I practice in the mornings, upon waking. The sleepiness in my body transforms into an open, calm presence. I feel eager to greet the day and all that it brings from the essence of my true self (my sankalpa.) Such a beautiful way to start the day. Namaste Ally ♥️🙏🏽♥️

Hy ally i suffer from post covid syndrom. I practice your Yoga Nidra when after 50m of activities or work , my energy fades away. Post covid syndrom makes you go in to fight flight when energy is lost. Yoga Nidra is helping me effectively to rest en reset the nervous system. It is the most helping tool in recovering from this ilness. Thank you for being in my every day where ever i go trying to slowly heal

This was the most potent nidra/deep meditation experience I've ever had. I felt immersed in the sensation of purely being and my deep awareness made sensations within so amplified and accessible. I felt like I was actually one with my whole self which I haven't experienced fully in some time, always facing a bit of a disconnect in recent years but I feel like this practice sewed myself back to me so that we were traveling in unison again for a while.
    Woah :0.

Hey Ally! Thanks for existing! I find these so helpful for negotiating stimulant medication in the afternoon when I need to continue being focused but am also feeling the after burn of it all. Incorporating the physiological sigh is neat and the soundscapes are great.
I noticed that I would snore myself awake sometimes so I've combined some tape across the mouth with the obligatory headphones and sleep mask combo. The whole practice is such a fantastic ritual!

Hey Allie, I can’t tell you how blessed I am with practicing yoga Nidra with you! I started very stressed and after doing the short little 15 minute heart center in yoga Nedra I am able to let go and let God! My grandson is not quite eight years old and was having a severe migraine type headache today. I am not his mama so I don’t get to tell her what to do with him and was stressing over it came and laid down and let it all go during the session. Thank you for being there. I feel like you are a dear one in my life was able to say, I turn my life and my will over to the care of my higher power. They will be done on earth as it is in heaven as a sinculpa.

i agree this let me realize honestly just "let go and let god!" I'm not going through the same exact situation but I can relate because when I feel strongly about something in my family and want to share my opinions it stresses me out and I take on other peoples problems as my own and have realized that is not helpful for myself or for them. Everything will workout for the best! this yoga nidra practice really helped me become more focused in myself internally and externally.

Hey Alison, yes the nature sounds will likely be better for you, this could be because people with sensitive hearing have trouble with the bowls and chimes, or distinguishing voice from background, this is totally normal and it's why I only use them on occasion. I still bring them in because the people that it works for, it tends to take them to a much deeper place of relaxation, though it's not for everyone!

I love this one, Ally! ♥️ I feel very deeply rested and relaxed. Amazing in 15 minutes. The ‘pranayama’ bit was delicious, breathing in from your left fingers up to your heart space and back down through your right. I love to do these first thing in the morning and they help me to start my day well. I was struggling with anxiety but now it’s nearly gone. I thank the universe for bringing you to me. You are indeed a blessing ♥️

Lisa thank you for sharing this with me. This is actually the reason that I share these meditations each week... I also had quite bad anxiety (full blown panic attacks) and yoga, breathing and nidra were the things that saved me... :)

I did wonder because I heard you mention your anxiety before. This work is absolutely life changing and I would love to be a yoga nidra teacher one day. Thank you again ♥️♥️♥️

I do this after my Ashtanga Yoga practice and it is a great shavasana ending. You seem to be the only one who does guided yoga Nidra on TH-cam. Thank you Ally.

Thanks for this Ally! the short guidances is what I use for "yoga nidra breaks" when at work instead of "coffee breaks " please continue posting short practices :) If possible, a playlist will the short practices would be even more helpful. Thanks again and all the best for you 🙏

I felt superficially fine for a week but "the body kept the score." My upper back muscles were tense with painful cramps for a few days, there were other signs of implicit stress above the usual levels. Going through this meditation let the reason surface through the layers of childhood defense mechanisms. Thank you!

Thank you Ally .. that was wonderful. I was called to comment before you asked :-). I felt a sensation of anxiety building up as I was getting ready to leave for work and decided to meditate before I head out. By the end of the session that feeling of anxiety had subsided and my sankalpa of inner peace had joined with my presence. Also breathing via my hands through my heart truly felt like an emotional flush and at some points I felt like I was inhaling and exhaling through both hands simultaneously just cleansing my heart from negative energy. Thank you Ally that was such a blessing! .. peace and blessings to you, your family, and everyone :-)
