Can't have anything that goes over 25 km/hr, must be fully non throttle control, so need to pedal for motor to operate. Maximum 250w or 500w (NSW).

Afaik the 10-12 cassette's all use the same dimensions, the sprockets are just thinner as is the chain ( overall width of the cassette doesn't change ). At least I can change between 10 and 11 without issues, not having tried a 12 but as I said they should be using the same width all 3 of them. I'm mostly using my 15-13-12-11 sprockets in the back though, so I don't know why I would add complexity ( and thinner chains which don't do well with me middrive anyway ) for no real gain. I am actually looking more at either going smaller for a new setup ( less gears overall, but same range between top and bottom ), or even an internal hub in the rear wheel. Alfina 8 speed, more reliable then the 11 speeds and a bit cheaper. Ofc I would love a Roelhoff, but I aint paying 1300 euro's for just a rear hub even if it has a 14 speed internal gearbox. That would be my dream setup I guess, nice powerful enough mid drive coupled with a belt transmission and an roelhoff rear hub. So much less headaches with maintenance, or even possible repairs. And in the end I am sure I would be cheaper of that way, as needing to replace chains+cassete's every ~800km or so on it's own already adds up to lots of costs. Proper belt drive can do tens of thousands even with more power coming from a middrive.

That e-bike is cool and fast but I guess it’s pretty heavy and not that easy to load onto a bike rack if you wanted to take it somewhere? Then again with a 50mph top speed and 100 mile range you could ride it where you like!
A bit OTT on the health and safety there Dude? What’s with the helmet I thought the ‘chrome dome’ would suffice?😂
Loving you content,I got rock hopper expert 29 er thinking about converting it I'm 6"2 n 18st what you recommend kit wise many many thanks keep u channel going 👌🙏

What was the total coast of the components? Also any chance you would ever build something like that for a viewer if he pays for everything😅?
What happens if plod stop you will they confiscate the bike ?
Nice build!... What's up with going that fast anarchy ride in flip flops (LOL).
