The wise ones in most ancient cultures said something very similar. : like “it is much more noble for the violent man to restrain himself than for the meek person person that claims to understand peace, for one cannot truly understand the meaning of peace without first having capability to commit great violence” there are similar quotes in the bible as well the biblical versions are found in proverbs 16:32 and 19:11. This teaching is very easily wrongly miss understood. And I think even you did not understood it well. Who practice this does not talk about it. This is not something to talk. Practice compassion (as Dalai Lama said). Compassion is the most powerful language ever. Stop spreading "teachings" that creates unbalanced Manipura chakra in yang aspect. I know the Bible says "Do not kill" but the Bible also says, "There is a time and place for everything under the sun." You must feel the decision to fight to the death or rest in peace.
