We’re back with weekly videos! 💕 many people try to jumpstart a new routine (especially fitness or clean eating) in January… but here are 10 fitness & healthy lifestyle tips to help motivate you!
Hi Maya, I saw on your insta story that you were struggling with posting this and whether it matters. I just want to say this video is so incredibly helpful for me! It's so great how you covered health and fitness holistically and didn't just focus on external appearance like many others do. I'm so glad you made this video 😊
Thank you for making this video! I always try to move my body 30mins everyday but the past month I have fallen off my routine and had no motivation to get back to healthy habits and your video has such a right timing I forced myself to get on my bike for 20mins today and ended up working out for 1hr! Now on to making a nutritious post work out meal
im doing my best to get back into healthy living after having my baby (happy healthy boy!) & my biggest thing has been committing to the 2 day rule for working out, not allowed to skip more than 2 days in a row. I can have a weekend or a break but on the 3rd day i need to move myself! i definitely need to be better on sleep & hydration but im getting there ;)
I can not describe how much I needed this video!! Thank you use much Maya I was planning on giving up exercising and diet but you just made it look so much more fun! :)
Okay so this is your first video that I've watched and I absolutely loved it. You perfectly covered why fitness is important and all, and how much of a difference a proper fitness routine can make. And I almost choked on my breakfast when I saw you watching the Busan concert while on the treadmill lolll. That being said, thanks so much for it all, I can definitely see myself getting hyped up every time you post new stuff!
This is so eye opening and motivating to me as I am in my early thirties as well. Now I'm excited to incorporate these tips into my daily life and to take care of my body. Thankyou Maya!
I loved this Maya! Thanks so much for sharing your tips! You are so right about taking advantage of today and not delaying starting something to create new habits! What brands would you recommend in terms of athletic wear/shoes? Might ask for some for Christmas lol
Noodles made of rice, potato starch, lentils, or chickpeas have been game changers since I was diagnosed with Celiac disease. If you're looking to avoid gluten but you still want noodles, those are really great options that I've tried!! I highly recommend :)
1)Strong not skinny 2)Eating enough protein 3)Gut health 4)mental health 5)exercise as a lifestyle 6)be efficient 7)moving ur body 8)Food intolerance &habits 9)eat calories instead of drinking 10)balanced meals with veggies
Hi Maya! I just found your channel and I am so grateful for your content! This information was so beautiful!! Thank you for sharing it in a way that is so encouraging and inspiring 💖 definitely struggling with many of these things right now bout so grateful for your words of wisdom! Thank you!! 🤗
Hiii! Something I did a couple of years ago was avoid common allergens like dairy, gluten, sugar, peanuts for 3-4 weeks and then reincorporated (one by one) back into my diet to see how I feel after not having it for a while! I found that my skin cleared up a lot from not having dairy - while peanuts I was fine either way hehe. Gluten made me bloat when I had it again (I felt like I had a pouch under my belly button) so I just eat it in moderation!
In 2010, the US Air Force developed a supercomputer out of 1,760 PlayStation 3s At the time, it was the 35th most powerful supercomputer in the world and consumed 10% less energy than comparable systems.
Thank you so so so much Maya for motivating me and I really love your vlogs so so much you are my inspiration and I wish you reach 500K Subscribers very very soon!💫💞☺️
Honestly I have been overweight most my life and started eating fast food at a young age almost everyday. I started working out since I was 13 and I’m currently 21. I have found that dieting is way more essential than doing exercise. You can still eat good but will have to find alternatives of recipes and what you could make. Most importantly avoid processed and fast foods as much as possible. Exercise is essential but you can’t exercise without creating a working diet to begin with. I did intermediate fasting where I had a window to eat from 3-8 but anything out of that time I wouldn’t eat just drink water. I did this for a year. Although there are many ways to fast I recommend doing some research regarding your preference and health. Now I am down to 140 (Used to be 190) and 40% of it is muscle. Still on my health journey. I now have the opportunity to promote fitness companies and collaborate with them to spread a message of health and fitness. Check out this fitness supplement that goes well with your diet. I recommend this product due to its high vitamin and nutrients perfect for your fitness path. 0abb1lsbv6-v12p6oilkj1zpfo.hop.clickbank.net Cheers ✌🏽❤️

Hi Maya! I was wondering if you have a checklist as a way to find out the food/ingredients that you are sensitive too?
