2023 Berlin Marathon Race Recap | 4th Star World Major!

With horrendous conditions this summer, my confidence throughout training was beaten and stirred repeatedly. Weeks leading up to the race, I accepted that whatever progress was made, the hay was already in the barn. I rather arrive on race day healthy and under-trained than the alternative of being overtrained and bad day from injury. This cleared my head (and my nerves).
