greatly appreciated
Brother thank you for this video I feel like this video was made for me lol 😂 Joey let me tell you something you did a way better video than Ricoma I learned from your video... Thank you, A Tee Print
Your video is very thorough. I am using it to help me with the Ricoma training video. Your video is so much better. Thank you for sharing your talent.

Is there ever a time that you do not use backing on a structured hat bc it’s stiff?
I don’t use backing on structured hats at all
Thank you so much. This might be my problem. I will try not using the backing then.
Hi, do you have any referrals for digitizers?
Haz un video de principiante en español, tengo la Ricoma 1501 y no se como usarla, también recomienda un programa mejor que Chroma que este económico. Muchas gracias
Why does my structured hat sound hollow when close to the middle?
You have to much distance between hat and presser plate.
@@HeartHustlePrinting how would I fix that I have it hooped as tight as possible 😭
WHATS YOUR DIGITIZER'S LINK
Hey bro what needle 🪡 use for hat 🧢 80/12 or 75/11 is for flat and 3d puff thanks

You can lower the cap driver a little so it wont bounce as much.
how much was the machine
Who does your digitizing?
We have started doing it ourselves. Let us know if you need it.
@@HeartHustlePrinting do you quote first? What’s your website?
