      Thanks for this information i tried yours but my dough wasn’t perfect im not sure what is wrong, i dont have microwave we only have stove at my place so I used stove to melt the cheese but it turns out that the oil from cheese was extracted can you please help me thank you..

      Can anyone tell me how the coconut flour pizza came out (the actual taste)?? Do you think pecan flour would work instead of almond? I’ve been eating like this since 2011 and now my body is sensitive to almonds :(. When I started the only thing available on the market was almond flour, almond milk, etc……my body is like NO MORE ALMONDS lol

      Thank you for sharing this recipe. This one is my favorite. I tried it yesterday and came out sooo good. My kids loved it and I tastes just like pizza 😆 but I use mozzarella cheese instead of the one you melted and came out sooo good 😊

      just because it is keto friendly and has few carbs doesn't mean it's good. It still has 870 calories which is a lot and therefore can make you fat

      @@Eve_36963 are you sure you know what you are talking about? Just because almond-flour pizza is much healthier than wheat-flour pizza it doesn't mean it is also less in calories. Moreover, almond flour has more calories than wheat flour believe it or not

    For people that don't know a normal pizza base is where most of the calories come from. In this method, she cuts out most of those calories. Most things we love eg Hamburgers the calories are from the buns themselves which usually have a lot of sugar floor so on. Cut out normal bread and pizza bases and you will see a difference in your weight. Thank you girl for another great recipe :)

      I think you mean carbs... the calories for the cheese would be much higher than a normal pizza base

    3:38 I love the concept. I would've turned that dough at least once though, to make sure the top doesn't have that raw flavor. And I would've browned the sausages a little. But that's just my taste. I'm sure yours tasted yummy.

    I made this yesterday with pepperoni and mushrooms. Holy cow! It was amazing!! My husband does not do low carb but I gave him a slice and he really liked it. He declared, "It tastes like pizza." High praise indeed!

    Ah!! I made 2 of these tonight, and even my kids ate it up!! Who else uses yellow sharp cheddar?? Had to add .5 extra almond flour, which helps. I sauteed the onions, mushrooms and some minced garlic.

    You can also add garlic and onion powder to the tomato paste. it will add more taste. if you have italian seasoning much better too. this is a good option for non bake pizza. thanks for sharing.

    Looks delicious. I'm going to try it this way. I will say, though, that a crust made with almond flour needs egg. It helps to keep it together. Otherwise, it will fall apart too easily. Also, it just doesn't taste good without adding an egg. I also add garlic powder, onion powder and a lil Himalayan salt for flavor.

      @@chichiasagwara5457 I add the seasonings after I add the almond flour. Once the dough is completely mixed, I add the egg. You will need to add a little more almond flour after that.

    Great Idea!! Once all the toppings are on I would place in oven on broil for 5 mins to get toppings cooked a little. :)

    Thankyou for the lovely recipe. I made one with lightly cooked mushrooms, red onion, capsicum with chicken, tomato paste and sugar free barbeque sauce topped with mozzarella cheese and the other with tomato paste same toppings with pepperoni and cheese. Very tasty.

    I made this pizza for the first time last night I went to visit a friend and she couldn't believe that there were no carbs in this 🍕 it's delicious and the results were 100%...plain and simple ingredients which we all have in our pantries. I did however use coconut flour as I had no almond flour on hand...the coconut flour I found is a bit coarser than the almond flour so I added 4 eggs to the base...I love your channel and will definately try more recipes

      There are carbs in this, in fact too many if its 20g per slice for a slice. I go by total carbs, and 20 is my limit for the day. That's the only way I can loose. I found that out the hard way, after doing this for a year.
      I found I really have to keep an eye on the nutritional value cuz I can easily miss what the total carbs are. It can be tricky if your not careful. I lost 40 lbs and still going, with 20 more to go. Its a slow process but its the best way to maintain.

    I only cooked the dough . Added absolutely no toppings. Ate the mix of cheese and almond flour like a roti. It tasted scrumptious. Very satiating and helps the binges and cravings away. Yumm

    Just made this with sharp cheddar for the crust. Really great. The only improvement I would suggest would be the sauce. I make a sauce from scratch that really brings out the flavor of this pizza

    I find sautéed ingredients on top of the sauce is better anytime we make keto pizza. Just mix all your topping into a frying pan with olive oil until well cooked then place on pizza with cheese on top of the toppings.

    I generally make waffles with cheese and egg then use them as pizza crusts . I think I'll try this but finish it off under the grill to crisp up the toppings.

    OH I love your cooking. I got to try some of these wonderful looking recipes. Also something I found was Carbalose flour aka Carb quick like bisquick. a little expensive but easy to have around.

    Would it be better if you flipped it first before adding toppings so both sides are cooked? Just seems like it would be a soggy middle to me. Will make this over the weekend and try both ways. Great idea 👍

    `Very cool! trying this tomorrow. i also tried the empanadas last night but with cheese filling instead of tuna, they turned out pretty good! I was wondering if baking it works? pan looks like the crust gets really crispy but im worried about my cheese melting correctly

    Simple Keto Recipes You Can Make In Under 10 Minutes: ( Salad in a Jar )
    If you want to make something quick and easy that you can make in under 10 minutes, the salad in a jar is a perfect choice. All you will need is your salad ingredients and a jar.
    You will want to make sure to stack the ingredients so that your dressing comes out on top and your lettuce does not wilt.
    Ingredients:
    ● 1/2cupleafygreens
    ● 1carrot
    ● 1avocado
    ● 1redbellpeppers
    ● 1tomatoorcherrytomatoes
    ● 4oz.ofmeat
    ● 1⁄4 cup mayonnaise or olive oil
    Grab your jar and add either olive oil or mayonnaise to the bottom of the jar. On top of that, you want to add your 4 ounces of meat. Meat choices could include chicken, beef, or smoked salmon. Then add either cherry tomatoes or chopped tomatoes.
    Add in the red bell pepper and avocado. Add in 1 chopped or shredded carrot and then top with 1⁄2 cup of leafy greens.
    Put the lid on the jar and place it in the refrigerator until you are ready to eat. These are great to make up for the week to take to work and put in a bowl when you are ready.
    The great thing about this recipe is that you can interchange the items. For example, if you do not want to do red peppers, you can always add in a different low-carb vegetable.
    You can also interchange the meat and cheese. Just make sure that you are using only low-carb items when creating the salad.
    If you eat high carbs, you run the risk of throwing your body out of ketosis. .

    I really appreciate how simple this crust is and no yeast! But I really would've love to see the bottom of the crust-though she said it was crispy, being Italian for me its not pizza w/o basil or oregano. I may try this but add apices maybe Italian seasoning to the crust?

    I tried this with Mozzarella. Bcuz its hard to find Cheddar in germany. Anyway the dough was to stiff but i did it anyways. The dough was much thinner. But it was delicious. Next time im gonna mix mozarella with Gouda maybe its better.
