    I just want to thank you for this wonderful practice. I am recovering from severe CFS/M.E and I've been struggling so much to really get into a relaxed state to heal. This video is the first one that has really allowed me to actually feel relaxed. I'm looking forward to trying more of your videos x

    I have been under going enormous amounts of pressure the last year. Today was the day I decided to listen to Ally to pay tribute to myself and reconnect to exist again in a less critical thinking world. Boy did I choose a great video to start on. Seat reclined in a Honda Civic, sunroof open. This practice took me deeply. Deep relaxation. My good friend said making time is the hardest part. Today I start a 30 day journey. I thank Ally, for always being part of my journey. Her voice the sound of an angel. Thank you, Ally ⭕️

    Hi ally, I've had to change round my life completely because of a foot injury and your yoga nidra videos have helped me so much. Especially after lunchtime and just before bed, thats when I do them most days. I have now finally started my yoga teacher training and I can't wait to teach people this practice so that they too can heal and be more centered, to help combat their problems. Thank you again ❤️

    Thank you very much Ally. I have been living abroad for two years studying my master's degrree and I have been struggling to find more moments of peace and calmness while dealing with my reaponsabilities and for the fact of not being in my confort zone.
    I really find these practices very useful to rest, find my peace, gain energy and be more connected with my inner self.

    You’re amazing 🤩 Ally. Your meditations have been instrumental in my recovery journey of limbic system impairment. These yoga nidras have helped calm down my over active limbic system which seems to be stuck in sympathetic dominance on the polyvagal ladder. It’s taken months of practice but I have gotten my nervous system to calm down enough where I can take naps most afternoons, something which has eluded me for over 13 years. You are a great lightworker. 😊🙌🥰

      The only thing that worked for me for long covid was shilajit.

      @@markleonard4452 Hi Mark, I’m sorry to hear this. This is what worked and got me out of it finally after 1.5 years. Carnivore diet mainly but only ‘real’ foods- eggs, nuts, avocados , No Carbs or alcohol. 2nd- responsibility - I started coaching my sons basketball team , the focus was on them now and not me. 3rd, Buteyko breathing 4th - ‘knowing’ without any doubts , that it was all ‘just the nervous system’ and I wasn’t going to die. 5th , 10 mins stretching before bed , Us men carry a huge amount of tension all through our body. Daily 1-2 mins cold water after my hot shower in the morning

    Wow! This was such a unique practice. I loved the point where the rings from the music lined up with moving our attention to a different body part.

    Ally, thank you. I have Dysautonomia, PoTS, CFS, PTSD. Today I began under major stress and couldn’t imagine calming down.     Ty Ally ❤ I am at an Ayurveda treatment centre at the moment.
    Apart from gentle walks, not advised to do Yoga or any form of exercises whilst undergoing treatment.
    I have however, found you and have been doing all they different Yoga Nidra everyday, twice a day. Love your voice . Thank you for sharing. 🙏🏽🙏🏽

    I love taking these yoga nidras with you. Do you have any say on ad placement? I’m wondering if you could have the ad before instead of at the end? It’s so loud and abrasive after your listening to your sweet voice.

      I do but I have it set to request no ads afterwards, I think sometimes TH-cam will start playing the next video and then an Ad will come up at the beginning, I've also had TH-cam play ads in the middle and end of my videos even though I've requested them to be turned off.... so, it's not a perfect system here as far as I can tell on TH-cam, but it helps me deliver recordings to people for free so I'm grateful for that, I also try to give a generous amount of time where I'm trying to awaken people and talk to them at the end just in case an ad pops up, part of my strategy with that :)

      This was a beautiful nidra, any chance it can go on insight too? I use both platforms but insight is so good as no ad disturbances at the end! YT have recently started playing 5-10 seconds of ad music (of which is usually quite loud and jarring!) at the end of most recordings. It certainly puts me off using YT. I love your work Ally and thank you so much for sharing your beautiful nidras to us all. You truly are a shining light 🌟💜

    I love these background sounds ❤️ everytime the piano tiles arise I get this deep sense of safety and home feeling. today I shed some tears during the practice through the relieving feeling of feeling safe inside myself.

    I use those to fall asleep and it has been the biggest game changer to my sleep alongside vitamine D, i fleep faster, more efficient and fall asleep easier
