I'm 61, 2022 was a very bad year for me, my ex wife who I was married to for 37 years died from cancer, as well as a lot of other things, 3 weeks ago I got my black belt in BJJ I do MMA as well, I've done Martial arts all my life and I come from a well educated military family. Bruce Lee saved my life, I was badly bullied at school, I saw Bruce Lee's movies it changed my life. In 1989 I went to two Dan Inosanto, Larry Hartsell, and master Chai's seminars at the Brisbane YMCA Australia 🇦🇺. I've been sick twice in 38 years. Shi Heng Yi is another master sent by GOD to guide humanity 🙏 I'm so grateful thankyou.

I am also about your age, have been a martial arts student for 20 some years, and Master Shi Heng Yi's teachings in both the martial arts as well as the philosophies he teaches truly pulled me through my darkest hours. I am so grateful to Master Shi Heng Yi as well. God bless and keep you always. 🙏

Bruce Lee may have been a candle in the wind but 50 yrs later and his light still shines bright.
He is an inspiration . Basically "Don't waste time trying to figure out why others envy, and hate; but rather spend time reflecting in YOURSELF how to become the change you seek to experience" . Don't wait for the new years to change or quit a bad habit, start in the MOMENT of realization there's a better way, it can START now.. Every moment can become a point of time we can find the strength and courage to overcome ... Know thyself , there are no limits to the power you hold & can choose to ACT on. Action speaks louder then words I was always told. Peace & love

I do know myself and I am aware of the powers that I hold. I believe in an eye for an eye just like Bruce Lee.
Todays realms don't allow consequence Jimmy delivered by ourselves in the way that the ultimate energy of balance has plotted out.
Because I was attacked and I can't get revenge although the effects of the attacks are recently still imposing on me in ways years and years after, I have had to take measures to change my life so I won't exercise my power in the same way because I will surely lose the overall war that always seems to be at large and threatening.
If Bruce Lee was beaten up by cops and he was innocent and he was thrown in jail, I don't think he would live the same way and he certainly wouldn't let them get close enough to let it happen again.
I I'm in an interesting place* but it's very isolated due to the mentalities abound.
People that envy are very far behind.

Water does not try and flow up hill. It flows where the land takes it. To make yourself happy you must make others happy. Blame only clouds and frustrates your mind. When you let go, you can see things more clearly. If there are clouds in the sky, you can’t see the sun. Love that stuff

I wouldn’t mind friends, friends that are on the same level, I have girl friends but my time with them is limited because they are still with the stories of the mind.
I was thinking today “maybe I’m arrogant, I don’t feel arrogant, maybe I’m judgmental, I don’t feel a reaction tho, probably just observing the reality and judging myself for it (yes I question myself🥴).
It can be a lonely path but I guess it’s what the environment I’m in needs at this time❤️

filling my tank and emptying the cups gradually one by one. This takes a lifetime. Probably countless lifetimes in different shapes and forms depending upon how long it takes to get there:) To reach the destination I have to go the whole way😅 I think it’s time to go to bed now to rest for a few hours before I go back to work:) As always 👍 Thanks for filling my cup.

I love love that he brought this up- I've always said that for me, hearing 'you're not alone' has never helped when I am going through difficulties. And it is said so often! Thank you expressing what I have felt and explaining why I feel this is isn't a helpful concept (for me at least). Have rarely heard anyont talk about this

Everything is Ying and yang....where you be loved, also be hated, jealousy, negativity, violent, sneakyness, opinions, testing, own benefits etc.... reflection of the broken soul.
People are programmed robot slaves of the system thinking happyness starts with extern factors like status, money, material things that means nothing and its relativ and an illusion create by society......happyness starts inside you.
Be the light in this dark broken world.
Alone you have more strength, peace, power, happyness, freedom and time.
The more people, the more expectations, talk about others etc....
yes, move in silence like lasagna. Some can understand the higher self mindset but many will resist and this will make you even more protective about your energyshield. Dont try to change others, there right they're where evolution want them to be. Focus on your development and everything else will observe and learn.

Master Yi talks about being alone and walking a lonely road and of being alone in the dark... even if you can see a spark of light or life far off, but in the distance between you and it, it is still dark and in that darkness you are alone. One can be alone and yet not be alone. One can walk a long and lonely road and yet still not be alone. When Master Yi is alone and in the dark he still has with him all the footsteps of his life, all the possible footsteps of what may come. He has the teachings of the Buddha about and within him.
. Yet in our dark times we may not feel all these things, not feeling them does not mean they are not there. I have walked, all my life, a road less traveled and have had many, many times when it all seemed crushing, seemed like I was walking circles in a dark forest on a lightless night... the aloneness of that and those times and even darker times and times so still you are not even breathing, there is something there besides yourself, besides myself.
What Master Yi speaks of only becoming himself today because of the path he walked alone, he was alone, yet he had himself, his courage, and his internal self that would not quit, that was and is not capable of quitting... in my life I have only seen people who are like this given a mission as he was obviously given a mission.
His comment, in an earlier video about harmony and him being a ... water, had me smile because I am an old Aquarian as they say, and, though I long for harmony, much, if not most of my life has been spent in places of war and great disharmony. As he said, one must have peace and strength and balance, but holy sons of Odin is that tough to come by. Enough for now, my being or attempting to be, in my 'now' means I must get the Christmas lights on and things put in the garage before it rains.
Oh, one final thought, on the more you shine the more shadows you cast... oof what a truth. For me, on my path of trying to climb the mountain I have sought to toss pebbles in the pond and stay in the shadows. We all have our own paths.

What goes high is prone to come down again, if one can integrate this principle into the practice one can go beyond the concept of self-improvement ( but first: Learn the (wordly) rules like a pro, so you can break. them like an artist" Pablo Picasso, like Master Shi Heng Yi ) and find a source of unimaginable power which is only available for the benefit of all sentient beings. That what was handed down by the ancients.
The principle of polarity ( From the Hermetic Principles by Hermes Trismegistos)
4. "Everything is dual; everything has poles; everything has its pair of opposites; like and unlike are the same; opposites are identical in nature, but different in degree; extremes meet; all truths are but half-truths; all paradoxes may be reconciled."[8]
5. The principle of rhythm
"Everything flows, out and in; everything has its tides; all things rise and fall; the pendulum-swing manifests in everything; the measure of the swing to the right is the measure of the swing to the left; rhythm compensates."
Laotse LaoTzu put it: So sometimes things are ahead and sometimes they are behind;
Sometimes breathing is hard, sometimes it comes easily;
Sometimes there is strength, and sometimes weakness;
Sometimes one is up and sometimes down
Therefore the wise avoid extremes, excesses, and complacency.

And trying to speak to all, because there are those that will be actively detrimental just because they think it's a good idea.

Humans are not the only individuals that know how to lie with their hearts, and that one hurts absolutely.
We unfortunately have the reality of the word, definition, and area of the word "futility".
We strive for "appropriate-ness" and work against our own selfs, the phrase of "a place for all and all in all's place" is one of those hidden truths that would help more than words can say.

My cups are my cups, and I have reasons for not emptying them. Survival unfortunately really matters to me, and I survive through further unpacking my cups. I would always recommend to anyone else with substantial cups as mine, to never empty them too early. I likely will never need to recommend that, because it would simply already have made too much sense to others with substantial cups, to not empty theirs.
2 important lesson for me.
Formlessness is important ( strong mentally and physically)
Once you get the content ( message on lesson learned or insight) leave the “vehicle” behind (people, place etc)
One day we will meet and I will show you that there our people who will climb the mountain with you I promise with all my heart. This world will know harmony please keep fighting
