    Game changer. I made one with BBQ sauce, pulled pork, and mozzarella. After I broiled it I topped it with coleslaw. Hot Damn. It was great

    So yummy….if you cook this in the air fryer, you can skip the pan fry. The air fryer crisps the crust at the same time. LOVE IT

    I bought myself a pizza stone about 2 months ago and these are great on the pizza stone just on a bit of parchment paper, no need to fry it and it comes out super crispy. Just top the wrap with everything then cook at 440F/230c for about 10 minutes. Pizza stones are cheap and very awesome for low carb wrap pizzas, I wish I had bought one years ago.

    Congratulations on your weight loss. I myself lost 75 lbs but not thRough keto just by fasting & eating less & healthier. Now I would like to go back & eat some of my favorite foods I use to love but I’m a little scared to just start pigging out on some of my old favorites cause I love food. Who doesn’t right.     My first reaction to cilantro was, dish soap residue. I worked at the time as a dishwasher in a big commercial kitchen. But, i kept adding it and revisiting it. Love it now and dishsoap doesnt even cross my mind except as a funny old story.

    I heat my tortillas directly on my glass top stove without oil until they're crisp which works great for Huevos Rancheros as well. Toasters and toaster ovens are also good for crisping up flour tortillas.

    These pizzas are especially delicious! I've been making them for years. I've never put the oil in a pan, but it brush it onto the tortilla and eithe crisp it up in the air fryer or a skillet. Always so great! I'll have to try it your way. I love pizza and this is the best thing I have ever done to make a keto or low carb pizza. So easy and convenient! Thank you Myra!

    I’ve done a similar thing cutting large tortillas into about 3-4” circles, baking them first with a little olive oil and garlic, then pulling back out and adding your pizza ingredients. Probably are not as crispy as yours but they are really good and create mini individual pizzas. Great for kids.

    I have been doing this for decades making my own tortillas. I love making breakast pizzas with peppers, onions, scrambled egg, mushrooms, crumbled bacon. sauce can be a light cream sauce.

    🌴 Hey Mayra , this has been my go to for 4 yrs I’m definitely a thin crust type of guy , but I pre bake mine instead of frying , but I’ll try frying it because it adds healthy fats to the dish , just to switch it up I use the keto tortilla like a tostada when I feel I need a bit of Mexican in my diet , the hardest part of this recipe is “ portion control” ! 🍕 🤣👍🏼

    If you want a thicker version, it has more carbs, but use 2 tortillas with cheese in between them, brown on both sides, so basically make a quesadilla on the stove top with butter to fry it in, then take it out of pan, top it with sauce and toppings and put it in the toaster oven or oven like she did. It’s really sturdy, good and cheesy!

    Wow, I just did this with a Oroweat Keto Wrap and it's baaad assss. So much faster and better (crispier) than cloud bread. Love it! Please folks, don't skip the frying of the wrap! It really does puff up! And don't bake - BROIL (the crust is already done)!

    They sell 0 carb tortilla shells at Walmart and Meijers. I have been doing this for a long time. I don't fry but after placing goodies on shell i bake on partchment paper. Wonderful!

    Barbecue pizza works for me. Chicken with white Alfredo sauce is good too, but I dont know if there's a low carb low sugar white sauce out there? Your pizza 🍕 is a good low carb go to. Pizza use to be one of my favorite foods.

    Thank you for this! I just tried it tonight and it was great. Just wish I'd seen it before spending another 20 bucks for two tasteless keto crusts(I've yet to find a crust or bread that I can stand). I'm sure your cheese crust would be great, but this is so easy and works great!

    I have gestational diabetes (diabetes In pregnancy). My first pregnancy I had to take insulin injections and I absolutely hated it. I was young and didn’t understand exactly what I was supposed to do. After having my daughter I learnt how to eat healthier to avoid diabetes. Now I’m pregnant with my second baby and I really don’t want to take any injections this time round so I’m looking for low carb recipes to naturally control my gestational diabetes.     This is the only way I make my low carb pizza. I fry the lowcarb tortilla, then top of with low carb toppings. Then I put it in an air fryer. Then real quick I put it back in the pan a short time to make sure it is crisp on the bottom. You can hear the crunch when you slice it. Ill have to try your method to see if the bottom is as crispy as my method. Thanks for sharing. 😊😋

    OMG! These are so easy. I ran out to my local Wal-Mart and picked up two packages of low carb tortillas. It's almost unreal at how easy and quick these were to make (one cheese, one cheese and pepperoni and one buffalo chicken pizza [these were split between the 4 of us] . These pizzas absolutely 'hit the spot' and are on regular rotation (twice a week for now. Thank you very much for this video and recipe. I can't wait to see what else you create in the future.       Low carb is twice the price and all flour,not coen,tortias r low glycemic count. Esp.if u eat some nuts after and do not drink with food u eat.

    I make my pizza already using a low carb tortilla and I don't have to fry it, giving it added calories. I just put it on a foil line baking sheet and make up my pizza at 425 for 15minutes - no frying needed!

    Growing up I thought I hated pizza because my mom only ever ordered or made plain cheese pizza. Then I met my husband and he got me trying pizzas loaded with toppings and lotsa veggies. Now I know I love pizza. My favorite is using pesto for the sauce then putting baby spinach, chicken, red onion, hot peppers and pineapple. But I love any pizza....just not the plain cheese lol

    Great idea definitely going to do this! I just got cauliflower pizza crusts Trader Joe's now sells them and the smaller crisps for burgers/sandwiches.

    Gotta try the bbq chicken pizza, I use to get a pizza like that it had goat cheese and cashews sounds weird it was soo good,I am making it payday ... tfs!😊

    To save on costs and time, I try to share the entree with my husband. Then the changes come with side dishes. (He could never handle mashed cauliflower, even if it were drenched in cheese!) A lot of keto recipes have had to get side stepped, but this -- I think it could work! 🤔 I always loved deep dish pizza, while extra thin was just fine for him! He's the one who originally showed me frying up flour tortillas, so I honestly think we could make this work!
    Until now, we've had to make a thin, baked chicken with pizza sauce and toppings. We both miss real pizza, so if this works, we could add this to our diet once a month!

    I made this. It is very good and easy and I did not mess it up. Satisfying like a store bought or delivered pizza. I used a Mission tortilla 8 net carbs almond. She is right this is a great pizza.

    Love this recipe Myra! Thx for sharing. I'm from NM, and we add green Chile to our pizza. So you can do a Pepperoni w/ green chile or even turkey, green chile and cheddar cheese. Lots of different ways you can do it. We even have a pizza restaurant that makes a green Chile ranch.... it's amazing!!!!! I'm wondering if maybe you can put your own spin on something like that? 🤔😁

    I have already made the BBQ chicken pizza a long time ago. Great minds think alike. I am making your yummy Teriyaki Chicken w/Cauliflower Rice. My Cauliflower rice has carrots & peas mixed w/the coleslaw. I love this meal.

    I have a huge veggie/herb garden. I make pesto like crazy and typically use pesto on my pizza but now Im Keto/low carb for a month. I think I will try a pesto base.
