Love this! As a teenager I feel I don’t move as much as I used to (I used to do competitive gymnastics) and my health is probably not as great as it used to be. I’m also taking GCSE PE in 6 weeks and so want to be heslthier! This is helping me do that , thanks

I enjoyed this mix! I didn’t think I could do a full side plank, but I tried on the second side and found that I could do it! So I went back and did the first side. Woohoo!
