For me it is an honor to listen to master shi , I believe that this world needs more people like him and more people with the desire to change the things that we really do not need and grow spiritually and not materially, I wish him a long life and I hope to meet him one day, personally or at least in another world, a big greeting if you can give it to him, I hope to see him more followed in the future on your channel, Long life also for you and your work team, and thank you for such a great contribution to humanity. Thank you

“To be a warrior means that you’ve disciplined the dark side of yourself”. It sounds simple but how much work it takes and how profound it can be if you truly choose this path is beyond words.

I find Shi Heng Yi's Monasterial life very inspiring for my own semi isolated Spiritual and Botanical Art Life. My late Father started studying Buddhism when I was 6 years old, and he told me about their philosophical principles, and also about his out of body experiences. Thank you so much Mulligan Brothers, for these very interesting interviews. I am very peaceful when I listen to them and I paint better as well. NAMSTE..

Every time I listen to Master Shi I am reminded of how connected we are to the world, to everything in it and to each other. He has a way of making sense of a world and its people which could almost appear to have fallen into madness and in many ways with all of us with it. Yet, I completely feel the true connection to everything when I listen to Master Shi speak about the basic Buddhist principles and virtues. He is a remarkable teacher, warrior, monk and human.

I have seen many of Master Shi Hung Li's interviews. My life has been shifted towards the messages he is conveying,or rather teaching. He definitely is the Buddha heart with Demon hand. You can feel the compassion he has for humans and the human condition. He is obviously very strong and dangerous if you will physically. The world 🌎 needs these teachings. I know he will keep the balance with the internet and the exposure of the Shaolin Temples and bringing this wonderful disciplined life into the light ❤️‍🔥. My dream would to spend 1 year as his student on philosophies and training. 🙏 I respect his dedication and vision with the new world. He's just amazing. I know there are many wonderful souls in these monetaries learning these practices and virtues🤍❤️‍🔥 Thank you Master Shi Hung Li🙏🙏🙏

Thank so so much for this Master Shi Heng Yi. The concepts shared in this video empower us to look for the better version of ourselves; to continue or start for some the journey. To find our daemons and turn them into the warriors we want to become. As you've said it, not everyone is crazy enough to choose a path like yours :) although many of us have the willing to become more aware of what happens in our lives and how to control ourselves so we enjoy and give joy to others during our time on this earth.

This way of life has giving me a different outlook on life. I can see why taking the leap to dedicate your life to becoming a monk is extremely difficult. Hundreds join and only a handful make it their lives is the reason why I want to be a part of it. I have been adapting some of the teachings in my day to day living with my family and I can say that it is tough.

I gained a new perspective on appreciating the small things in life after I was broken as a man, put in prison and almost died several times work related and car accidents. Watching friends and people from the neighborhood I grew up in die early deaths from overdose, suicide, car crashes or fights. Im 45 now and the most fun I ever had was jet skiing. Accomplishments only proving to myself what I could accomplish. You get what you give, God is always watching and since he’s infinite he’s pretty darn patient. Lol

I am sorry to say, Master Shi Heng Yi...
You brought many, if not much Light into my life.
But I have to expose that I differ with this essential point :
My body is not a warrior.
It is nor a demon I would free in the situation that fits his release..
    My body is my temple.
And just like the mind within it, it wants no war.
    My body only wants love.
It will only grow as strong as the very same mind within it, is strong.
A strength that doesn't pretend to overcome the weakness of the mind, of who comes for agression and violence.
All humans are.. humans. In the way that we share weaknesses and strengths, despite the fact that some of them we respectively have, and some others we don't.
My body is like the mind, strong in the agreement that it accepts to be weak too.
    It is not a weapon.
A weapon can not give nor receive love.
And my body needs it. More than anything else.
Just like my spirit and mind.
The love they both develop together, also comprehends and accepts the body and mind, of the weak one coming for agression and violence.
Because he or she also needs love...
    More than anything else.
Thank you for everything Master Shi Heng Yi.
    Kansha shimasu.

Another comment asks whether you might have a goitre (swelling at front of throat, visible around 10:50): that can be associated with either under or over-active thyroid gland. Under-active thyroid is also associated with thinning of the outer eyebrows. Thyroid problems are easily overlooked, but are easily identified by blood test. Potential to inflict a harm but a warrior monk doesn’t do it. We don’t seek war but if the war comes to us we should learn to inflict pain. Disciple the dark side of your self. But in real world physical threat doesnt mean physical power anymore. Now it’s influence, connections, political power and Money. what master Yi has to say about that?
