    I have done many of your exercises including this one, brain tapping and also chest congestion because I have been having very bad headaches and inability to breathe. And with each exercise of yours I do, my body becomes "normal" again, eventhough Ive had the pain for months. I cant thank you enough 😭

    Today 8s my first time to join this exercise and I have it say it's very helpful Madam. I appreciate it a lot, I was feeling very heavy on my neck this morning but I have able to turn it to the both side without any stress or difficulty and cos of you

    This was helpful for tightness i get in my throat from vocal cord dysfunction that is irritated from stress/ anxiety and sometimes (like tonight) food.

    Smart stuff. I never had sciatica etc before being low thyroid, burnt out. Never an ache. These exercises help with both cause and consequence. The ancients knew what they were doing…. Thanks ❤

    this was so good! i love how you always explain everything so good. hahhahah you said hold your teeth together but dont clamp it down ....so relaxing. i dont know of any thyroid issue but it felt soooooooo refreshing

    I am Virochan Raote from India. You have Very nicely explain and very gently demonstrated. I appreciate it. Can you address my following queries.
    1.Can we do these exercises after lunch or any time of the day?
    2. How much time it will take to cure the thyroid problem.
    3. I had an operation in which glands at throt are removed. It was diagnosed as 'meligency' in the year 2015-16. Can you suggest any other exercises or the same one will do.?
