Add cheese + topping. Onions and mushrooms are my favorite topoings. Use broiler to melt and brown the topping.
Does anyone else but me remember back in the day (1970's) when Graham Kerr (TV's Galloping Gourmet) would taste what he created at the very end of his show, his reaction was always priceless, he was completely immersed in the flavors of his dish. My two brothers would wait until the end of his show and run into the room JUST to watch only that ending then they would run out, they laughed so hard. Low carb pizza crust from my kitchen to yours: in a blender, blend together (3/4 cup to 1 cup ) cauliflower, one or two eggs (large pizza), zucchini squash (no peelings/skin), mushrooms, one tsp of olive oil, your choice of seasonings, and a little salt, Fry like a tortilla or pancake (medium consistency), in a well oiled pan until golden brown on both sides. Let completely cool down... in the fridge is fine as well. Then, assemble your pizza ingredients onto pizza crust and bake. Wallah! Bone Appétit 😊
I can't wait to try this. Pizza has been hard for me since most keto crusts are so high in fat and calories. Almond flour crusts are a bit high in carbs as well. This is everything I need. 🎉
Edit: How did it turn out for you? Did you try it in the end? 😊 I've tried a keto crust made with almond flour and cheese and it was no very good to me to be honest. 😅 Once I'm done with my prolonged water fast and refeeding, I want to try the chicken pizza crust and this recipe too! 🤤

Made this today for me and the hubs. It is good my only issue is I would like a little more firm crust but definitely delicious definitely used the seasoning I added a teaspoon of Italian seasoning too but happy campers here.
You should let the crust cool for 5 mins, then flip it over on your parchment paper, then stick back in the over for another 5-10mins, then take out of the oven and let cool for 5 mins before adding your toppings.
This is the first pizza crust recipe that I have seen that didn't seem like a lot of prep time or included ground chicken. I'm allergic to poultry (I can eat eggs) so I will definitely give this a try.
